Quantum evolution in terms of mechanical motion

Quantum tunneling is considered from the point of view of local realism. It is concluded that a quantum object tunneling through a potential barrier cannot be interpreted as a point-like particle because such an interpretation generates a contradiction with the impossibility of faster-than-light motion. Such a contradiction does not arise if a quantum object is considered as a continuous medium formed by the fields of matter. The dynamics law of the mechanical motion of these matter fields is derived from the quantum evolution law in the path integrals form. The analysis of tunneling shows that this dynamics law has a form of the principle of least action with a complex time variable. The approach used here is not only a physical interpretation of quantum tunneling consistent with special relativity but is also applicable to the description of a wide range of quantum phenomena for which traditional research methods are impracticable.

Deterministic nonlinear quantum evolution. Experimental verification

It is described a nonlocal interaction between entangled quantum objects, which is initiated by a process different from the reduction of the wave function. The scheme of an experiment realizing a deterministic nonlocal quantum evolution is proposed. In the case of the negative result of the experiment, the universal character of the integral wave equation with a kernel in the form of a path integral is questionable, otherwise faster-then-light communication is possible

Can quantum objects be point-like particles?

The possible nature of the nonlinear evolution of quantum systems is explored from the point of view of nonlocal effects under the conditions of EPR paradox. It is shown that both stochastic and deterministic mechanisms of nonlocal evolution should consider a quantum particle as a material field in order not to contradict special relativity. It is assumed that there is an experiment allowing to find out which of the mechanisms of nonlinear evolution is realized in nature

Nonlinear dynamics of open quantum systems

The evolution of a composite closed system using the integral wave equation with the kernel in the form of path integral is considered. It is supposed that a quantum particle is a subsystem of this system. The evolution of the reduced density matrix of the subsystem is described on the basis of the integral wave equation for a composite closed system. The equation for the density matrix for such a system is derived. This equation is nonlinear and depends on the history of the processes in the closed system. It is shown that, in general, the reduced density matrix trace does not conserve in the evolution processes progressing in open systems and the procedure of the trace normalization is necessary as the mathematical image of a real nonlocal physical process. The wave function collapse and EPR correlation are described using this approach.

Non-mechanical nature of the wave function collapse

The wave function transformation of the quantum particle considered as a continuous medium was described by the evolution operator with the kernel in the form of path integral. It is shown that this approach allows considering not only Schrodinger evolution, but and the collapse phenomenon. The collapse entity is the nonlocal transformation of the quantum particle internal structure and it is not connected with its mechanical motion. Probably this fact allows the instantaneous signalling using the collapse without violating relativistic requirements.

Quantum jump mechanics

The change with time of the system consisting of the quantum object and the macroscopic measuring instrument is described on the base of the uniform dynamic law, which is suitable both evolution and reduction processes description. It is the integral wave equation with kernel in the form of a path integral. It is shown, that wave function collapse is the specific transformation which is fundamentally differ from Shr\"odinger's evolution. Specifically, a formal cause of the collapse is a local time derivative (infinite large) of the potential energy. Such transformation can not be described using mathematical apparatus of conventional quantum mechanics.

Macroscopic Body Motion in Terms of Quantum Evolution

Macroscopic body is considered as a system, consisting of an infinite number of quantum particles. Mechanical motion of the system center of mass in physical space is described, using Feynman's representation of the quantum evolution. It is shown that the center of mass of the system moves accordingly with the minimum action principle if action functional is much higher then Plank's constant.

Quantum Particle Motion in Physical Space

Using Feynman's representation of the quantum evolution and considering a quantum particle as a matter field (continuous medium), it is shown that individual particles of the field have unique paths of the motion. This allows describing motion of the quantum particle continuous medium by Lagrange's method. It is shown that form of the real individual particle path is determined by classical minimum action principle.
