SkySplat: Generalizable 3D Gaussian Splatting from Multi-Temporal Sparse Satellite Images

Three-dimensional scene reconstruction from sparse-view satellite images is a long-standing and challenging task. While 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) and its variants have recently attracted attention for its high efficiency, existing methods remain unsuitable for satellite images due to incompatibility with rational polynomial coefficient (RPC) models and limited generalization capability. Recent advances in generalizable 3DGS approaches show potential, but they perform poorly on multi-temporal sparse satellite images due to limited geometric constraints, transient objects, and radiometric inconsistencies. To address these limitations, we propose SkySplat, a novel self-supervised framework that integrates the RPC model into the generalizable 3DGS pipeline, enabling more effective use of sparse geometric cues for improved reconstruction. SkySplat relies only on RGB images and radiometric-robust relative height supervision, thereby eliminating the need for ground-truth height maps. Key components include a Cross-Self Consistency Module (CSCM), which mitigates transient object interference via consistency-based masking, and a multi-view consistency aggregation strategy that refines reconstruction results. Compared to per-scene optimization methods, SkySplat achieves an 86 times speedup over EOGS with higher accuracy. It also outperforms generalizable 3DGS baselines, reducing MAE from 13.18 m to 1.80 m on the DFC19 dataset significantly, and demonstrates strong cross-dataset generalization on the MVS3D benchmark. VITA-QinYu: Expressive Spoken Language Model for Role-Playing and Singing

Human speech conveys expressiveness beyond linguistic content, including personality, mood, or performance elements, such as a comforting tone or humming a song, which we formalize as role-playing and singing. We present VITA-QinYu, the first expressive end-to-end (E2E) spoken language model (SLM) that goes beyond natural conversation to support both role-playing and singing generation. VITA-QinYu adopts a hybrid speech-text paradigm that extends interleaved text-audio modeling with multi-codebook audio tokens, a design enabling richer paralinguistic representation while preserving a clear separation between modalities to avoid interference. We further develop a comprehensive data generation pipeline to synthesize a total of 15.8K hours of natural conversation, role-playing, and singing data for training. VITA-QinYu demonstrates superior expressiveness, outperforming peer SLMs by 7 percentage points on objective role-playing benchmarks, and surpassing peer models by 0.13 points on a 5-point MOS scale for singing. Simultaneously, it achieves state-of-the-art conversational accuracy and fluency, exceeding prior SLMs by 1.38 and 4.98 percentage points on the C3 and URO benchmarks, respectively. We open-source our code and models and provide an easy-to-use demo with full-stack support for streaming and full-duplex interaction.

RecGPT-Mobile: On-Device Large Language Models for User Intent Understanding in Taobao Feed Recommendation

Predicting a user's next search query from recent interaction behaviors is a critical problem in modern e-commerce systems, particularly in scenarios where user intent evolves rapidly. Large Language Models (LLMs) offer strong semantic reasoning capabilities and have recently been adopted to enhance training data construction for next-query prediction. However, due to resource constraints on mobile devices, existing applications are deployed on cloud servers, resulting in high inference costs. In this paper, we propose RecGPT-Mobile, a framework that designs a lightweight LLM-based intent understanding agent to improve recommendation quality in mobile e-commerce scenarios. By deploying LLMs directly on mobile devices, our approach can capture evolving interests of users more quickly and adjust the recommendation results in real time. Extensive offline analyses and online experiments demonstrate that our method significantly improves the accuracy of recommendation results, laying a practical path for LLM deployment in production-scale recommendation systems on mobile devices, as well as a scalable solution for integrating LLMs into real-world next-query prediction systems.

Schema-Adaptive Tabular Representation Learning with LLMs for Generalizable Multimodal Clinical Reasoning

Machine learning for tabular data remains constrained by poor schema generalization, a challenge rooted in the lack of semantic understanding of structured variables. This challenge is particularly acute in domains like clinical medicine, where electronic health record (EHR) schemas vary significantly. To solve this problem, we propose Schema-Adaptive Tabular Representation Learning, a novel method that leverages large language models (LLMs) to create transferable tabular embeddings. By transforming structured variables into semantic natural language statements and encoding them with a pretrained LLM, our approach enables zero-shot alignment across unseen schemas without manual feature engineering or retraining. We integrate our encoder into a multimodal framework for dementia diagnosis, combining tabular and MRI data. Experiments on NACC and ADNI datasets demonstrate state-of-the-art performance and successful zero-shot transfer to unseen schemas, significantly outperforming clinical baselines, including board-certified neurologists, in retrospective diagnostic tasks. These results validate our LLM-driven approach as a scalable, robust solution for heterogeneous real-world data, offering a pathway to extend LLM-based reasoning to structured domains.

