The Geometry of Gaussian Random Curves

In this paper, we investigate some geometric properties of non-smooth random curves within a stochastic flow. We consider a polygonal line $Γ(\vec{u}_{1},\cdots,\vec{u}_{n})$, which connects the points \(\vec{u}_{1},\cdots,\vec{u}_{n}\in{\mathbb{R}^{d}}\) and is inscribed in a Brownian trajectory. Subsequently, we estimate the probability that a polygonal line is almost inscribed in a Brownian trajectory. Next, we turn to the study of the self-intersection local time of Brownian motion and demonstrate the asymptotic result of its conditional expectation as the size of the polygonal line increases. Finally, taking such a Brownian trajectory as the initial curve, we let it evolve according to the solution of the equation with interaction. Then, we prove that its visitation density exhibits an intermittency phenomenon.

Hitting time for one class of Gaussian proccesses

In this paper we propose the method to find the hitting probabilities for Gaussian integrators. Using second quantization we obtain the sseries representation for such probabilities despite the fact that integrators can be non-Markov processes.

Universal generalized functionals and finitely absolutely continuous measures on Banach spaces

In this paper we collect several examples of convergence of functions of random processes to generalized functionals of those processes. We remark that the limit is always finitely absolutely continuous with respect to Wiener measure. We try to unify those examples in terms of convergence of probability measures in Banach spaces. The key notion is the condition of uniform finite absolute continuity.

Refinements of asymptotics at zero of Brownian self-intersection local times

In this article we establish some estimates related to the Gaussian densities and to Hermite polynomials in order to obtain an almost sure estimate for each term of the Itô-Wiener expansion of the self-intersection local times of the Brownian motion. In dimension $d\geqslant 4$ the self-intersection local times of the Brownian motion can be considered as a family of measures on the classical Wiener space. We provide some asymptotics relative to these measures. Finally, we try to estimate the quadratic Wasserstein distance between these measures and the Wiener measure.

On 1-point densities for Arratia flows with drift

We show that if drift coefficients of Arratia flows converge in $L_1(R)$ or $L_{\infty}(R)$ then the 1-point densities associated with these flows converge to the density for the flow with the limit drift.

On approximations of the point measures associated with the Brownian web by means of the fractional step method and the discretization of the initial interval

The rate of the weak convergence in the fractional step method for the Arratia flow is established in terms of the Wasserstein distance between the images of the Lebesque measure under the action of the flow. We introduce finite-dimensional densities describing sequences of collisions in the Arratia flow and derive an explicit expression for them. With the initial interval discretized, the convergence of the corresponding approximations of the point measure associated with the Arratia flow is discussed in terms of such densities.

Arratia flow with drift and the Trotter formula for Brownian web

An analog of the Trotter formula for the Arratia flow is presented. Perturbations of the Brownian web by mappings associated with an ordinary differential equation with a smooth right part are considered and proved to be convergent exclusively in the weak sense. The flow obtained as a limit is the Arratia flow with drift.

On self-intersection local times for generalized Brownian bridges and the distance between step functions

In the paper $k$-multiple self-intersection local time for planar Gaussian integrators generated by linear operator with nontrivial kernel is studied. In this case additional singularities arise in its formal Fourier--Wiener transform. In case $k=2$ the set of singularities is the finite number of points. In case $k>2$ it contains intervals and hyperplanes. In the first and the second cases using two different approaches related on structure of set of singularities we show that "new" singularities do not imply on the convergence of integral corresponding to the formal Fourier--Wiener transform and regularization consist of compensation of impact of diagonals as for the Wiener process.

Iterated logarithm law for sizes of clusters in Arratia flow

The asymptotics of sizes of clusters for the Arratia flow is considered, the Arratia flow being a system of coalescing Wiener processes starting from the real axis and independent before they meet. A cluster at time t is defined as a set of particles that have glued together not later than at t. The results obtained are remarked to hold for any Arratia flow with a Lipschitz drift.
