$p$-Adic Polynomial Regression as Alternative to Neural Network for Approximating $p$-Adic Functions of Many Variables

A method for approximating continuous functions $\mathbb{Z}_{p}^{n}\rightarrow\mathbb{Z}_{p}$ by a linear superposition of continuous functions $\mathbb{Z}_{p}\rightarrow\mathbb{Z}_{p}$ is presented and a polynomial regression model is constructed that allows approximating such functions with any degree of accuracy. A physical interpretation of such a model is given and possible methods for its training are discussed. The proposed model can be considered as a simple alternative to possible $p$-adic models based on neural network architecture.

On stochastic generation of ultrametrics in high-dimension Euclidean spaces

The proof of the theorem, which states that the Euclidean metric on the set of random points in an $n$-dimensional Euclidean space with the distribution of a special class, converges in probability in the limit $n\rightarrow\infty$ to the ultrametric is presented. The values of the ultrametric distance matrix is completely determined by variances of point coordinates. Probabilistic algorithm for the generation of finite ultrametric structures of any topology in high-dimensional Euclidean space is presented. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated by explicit calculations of distance matrices with fixed dimensions and ultrametricity indexes for various dimensions of Euclidean space.

Some aspects of the $m$-adic analysis and its applications to $m$-adic stochastic processes

In this paper we consider a generalization of analysis on $p$-adic numbers field to the $m$ case of $m$-adic numbers ring. The basic statements, theorems and formulas of $p$-adic analysis can be used for the case of $m$-adic analysis without changing. We discuss basic properties of $m$-adic numbers and consider some properties of $m$-adic integration and $m$-adic Fourier analysis. The class of infinitely divisible $m$-adic distributions and the class of $m$-adic stochastic Levi processes were introduced. The special class of $m$-adic CTRW process and fractional-time $m$-adic random walk as the diffusive limit of it is considered. We found the asymptotic behavior of the probability measure of initial distribution support for fractional-time $m$-adic random walk.
