A current algebra approach to the equilibrium classical statistical mechanics and its applications

The non-relativistic current algebra approach is analyzed subject to its application to studying the distribution functions of many-particle systems at the temperature equilibrium and their stability properties. We show that the classical Bogolubov generating functional method is a very effective tool for constructing the irreducible current algebra representations and the corresponding different generalized measure expansions including collective variables transform. The effective Hamiltonian operator construction and its spectrum peculiarities subject to the stability of equilibrium many-particle systems are discussed.

Modern Classical Electrodynamics and Electromagnetic Radiation - Vacuum Field Theory Aspects

The work is devoted to studying some new classical electrodynamics models of interacting charged point particles and related with them physical aspects. Based on the vacuum field theory no-geometry approach, developed in \cite{BPT,BPT1}, the Lagrangian and Hamiltonian reformulations of some alternative classical electrodynamics models are devised. A problem closely related to the radiation reaction force is analyzed aiming to explain the Wheeler and Feynman reaction radiation mechanism, well known as the absorption radiation theory, and strongly dependent on the Mach type interaction of a charged point particle in an ambient vacuum electromagnetic medium. There are discussed some relationships between this problem and the one derived within the context of the vacuum field theory approach. The R. \ Feynman's \textquotedblleft heretical\textquotedblright\ approach \cite{Dy1,Dy2} to deriving the Lorentz force based Maxwell electromagnetic equations is also revisited, its complete legacy is argued both by means of the geometric considerations and its deep relation with the vacuum field theory approach devised before in \cite{BPT0,BPT1}. \ Being completely classical, we reanalyze the Feynman's derivation from the classical Lagrangian and Hamiltonian points of view \ and construct its nontrivial \ relativistic generalization compatible with the mentioned above vacuum field theory approach.

The Lagrangian and Hamiltonian formalisms for the classical relativistic electrodynamics models revisited

The work is devoted to studying some new classical electrodynamics models of interacting charged point particles and the aspects of the quantization via the Dirac procedure related to them. Based on the vacuum field theory no-geometry approach developed in [6,7,9], the Lagrangian and Hamiltonian reformulations of some alternative classical electrodynamics models are devised. The Dirac-type quantization procedure for the considered alternative electrodynamics models, based on the obtained canonical Hamiltonian formulations, is developed.

The Electromagnetic Lorentz Condition Problem and Symplectic Properties of Maxwell and Yang-Mills Type Dynamical Systems

Symplectic structures associated to connection forms on certain types of principal fiber bundles are constructed via analysis of reduced geometric structures on fibered manifolds invariant under naturally related symmetry groups. This approach is then applied to nonstandard Hamiltonian analysis of of dynamical systems of Maxwell and Yang-Mills type. A symplectic reduction theory of the classical Maxwell equations is formulated so as to naturally include the Lorentz condition (ensuring the existence of electromagnetic waves), thereby solving the well known Dirac -Fock - Podolsky problem. Symplectically reduced Poissonian structures and the related classical minimal interaction principle for the Yang-Mills equations are also considered. 1.

A new model for the immune clonal networks

This paper deals with a new model for clonal network dynamics. We describe in detail this model and derive special equations governing immune system dynamics based on the general gradient type principles that can be inherent to a wide class of real living objects. A special clonal network is modeled by two symmetric projector matrix variables simultaneously taking into account both asymmetry of the interaction to each other and adaptation states that can be realized owing to possible idiotypic clonal suppresions. We perform computer simulations of the model dynamics for some simple cases of relatively low dimension, paying special attention to the dynamics of amounts of activated receptor strings within clonal network.

On the Liouville-Arnold integrable flows related with quantum algebras and their Poissonian representations

Based on the structure of Casimir elements associated with general Hopf algebras there are constructed Liouville-Arnold integrable flows related with naturally induced Poisson structures on arbitrary co-algebra and their deformations. Some interesting special cases including the oscillatory Heisenberg-Weil algebra related co-algebra structures and adjoint with them integrable Hamiltonian systems are considered.

De Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik theory. A survey of the spectral and differential geometric aspects of the De Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik theory related with Delsarte transmutation operators in multidimension and its applications to spectral and soliton problems. Part 1

A review on spectral and differential-geometric properties of Delsarte transmutation operators in multidimension is given. Their differential geometrical and topological structure in multidimension is analyzed, the relationships with De Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik theory of generalized differential complexes are stated. Some applications to integrable dynamical systems theory in multidimension are presented.

A survey of the spectral and differential geometric aspects of the De Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik theory related with Delsarte transmutation operators in multidimension and its applications to spectral and soliton problems. Part 2

The differential-geometric and topological structure of Delsarte transmutation operators and associated with them Gelfand-Levitan-Marchenko type eqautions are studied making use of the De Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik differential complex. The relationships with spectral theory and special Berezansky type congruence properties of Delsarte transmuted operators are stated. Some applications to multidimensional differential operators are done including three-dimensional Laplace operator, two-dimensional classical Dirac operator and its multidimensional affine extension, related with self-dual Yang-Mills eqautions. The soliton like solutions to the related set of nonlinear dynamical systemare discussed.

The general differential-geometric structure of multidimensional Delsarte transmutation operators in parametric functional spaces and their applications in soliton theory. Part 2

The structure properties of multidimensional Delsarte transmutation operators in parametirc functional spaces are studied by means of differential-geometric tools. It is shown that kernels of the corresponding integral operator expressions depend on the topological structure of related homological cycles in the coordinate space. As a natural realization of the construction presented we build pairs of Lax type commutive differential operator expressions related via a Darboux-Backlund transformation having a lot of applications in solition theory. Some results are also sketched concerning theory of Delsarte transmutation operators for affine polynomial pencils of multidimensional differential operators.

The structure of Gelfand-Levitan-Marchenko type equations for Delsarte transmutation operators of linear multi-dimensional differential operators and operator pencils. Part 1

An analog of Gelfand-Levitan-Marchenko integral equations for multi- dimensional Delsarte transmutation operators is constructed by means of studying their differential-geometric structure based on the classical Lagrange identity for a formally conjugated pair of differential operators. An extension of the method for the case of affine pencils of differential operators is suggested.

The properties of quasispecies dynamics in molecular evolution

We consider the general properties of the quasispecies dynamical system from the standpoint of its evolution and stability. Vector field analysis as well as spectral properties of such system has been studied. Mathematical modelling of the system under consideration has been performed.

Hamiltonian and gradient properties of certain type of dynamical systems

From the sandpoint of neural network dynamics we consider dynamical system of special type pesesses gradient (symmetric) and Hamiltonian (antisymmetric) flows. The conditions when Hamiltonian flow properties are dominant in the system are considered. A simple Hamiltonian has been studied for establishing oscillatory patern conditions in system under consideration.
