Exact Solutions of the Dunkl--Pauli Equation in the Presence of a Magnetic Field from an su(1,1) Algebraic Approach

We investigate the two-dimensional Dunkl--Pauli equation for a spin--$1/2$ particle in the presence of an external magnetic field within an algebraic framework. While previous studies have provided exact solutions of the Dunkl--Pauli system, its underlying dynamical symmetry and algebraic structure remain largely unexplored. By employing Schrödinger factorization, we construct the generators of the $\mathfrak{su}(1,1)$ algebra and establish the associated symmetry of the radial sector. The energy spectrum is derived using irreducible unitary representations, and the corresponding Sturmian radial basis is obtained analytically. Furthermore, $\mathrm{SU}(1,1)$ coherent states are constructed and their time evolution is analyzed, revealing a characteristic radial breathing behavior. The results show that the Dunkl deformation introduces parity-dependent modifications in the spatial structure of the system while preserving its underlying algebraic dynamics.

su(1,1) Symmetry and Exact Solutions of the Dunkl-Klein-Gordon Equation in Higher Dimensions

We investigate the $d$-dimensional Dunkl--Klein--Gordon equation for a scalar particle within an algebraic framework. By employing Schrödinger factorization, we construct the generators of the $\mathfrak{su}(1,1)$ algebra and establish the associated symmetry of the radial sector. The corresponding energy spectra are derived from unitary irreducible representations, and the Sturmian radial bases are obtained analytically. We analyze the $d$-dimensional Dunkl--Klein--Gordon oscillator and the bound-state sector of the $d$-dimensional Dunkl--Klein--Gordon equation with a Dunkl--Coulomb-like potential. Furthermore, $\mathrm{SU}(1,1)$ coherent states are constructed and their time evolution is analyzed, revealing a characteristic radial oscillation behavior. The results show that the Dunkl deformation modifies the spatial and spectral structure of the system and, in the oscillator sector, introduces explicit parity-dependent energy shifts while preserving the underlying radial algebraic dynamics.

Long-lived quasinormal modes, grey-body factors and absorption cross-section of the black hole immersed in the Hernquist galactic halo

We analyze quasinormal modes, grey-body factors, and absorption cross-sections of a massive scalar field in the background of a Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by a Hernquist dark-matter halo. The quasinormal spectrum is obtained through the higher-order WKB method and verified by time-domain evolution, showing consistent results. The field mass increases the oscillation frequency and reduces the damping rate, producing longer-lived modes, while variations in the halo parameters lead to moderate shifts in the spectrum. The grey-body factors reveal a suppression of low-frequency transmission and a displacement of their main features toward higher frequencies, resulting in a corresponding shift in the absorption cross-section.

Long-lived quasinormal modes in the Euler-Heisenberg electrodynamics

Using the precise Leaver method and time-domain integration, we analyze the quasinormal modes and late-time behavior of massive neutral and charged scalar fields in the background of a charged, asymptotically flat black hole in the presence of Euler-Heisenberg nonlinear electrodynamics. We show that as the field mass increases, the damping rate decreases significantly, approaching arbitrarily long-lived states known as quasi-resonances. However, these modes cannot be identified in time-domain profiles due to the dominance of asymptotic tails in this regime, which decay slowly and exhibit oscillations with a power-law envelope. We observe that a larger field charge leads to a significantly higher quality factor, as it increases the oscillation frequency while reducing the damping rate.

Vacuum Pair Creation in Spin Noncommutative of Coordinates: Volkov Background and Constant Electric Field

We investigate the phenomenon of vacuum pair creation for Dirac fermions subjected to a Volkov plane wave and a constant electric field within the framework of spin noncommutativity of coordinates. Employing the Schwinger proper-time formalism, we derive the effective action and obtain closed-form expressions for the pair creation probability. Our analysis reveals that, in the presence of a Volkov plane wave background, the pair production probability remains zero-even with spin noncommutativity. In contrast, for a constant electric field in $(1+1)$-dimensional spacetime, the spin-induced noncommutative deformation significantly enhances the pair creation probability. Remarkably, we identify a critical value of the deformation parameter, $\ell = \frac{m}{eE}$, at which the pair creation probability diverges, indicating a potential vacuum instability or a breakdown of the perturbative regime. These findings underscore the nontrivial role of spin noncommutativity in nonperturbative quantum electrodynamics and offer novel insights for future studies in strong-field physics.