Breaking the Communication-Accuracy Trade-off: A Sparsified Information Diffusion Framework for Multi-Agent Collaborative Perception

The growing relevance of multi-agent systems has drawn increasing focus on communication-efficient filters for collaborative perception to alleviate the system's communication burden. While the event-triggered (ET) mechanism can improve communication efficiency in collaborative state estimation, an inevitable trade-off exists between estimation accuracy and communication cost in ET filters. This paper proposes a fast and accurate ET diffusion-based filter for real-time multi-agent collaborative target tracking, aiming to reduce the system's data transmission without compromise in tracking performance. The proposed filter achieves improved tracking accuracy, reduced data transmission, and accelerated convergence using an error-minimized ET cubature information filter (CIF) for local estimation, and a correlation-aware diffusion strategy for global fusion. The experimental results confirm the scalability of the proposed EDC-CIF algorithm and demonstrate its efficacy in simultaneously reducing estimation error and computation time while significantly enhancing communication efficiency.

Quantum echo-enabled high harmonic generation using ultrafast electrons

Controlling and generating ultrafast free-electron wavepackets via laser is pivotal for photon-induced near-field electron microscopes (PINEM) and also for developing compact, coherent free-electron radiation sources. Here, we present a quantum echo-enabled high-harmonic generation (QEEHG) scheme that manipulates the quantum phase of electron wavepackets to produce tunable, coherent high-harmonic radiation at ultrashort wavelengths. This framework, inspired by the EEHG concept for free-electron lasers by Stupikov et al. (2009), leverages multiphoton PINEM scattering followed by dispersive chirp sections to induce quantum interference among photon sidebands. Such interference selectively enhances a targeted harmonic order - for instance, the 60th harmonic at 13.3nm from an 800nm seeding - while suppressing unwanted radiations. The optimization of harmonic orders and its non-classical spectral characteristics are analyzed. This quantum echo technique establishes a promising paradigm for compact coherent sources and provides new perspectives for quantum wavefunction shaping in ultrafast electron microscopy and diffraction.

AFMRL: Attribute-Enhanced Fine-Grained Multi-Modal Representation Learning in E-commerce

Multimodal representation is crucial for E-commerce tasks such as identical product retrieval. Large representation models (e.g., VLM2Vec) demonstrate strong multimodal understanding capabilities, yet they struggle with fine-grained semantic comprehension, which is essential for distinguishing highly similar items. To address this, we propose Attribute-Enhanced Fine-Grained Multi-Modal Representation Learning (AFMRL), which defines product fine-grained understanding as an attribute generation task. It leverages the generative power of Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) to extract key attributes from product images and text, and enhances representation learning through a two-stage training framework: 1) Attribute-Guided Contrastive Learning (AGCL), where the key attributes generated by the MLLM are used in the image-text contrastive learning training process to identify hard samples and filter out noisy false negatives. 2) Retrieval-aware Attribute Reinforcement (RAR), where the improved retrieval performance of the representation model post-attribute integration serves as a reward signal to enhance MLLM's attribute generation during multimodal fine-tuning. Extensive experiments on large-scale E-commerce datasets demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on multiple downstream retrieval tasks, validating the effectiveness of harnessing generative models to advance fine-grained representation learning.

Pareto Optimization with Robust Evaluation for Noisy Subset Selection

Subset selection is a fundamental problem in combinatorial optimization, which has a wide range of applications such as influence maximization and sparse regression. The goal is to select a subset of limited size from a ground set in order to maximize a given objective function. However, the evaluation of the objective function in real-world scenarios is often noisy. Previous algorithms, including the greedy algorithm and multi-objective evolutionary algorithms POSS and PONSS, either struggle in noisy environments or consume excessive computational resources. In this paper, we focus on the noisy subset selection problem with a cardinality constraint, where the evaluation of a subset is noisy. We propose a novel approach based on Pareto Optimization with Robust Evaluation for noisy subset selection (PORE), which maximizes a robust evaluation function and minimizes the subset size simultaneously. PORE can efficiently identify well-structured solutions and handle computational resources, addressing the limitations observed in PONSS. Our experiments, conducted on real-world datasets for influence maximization and sparse regression, demonstrate that PORE significantly outperforms previous methods, including the classical greedy algorithm, POSS, and PONSS. Further validation through ablation studies confirms the effectiveness of our robust evaluation function.

FRTSearch: Unified Detection and Parameter Inference of Fast Radio Transients using Instance Segmentation

The exponential growth of data from modern radio telescopes presents a significant challenge to traditional single-pulse search algorithms, which are computationally intensive and prone to high false-positive rates due to Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). In this work, we introduce FRTSearch, an end-to-end framework unifying the detection and physical characterization of Fast Radio Transients (FRTs). Leveraging the morphological universality of dispersive trajectories in time-frequency dynamic spectra, we reframe FRT detection as a pattern recognition problem governed by the cold plasma dispersion relation. To facilitate this, we constructed CRAFTS-FRT, a pixel-level annotated dataset derived from the Commensal Radio Astronomy FAST Survey (CRAFTS), comprising 2{,}392 instances across diverse source classes. This dataset enables the training of a Mask R-CNN model for precise trajectory segmentation. Coupled with our physics-driven IMPIC algorithm, the framework maps the geometric coordinates of segmented trajectories to directly infer the Dispersion Measure (DM) and Time of Arrival (ToA). Benchmarking on the FAST-FREX dataset shows that FRTSearch achieves a 98.0\% recall, competitive with exhaustive search methods, while reducing false positives by over 99.9\% compared to PRESTO and delivering a processing speedup of up to $13.9\times$. Furthermore, the framework demonstrates robust cross-facility generalization, detecting all 19 tested FRBs from the ASKAP survey without retraining. By shifting the paradigm from ``search-then-identify'' to ``detect-and-infer,'' FRTSearch provides a scalable, high-precision solution for real-time discovery in the era of petabyte-scale radio astronomy.

