Zitterbewegung and a formulation for quantum mechanics

In this short note, we try to show that inside a vortex like region, like a black hole one cane observe superluminosity which yields some interesting results. Also, we consider the zitterbewegung fluctuations to obtain an interpretation of quantum mechanics.

Zitterbewegung field and the fifth force

In this paper, we investigate the {\it zitterbewegung region} based on a previous paper where we had derived equations for particles and antiparticles in the aforesaid region. Here, we shall introduce a field theoretic approach resorting to the seminal paper of 1954 by Yang-Mills.

The possible new force in nature

The {\it zitterbewegung region} is studied in this paper and we investigate the possible presence of a new force in this region. This force was first proposed by Sidharth in \cite{cu-bgs}. This article intends to study the existence of a fifth force. Here, essentially, equations that characterize new particles and their antiparticles are obtained. In this manner a pedestal is built for a field theoretic approach that will be the subject of the second part of this theory.

Varying G dynamics

In this paper it is shown that dynamics based on a variation of the gravitational constant $G$ with time solves several puzzling and anomalous features observed, for example the rotation curves of galaxies (attributed to as yet undetected Dark matter). It is also pointed out that this provides an explanation for the anomalous acceleration of the Pioneer space crafts observed by J.D.Anderson and co-workers.

Neutrinos and the Weak Interactions

We show that neutrinos and electrons share the same theoretical structure, and satisfy parallel relations particularly of the Large Number kind. We then argue that the neutrino can be described as a ``cold'' electron in a sense that is detailed, and thereby the weak interactions are indeed a weak form of electromagnetism.

Noncommutative Geometry and Some Issues

Recent observations of Ultra High Energy Cosmic rays suggest a small violation of Lorentz symmetry. Such a violation is expected in schemes with discrete/quantized spacetime. We examine this situation and suggest tests which could be carried out, for example by NASA's GLAST Satellite. The considerations are extrapolated to the large scale cosmos.

A Model for Long Term Climate Change

In this paper we consider the well-known cyclical model for climate change, for example from glaciation to the present day and back, and compare this with a two-state model in Quantum Mechanics. We establish the full correspondence.

The Interface between Classical Electrodynamics and Quantum Theory

In this paper we discuss in detail the interface between Classical Electrodynamics and Quantum Theory, which shows up as well known unphysical phenomena at the Compton scale in both the theories and argue that the photon of the electromagnetic field can be considered to be a composite of a massless Dirac particle and its anti particle.
