Regularization and Chaotization of Maximal Attractors in the Sommerfeld-Kononenko Non-Ideal "Spherical Pendulum-Electric Motor" System with Time Delays

The influence of the time-delay parameters on the bifurcations of "non-classical" maximal attractors in the Sommerfeld-Kononenko non-ideal dynamical system "spherical pendulum-electric motor" is investigated. Regular and chaotic maximal attractors of this system, as well as their bifurcations, are described. It is established that the presence of time delays can fundamentally change the type of limit sets of the considered dynamical system and significantly alter the scenarios of transitions to deterministic chaos.

Delay factors in the genesis of limit sets of the non-ideal system "tank with liquid-electric motor"

Non-ideal deterministic system "tank with liquid-electric motor" is studied. Two delay-approximation models are considered. Impact of the delay on the emergence, evolution and disappearance of regular and chaotic limit sets (attractors) of the system is investigated. The main dynamic characteristics of the system's steady-state regimes are computed and analyzed. Transition to chaos scenarios are studied. Realization of generalized intermittency scenario driven by delay factors is established.

Implementation of a generalized intermittency scenario in the Rossler dynamical system

The realization of novel scenario involving transitions between different types of chaotic attractors is investigated for the Rossler system. Characteristic features indicative of the presence of generalized intermittency scenario in this system are identified. The properties of "chaos-chaos" transitions following the generalized intermittency scenario are analyzed in detail based on phase-parametric characteristics, Lyapunov characteristic exponents, phase portraits, and Poincare sections.
