On an spt function for the $4$-th symmetrized crank function

In this paper we find the smallest part function related to the $4$-th symmetrized crank function, corresponding to the one obtained in Patkowski [11] for the $4$-th symmetrized rank function. This provides us with a direct relationship with Garvan's second order smallest part function. We obtain some congruences for these $spt$ functions, as well as asymptotics and inequalities. A finite $q$-series which generates an $spt$ function related to the second crank moment is also stated. This identity has an important relationship to the one obtained by Patkowski [12] related to the second rank moment.

On certain sums over primes and the Riesz function

We offer some comments on series involving the M$\ddot{o}$bius function which approximate sums over primes. To accomplish this, we utilize the derivative of the Gram series by applying Riemann-Stieltjes integration. We offer a new formula connecting the derivative of the Gram series to the Riesz function, which we then use to obtain general integral relationships.

On the harmonic continuation of the Riemann xi function

We generalize the harmonic continuation of the Riemann xi-function to the $n$-dimension case, to obtain the solution to the Dirichlet problem on $\mathbb{R}_{+}^{n+1}.$ We also provide a new expansion for the harmonic continuation of the Riemann xi-function using an expansion given by R.J. Duffin.

On curious properties of the general size-biased distribution

We offer further results on a general size-biased distribution related to the Riemann xi-function we presented in [9] using the work of Ferrar. Curious properties associated with its expected value are presented, which are related to special functional equations. We also relate our observations to some recent developments related to the Riemann hypothesis.

On a Bessel function series related to the Riemann xi function

We establish new Fourier integral evaluations involving the Riemann xi function related to a series involving Bessel function of the first kind. We show this infinite series involving the Bessel function of the first kind solves a boundary value problem for the cylindrical heat equation.

On properties of the generalized Davenport Expansion

We study the continuity properties of a generalized Davenport Fourier expansion we recently discovered, by imposing conditions on the coefficients. We also put our expansion into perspective from the position of Appell sequences.

On Berndt's summation formula

We offer a proof of a summation formula equivalent to one due to Berndt. Our proof uses the M$\ddot{u}$ntz formula and the Poisson summation formula. By utilizing known properties of Mellin inversion, we give an example from a discontinuous function. Several new applications are offered as corollaries.

On summation formulas in probability theory

We offer some summation formulas that appear to have great utility in probability theory. The proofs require some recent results from analysis that have thus far been applied to basic hypergeometric functions.

A remark on Fine's arithmetic functions

In this note, we take another look at some arithmetic identities of N.J. Fine associated with divisor functions. We connect these functions with indefinite quadratic forms using a result due to Andrews. As a consequence, arithmetic theorems are extracted.

On certain Fourier expansions for the Riemann zeta function

We build on a recent paper on Fourier expansions for the Riemann zeta function. We establish Fourier expansions for certain $L$-functions, and offer series representations involving the Whittaker function $W_{\gamma,\mu}(z)$ for the coefficients. Fourier expansions for the reciprocal of the Riemann zeta function are also stated. A new expansion for the Riemann xi function is presented in the third section by constructing an integral formula using Mellin transforms for its Fourier coefficients.

On asymptotic expansions for basic hypergeometric functions

This paper establishes new results concerning asymptotic expansions of $q$-series related to partial theta functions. We first establish a new method to obtain asymptotic expansions using a result of Ono and Lovejoy, and then build on these observations to obtain asymptotic expansions for related multi hypergeometric series.

On some instances of Fox's Integral Equation

We consider some applications of the non-homogeneous second order integral equation of Fox. Some new solutions to Fox's integral equation are discussed in relation to number theory.

Some Remarks on Glaisher-Ramanujan Type Integrals

Some integrals of the Glaisher-Ramanujan type are established in a more general form than in previous studies. As an application we prove some Ramanujan-type series identities, as well as a new formula for the Dirichlet beta function at the value $s=3.$

A note on Some Partitions Related to Ternary Quadratic Forms

We offer some partition functions related to ternary quadratic forms, and note on their upper bounds and related properties. We offer these results as an application of a simple method related to conjugate Bailey pairs presented in a prior study, further illustrating its utility.

A note on the $l$-fold Bailey Lemma and Mixed Mock Modular forms

In this paper we present a method for constructing multiple-sum $q$-series for what is known as Mixed Mock Modular forms. We also present some multi-sum analogues of the Durfee identity, and discuss a construction of its combinatorial interpretation in terms of partitions.