A Path Integral Treatment of Time-dependent Dunkl Quantum Mechanics

This paper presents an analytical treatment of the path integral formalism for time-dependent quantum systems within the framework of Wigner-Dunkl mechanics, emphasizing systems with varying masses and time-dependent potentials. By employing generalized canonical transformations, we reformulated the path integral to develop an explicit expression for the propagator. This formalism is applied to specific cases, including a Dunkl-harmonic oscillator with time-dependent mass and frequency. Solutions for the Dunkl-Caldirola-Kanai oscillator and a model with a strongly pulsating mass are derived, providing exact propagator expressions and corresponding wave functions. These findings extend the utility of Dunkl operators in quantum mechanics, offering new insights into the dynamics of time-dependent quantum systems.

Quasinormal Modes and Gray-Body Factors for Gravitational Perturbations in Asymptotically Safe Gravity

A quantum-corrected black hole model arising from gravitational collapse in the framework of Asymptotically Safe Gravity was recently proposed in [A. Bonanno, D. Malafarina, A. Panassiti, Phys. Rev. Lett. 132, 031401 (2024)]. Quantum correction becomes considerable for Planck-scale black holes and strongly deviates from the Schwarzschild solution near the event horizon, quickly merging with the Schwarzschild metric in the far region. While quasinormal modes and gray-body factors have been analyzed for test fields in this background, no such analysis has yet been performed for gravitational perturbations. In this work, we study axial gravitational perturbations of these black holes by modeling the effective quantum corrections through an anisotropic fluid energy-momentum tensor. We compute both quasinormal modes and gray-body factors, and show that quantum corrections enhance the quality factor of the oscillations, thereby making the quantum-corrected black hole a more efficient gravitational wave emitter. At asymptotically late times, the power-law decay is indistinguishable from Price's tails, which behave as \( \sim t^{-(2\ell + 3)} \), where \( \ell \) is the multipole number. We also demonstrate that quantum corrections lead to a suppression of the gray-body factors and examine the validity of the correspondence between gray-body factors and quasinormal modes.

Nonlinear Magnetically Charged Black Holes with Phantom Global Monopoles: Thermodynamics, Geodesics, Quasinormal Modes, and Grey-Body Factors

We study the properties of a nonlinear magnetic-charged black hole in the presence of a phantom global monopole. By incorporating nonlinear electrodynamics (NLE) and exotic scalar fields, we derive an exact black hole solution and analyze its geometric structure, causal properties, and thermodynamic behavior. We examine how the presence of a phantom global monopole modifies the black hole's Hawking temperature, entropy, and stability conditions, revealing significant changes in its phase structure. Additionally, we investigate the geodesic motion of test particles. The quasinormal mode (QNM) spectrum is computed using the WKB approximation and Pöschl-Teller potential method, providing insights into the perturbative stability of the system. Furthermore, we analyze the grey-body factors that characterize radiation emission, highlighting their dependence on black hole parameters. Our findings indicate that the interplay between phantom energy, NLE, and global monopoles introduces observable deviations in strong-field astrophysical phenomena. These results offer potential signatures for testing modified gravity theories and contribute to a deeper understanding of black hole physics in exotic field environments.

Thermodynamics and Heat Engine Behavior of Phantom BTZ Black Holes in Noncommutative Geometry

This study explores the thermodynamic and geometric properties of phantom BTZ black holes within a noncommutative spacetime framework, where noncommutativity is implemented through Lorentzian smearing of mass and charge distributions. The resulting metric exhibits significant modifications in curvature and horizon structure, particularly in the near-horizon regime. We perform a comparative thermodynamic analysis between phantom and Maxwell field cases, calculating quantities such as Hawking temperature, entropy, heat capacity, and Gibbs free energy. Our findings reveal that noncommutative corrections strongly affect phase transitions and stability conditions. Furthermore, we model the black hole as a heat engine and compute its efficiency, showing how noncommutative effects enhance or suppress energy extraction. This work underscores the interplay between spacetime fuzziness and exotic field dynamics in lower-dimensional gravity, offering new insights into quantum-modified black hole thermodynamics.

