Effect of Snyder-de Sitter model on the Black hole thermodynamics in the context of rainbow gravity

One of the foremost goals of theoretical modern physics is to obtain a reliable theory of quantum gravity. In so doing, new fundamental scales are being proposed. For example, in the Snyder - de Sitter model, two scales manifest which relate measurement limits of the position and momentum. In this work, we study the thermodynamic functions of the Scharwzschild black hole in the Snyder - de Sitter model within the presence of position-independent and dependent gravity's rainbow. Heuristically, we prove the presence of a non-zero lower bound value of the horizon, mass, and temperature of the black hole. Then, we present the stability and remnant conditions of the black hole according to the entropy and heat capacity functions.

EUP-corrected thermodynamics of BTZ black hole

In this manuscript, we investigate the influence of the extended uncertainty principle (EUP) on the thermodynamics of a charged rotating Bañados, Teitelboim and Zanelli (BTZ) black hole in (2+1)-dimensional anti-de Sitter (AdS) and de Sitter (dS) space-time, respectively. We find that EUP-corrected Hawking temperature, entropy, volume, Gibbs free energy, pressure, and heat capacity functions have different characteristic behaviors in (A)dS space-time. During the detailed analysis, we obtain a critical horizon in the AdS space-time where the pressure has a non-zero minimum value. However, in the dS space-time, we cannot achieve such a minimum pressure value. Instead, there is a "cut point" where the pressure becomes zero. We show that after that horizon value the black hole becomes unstable, with negative pressure which leads to the collapse of the black hole.

Dunkl-Klein-Gordon equation in three-dimensions: The Klein-Gordon oscillator and Coulomb Potential

Recent studies show that deformations in quantum mechanics are inevitable. In this contribution, we consider a relativistic quantum mechanical differential equation in the presence of Dunkl operator-based deformation and we investigate solutions for two important problems in three-dimensional spatial space. To this end, after introducing the Dunkl quantum mechanics, we examine the Dunkl-Klein-Gordon oscillator solutions with the Cartesian and spherical coordinates. In both coordinate systems, we find that the differential equations are separable and their eigenfunctions can be given in terms of the associate Laguerre and Jacobi polynomials. We observe how the Dunkl formalism is affecting the eigenvalues as well as the eigenfunctions. As a second problem, we examine the Dunkl-Klein-Gordon equation with the Coulomb potential. We obtain the eigenvalue, their corresponding eigenfunctions, and the Dunkl-fine structure terms.

Thermodynamics of Schwarzschild black hole surrounded by quintessence with generalized uncertainty principle

In this manuscript, we consider a deformation on the Heisenberg algebra and investigate the effects on the thermodynamics of the Schwarzschild black hole that is surrounded by quintessence matter. To this end, we obtain the temperature, entropy, and heat capacity functions of the black hole by using the standard laws of thermodynamic according to the considered deformation. We show that upper and lower bound values appear on these functions based on the quintessence and deformed algebra. Then, we derive the corrected density of quintessence matter and the black hole's equation of state functions. We compare these results with the standard Schwarzschild black hole with and without quintessence with the graphical methods and interpret the quantum deformation effects.

Graphene in curved Snyder space

The Snyder-de Sitter (SdS) model which is invariant under the action of the de Sitter group, is an example of a noncommutative spacetime with three fundamental scales. In this paper, we considered the massless Dirac fermions in graphene layer in a curved Snyder spacetime which are subjected to an external magnetic field. We employed representation in the momentum space to derive the energy eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions of the system. Then, we used the deduced energy function obtaining the internal energy, heat capacity, and entropy functions. We investigated the role of the fundamental scales on these thermal quantities of the graphene layer. We found that the effect of the SdS model on the thermodynamic properties is significant.

The spin-one DKP Equation with a nonminimal vector interaction in the presence of minimal uncertainty in momentum

In this work, we consider the relativistic Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation for spin-one particles with a nonminimal vector interaction in the presence of minimal uncertainty in momentum. By using the position space representation we exactly determine the bound-states spectrum and the corresponding eigenfunctions. We discuss the effects of the deformation and nonminimal vector coupling parameters on the energy spectrum analytically and numerically.

Effect of the modified Heisenberg algebra on the Black hole thermodynamics

In this letter, we introduce two new forms of uncertainty relations by extending the usual Heisenberg algebra with higher terms. Within these scenarios, at first, we study on the Unruh temperature. We find that the Unruh temperature increases in one of the new forms while it decreases in the other form. Next, we explore the thermodynamic properties of a Schwarzschild black hole by relying on these two new forms of the Heisenberg uncertainty relation. We present the modifications in the mass-temperature, specific heat, and entropy functions of the black hole according to the extension parameters.

New higher-order generalized uncertainty principle: Applications

Last year, Chung and Hassanabadi proposed a higher order general uncertainty principle (GUP$^\ast$) that predicts a minimal length as well as possesses a upper bound momentum limit. In this article, we have discussed an ideal gas system and its thermal properties using that deformed canonical algebra introduced by them. Moreover, we examined blackbody radiation spectrum and the cosmological constant in the presence of the GUP$^\ast$. After a comparison with the existing literature, we concluded that the given formalism of Chung and Hassanabadi yields more accurate results.

Three dimensional DKP oscillator in a curved Snyder space

The Snyder-de Sitter model is an extension of the Snyder model to a de Sitter background. It is called triply special relativity (TSR) because it is based on three fundamental parameters: speed of light, Planck mass, and the cosmological constant. In this paper, we study the three dimensional DKP oscillator for spin zero and one in the framework of Snyder-de Sitter algebra in momentum space. By using the technique of vector spherical harmonics the energy spectrum and the corresponding eigenfunctions are obtained for both cases.

Effects of Extended Uncertainty Principle on the Relativistic Coulomb Potential

The relativistic bound-state energy spectrum and the wavefunctions for the Coulomb potential are studied for de Sitter and anti-de Sitter spaces in the context of the extended uncertainty principle. Klein-Gordon and Dirac equations are solved analytically to obtain the results. The electron energies of hydrogen-like atoms are studied numerically.
