f2mma: FORTRAN to Mathematica translator

f2mma program can be used to translate programs written in some subset of the FORTRAN language into {\sl Mathematica} system's programming language. This subset have been enough to translate GAPP (Global Analysis of Particle Properties) programm into {\sl Mathematica} language automatically. Observables table calculated with GAPP({\sl Mathematica}) is presented.

The Inconstancy of the Fundamental Physical Constants: Computational Status

It is argued that the CODATA recommended values of the fundamental physical constants could not be used as the reference data in searching the hypothetical space-time variations of the fundamental physical constants. It is shown that the CODATA data permanently suffers a loss of self-consistency of the released data due to unjustified over-rounding of their estimates. The simple estimates of the critical numbers of decimal digits that should be saved in the independently rounded correlation coefficients, the average values and uncertainties to save the self-consistency is obtained. The set of high level quality requirements to the computerized presentation of the numerical data on the jointly measured or estimated physical values are formulated. It is argued (once again) that the common standard for presentation of the numerical values of correlated quantities in publications and sites is urgently needed.

The repository of physical models used for the CODATA-2002 FPC (re-)evaluation

We present PAREVAL package containing a repository of theoretical physical models used for (re-)evaluation of the fundamental physical constants (FPC). It holds all necessary data for building 105 (so called) observational equations and can be used in high precision calculations. Among repository models there are expressions for energy levels of hydrogen and deuterium (with 16 types of contributions), electron and muon magnetic moment anomalies, muonium ground-state hyperfine splitting, Zeeman energy levels in muonium. Each model is represented as {\sl Mathematica} module with XML meta-data keeping information about the model (including data on dependence from others models). There are also modules for working with the basic FPC.

ReacProc: A Tool to Process Reactions Describing Particle Interactions

ReacProc is a program written in C/C++ programming language which can be used (1) to check out of reactions describing particles interactions against conservation laws and (2) to reduce input reaction into some canonical form. A table with particles properties is available within ReacProc package.

On the CODATA Recommended Values of the Fundamental Physical Constants: V3.2(1998) & V4.0(2002)

With the help of special program package PAREVAL designed in {\sl Mathematica} system we reproduce values of basic fundamental physical constants obtained by NIST and recommended by CODATA for international usage since 1998. In our adjustment we use the input data and methods published by NIST in 1998. It is shown, that the detected earlier inaccuracy of published by NIST correlations (that made the NIST 1998&2002 results doubtful) are, most probably, due to inadmissible independent rounding. The simple estimate of the critical numbers of decimal digits in the independently rounded correlation coefficients is obtained. Further independent rounding of ``critically rounded'' correlations can lead to the non positive semi definite correlation matrices and hence is inadmissable. It is demonstrated by a few examples that the poor presentation of the correlated random quantities in the scientific literature is a common bad practice and is argued (once again) that the common standard for presentation numerical values of correlated quantities in publications and sites is urgently and badly needed.