Long-lived quasinormal modes and echoes in the Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet-Proca theory

We study quasinormal modes and time-domain profiles of a massive scalar field in the background of black holes arising in Einstein--Gauss--Bonnet--Proca gravity. The black holes in this theory possess \emph{primary Proca hair}, which modifies the effective potential and gives rise to distinctive dynamical phenomena. Using three complementary numerical techniques -- the WKB method with Padé resummation, time-domain integration, and the Frobenius (Leaver) method -- we obtain accurate spectra of quasinormal frequencies. Our analysis shows that increasing the scalar-field mass leads to arbitrarily long-lived states, known as quasi-resonances, a behavior shared by both the fundamental mode and the first overtone. The real part of the quasinormal mode decreases for the first and higher overtones and starting from the second overtone it reaches zero at some critical value of mass of the field. When the effective potential develops an additional peak, the late-time signal exhibits a sequence of echoes. Furthermore, the time-domain evolution reveals distinct regimes of intermediate power-law tails $\sim t^{-4/3-\ell}\sin(A(μ)t)$ and a universal asymptotic tails $\sim t^{-5/6}\sin(μt)$.

Spectral and Thermal Analysis of the Morse Potential within the Dunkl Formalism: Analytical Approximations and Applications

In this work, we investigate the quantum dynamics of a particle subject to the Morse potential within the framework of Dunkl quantum mechanics. By employing the Dunkl derivative operator, which introduces reflection symmetry, we construct a deformed Schrödinger equation and obtain exact analytical solutions using the Pekeris approximation. The resulting energy spectrum and wavefunctions reveal how Dunkl parameters alter the effective potential and vibrational states. The model is applied to several diatomic molecules, including H$_2$, HCl, and I$_2$, illustrating the impact of symmetry deformation on energy spectra. We also compute thermodynamic functions, including the partition function, free energy, internal energy, entropy, and specific heat. The analysis shows that the Dunkl deformation induces distinct thermal behavior and offers a tunable approach to molecular modeling. These results highlight the potential of the Dunkl formalism as a useful tool for extending conventional quantum models and for exploring symmetry-deformed systems in molecular physics and quantum thermodynamics.

Geodesics and scalar perturbations of Schwarzschild black holes embedded in a Dehnen-type dark matter halo with quintessence

We perform a thorough analysis into a Schwarzschild black hole embedded in a Dehnen-type dark matter halo with a quintessential field. We develop the composite spacetime metric and examine its geometric properties, including horizon structure and curvature invariants. Our findings reveal that increasing both the DM core density $ρ_{s}$ and quintessence parameter $c$ leads to an expansion of the event horizon and a reduction in the size of the cosmological horizon. We then investigate the dynamics of timelike and null geodesics, focusing on the determination of innermost stable circular orbits, photon sphere radii, and black hole shadow features. Thereafter, using the Gauss-Bonnet theorem, we calculate the weak deflection angles, demonstrating that lensing effects are enhanced with increasing halo density and radius. Scalar perturbations are examined using the sixth-order WKB method and Padé approximants, highlighting suppressed quasinormal mode frequencies as DM density rises. Greybody factors and Hawking radiation sparsity are also explored, showing increased transmission coefficients for larger halos and deviations from standard blackbody behavior. These results underscore the significant influence of DM and quintessence on black hole observables, offering testable predictions for astrophysical probes such as Event Horizon Telescope imaging and gravitational wave spectroscopy. Scalar perturbations are analyzed using the 6th-order WKB method, demonstrating that quasinormal mode frequencies are suppressed as the DM density increases. We also explore greybody factors and the sparsity of Hawking radiation, showing increased transmission coefficients for larger halos and deviations from standard blackbody behavior.

Bounding the Wigner Deformation Parameter in Harmonically Trapped Bose Gases

By examining the internal energy and the heat capacity of a harmonically trapped ideal Bose gas within the Dunkl formalism, we show that the Wigner parameter influences the slopes of these thermodynamic functions in the critical region, reflecting its role in modifying the statistical properties of the system. However, despite these modifications, the phase transition itself retains the same order and critical exponents as in the standard case, in accordance with symmetry arguments. Furthermore, upon analyzing the classical behavior, we establish both upper and lower bounds for the Wigner parameter by ensuring thermodynamic consistency in different temperature regimes.

