What Can be Learnt from the New Ua4/2 Data
Abstract
A careful analysis of the new data of the UA4/2 collaboration reveals that these data give an essentially large value of the $ρ= Re T(s,t)/Im(s,t)$ that does not contradict the early UA4 experiment. There is the reason to think also that this experiment reveals for the first time a real possibility of the existence of the spin-flip amplitude at superhigh energies in the range of small transfer momenta.