Non-Minimal Einstein-Yang-Mills Black Holes: Fundamental Quasinormal Mode and Grey-Body factors versus Outburst of Overtones

Recently, an exact black hole solution in non-minimal Einstein-Yang-Mills theory was obtained, and its quasinormal modes were subsequently analyzed using the JWKB approximation \cite{Gogoi:2024vcx}. However, we demonstrate that this analysis lacks sufficient accuracy when studying modes with $\ell \leq n$, where $\ell$ is the multipole number and $n$ is the overtone number. To address this, we compute the quasinormal frequencies using the precise Leaver method. Our results show that while the fundamental mode deviates only slightly from the Schwarzschild value, the first few overtones exhibit significantly larger deviations, with the discrepancy growing rapidly with the overtone number. Moreover, beginning with the second overtone, we observe a striking phenomenon: the real part of the frequency tends to zero quickly as the non-minimal coupling constant increases. This combination of spectral stability in the fundamental mode and high sensitivity of the overtones suggests that the Yang-Mills contribution primarily deforms the metric in the near-horizon region, while the geometry quickly transitions back to a Schwarzschild-like form at larger radii. In addition, we compute the grey-body factors and confirm that they represent a more stable characteristic of the geometry, exhibiting a correspondence with quasinormal modes already at the first multipole. The Yang-Mills coupling enhances the grey-body factors, further increasing the transmission probability.

Long-lived Quasinormal modes around regular black holes and wormholes in Covariant Effective Quantum Gravity

We study quasinormal modes of massive scalar and massless Dirac fields in the background of regular black holes and traversable wormholes arising in Covariant Effective Quantum Gravity. Using both the JWKB approximation and time-domain integration, we analyze the impact of quantum corrections on the quasinormal spectra and late-time behavior of perturbations. Our results reveal the existence of slowly decaying, oscillatory tails and quasi-resonant modes in the scalar sector, particularly in the high-mass regime. In the fermionic case, the damping rate increases with the quantum correction parameter $ ξ$, while the oscillation frequency decreases. We also observe pronounced echo-like structures in the time-domain profiles near the black hole-wormhole threshold. These findings provide insight into the dynamics of perturbations in quantum-corrected spacetimes and offer potential signatures for distinguishing black holes from wormholes in future gravitational wave observations.

The ideal gas of Bosons and Fermions in Harmonic Traps in the framework of Extended Uncertainty Principle

This manuscript studies harmonically trapped ideal Bose and Fermi gas systems and their thermodynamics in the framework of the Extended Uncertainty Principle (EUP). In particular, we demonstrated how the ground and thermal particle ratios, condensate temperature, internal energy, specific heat, and equation of state functions change in the EUP formalism. Following a comprehensive analysis, we concluded that the effect of the EUP on ideal Bose and Fermi gas systems remains relatively modest compared to the effect of the Gravitational (Generalised) Uncertainty Principle. { By comparing the obtained results with experimental data, we found that the EUP parameter is bounded as $α\leq 0.36654\times 10^{7}\text{ \ }m^{-2}$.}

Euler-Heisenberg black hole surrounded by quintessence in the background of perfect fluid dark matter: Thermodynamics, Shadows and Quasinormal modes

Current observations show that a significant fraction of the Universe is composed of dark energy and dark matter. In this paper, we investigate the simultaneous effects of these dark sectors on the Euler-Heisenberg black hole, using the quintessence matter field and perfect fluid to model them. In particular, we study the black hole's thermodynamics, shadows, and quasinormal modes, and discuss in detail how these properties change with relatively large or small dark sector components.

Schwarzschild Black Hole Surrounded by Perfect Fluid Dark Matter in the presence of Quintessence Matter Field

In this paper, we present an exact solution for a spherically symmetric Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by perfect fluid dark matter (PFDM) in the presence of a quintessence field. We investigate the impact of dark matter on the black hole's thermodynamic and optical properties, as well as its quasinormal modes. Our analysis reveals a critical radius where the heat capacity becomes positive, indicating the thermodynamic stability of the black hole. Notably, this critical radius increases with the dark matter parameter $α$. Additionally, we find that as the effects of dark matter increase, the black hole's shadow radius decreases. Using the WKB approximation, we show that the quasinormal mode spectrum differs from that of a standard Schwarzschild black hole due to the influence of PFDM. Moreover, we demonstrate that as $α$ increases, both the real part and the magnitude of the imaginary part of the quasinormal mode frequencies increase. This suggests that field perturbations decay more rapidly in the presence of PFDM compared to those in a Schwarzschild black hole.