Investigating Production of TeV-scale Muons in Extensive Air Shower at 2400 Meters Underground

Deep underground experiments present a new avenue to probe the first interactions in extensive air showers or hadronic interactions in the extreme forward phase space. The China Jinping Underground Laboratory, characterized by a vertical rock overburden of 2,400~m, provides an exceptionally effective shield against cosmic muons with energies below 3~TeV. The surviving high-energy muons, produced in the first interactions of extensive air showers, open a unique observational window into primary cosmic rays from tens of TeV up to the PeV scale and beyond. This distinctive feature also enables detailed studies of charged hadron production in the earliest stages of shower development. Using 1,338.6 live days of data collected with a one-ton prototype detector for the Jinping Neutrino Experiment, we measured the underground muon flux originating from air showers. The results show discrepancies of about 40\% corresponding to significances of more than 2$σ$, relative to predictions from several leading hadronic interaction models. We interpret these findings from two complementary perspectives: (i) by adopting the expected cosmic-ray spectra, we constrain the modeling of the first hadronic interactions in air showers and provide novel insights into resolving the long-standing \textit{muon puzzle}; and (ii) by assuming specific hadronic interaction models, we infer the mass composition of cosmic rays, and our data favor a lighter component in the corresponding energy range. Our study demonstrates the potential of deep underground laboratories to provide new experimental insights into air shower physics and cosmic rays.

Knowledge Distillation of a Protein Language Model Yields a Foundational Implicit Solvent Model

Implicit solvent models (ISMs) promise to deliver the accuracy of explicit solvent simulations at a fraction of the computational cost. However, despite decades of development, their accuracy has remained insufficient for many critical applications, particularly for simulating protein folding and the behavior of intrinsically disordered proteins. Developing a transferable, data-driven ISM that overcomes the limitations of traditional analytical formulas remains a central challenge in computational chemistry. Here we address this challenge by introducing a novel strategy that distills the evolutionary information learned by a protein language model, ESM3, into a computationally efficient graph neural network (GNN). We show that this GNN potential, trained on effective energies from ESM3, is robust enough to drive stable, long-timescale molecular dynamics simulations. When combined with a standard electrostatics term, our hybrid model accurately reproduces protein folding free-energy landscapes and predicts the structural ensembles of intrinsically disordered proteins. This approach yields a single, unified model that is transferable across both folded and disordered protein states, resolving a long-standing limitation of conventional ISMs. By successfully distilling evolutionary knowledge into a physical potential, our work delivers a foundational implicit solvent model poised to accelerate the development of predictive, large-scale simulation tools.

SQLBench: A Comprehensive Evaluation for Text-to-SQL Capabilities of Large Language Models

Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as a powerful tool in advancing the Text-to-SQL task, significantly outperforming traditional methods.Nevertheless, as a nascent research field, there is still no consensus on the optimal prompt templates and design frameworks. Additionally, existing benchmarks inadequately explore the performance of LLMs across the various sub-tasks of the Text-to-SQL process, which hinders the assessment of LLMs' cognitive capabilities and the optimization of LLM-based solutions. To address the aforementioned issues, we firstly construct a new dataset designed to mitigate the risk of overfitting in LLMs. Then we formulate five evaluation tasks to comprehensively assess the performance of diverse methods across various LLMs throughout the Text-to-SQL process. Our study highlights the performance disparities among LLMs and proposes optimal in-context learning solutions tailored to each task. These findings offer valuable insights for facilitating the development of LLM-based Text-to-SQL systems.

CoMAI: A Collaborative Multi-Agent Framework for Robust and Equitable Interview Evaluation

Ensuring robust and fair interview assessment remains a key challenge in AI-driven evaluation. This paper presents CoMAI, a general-purpose multi-agent interview framework designed for diverse assessment scenarios. In contrast to monolithic single-agent systems based on large language models (LLMs), CoMAI employs a modular task-decomposition architecture coordinated through a centralized finite-state machine. The system comprises four agents specialized in question generation, security, scoring, and summarization. These agents work collaboratively to provide multi-layered security defenses against prompt injection, support multidimensional evaluation with adaptive difficulty adjustment, and enable rubric-based structured scoring that reduces subjective bias. Experimental results demonstrate that CoMAI achieved 90.47% accuracy, 83.33% recall, and 84.41% candidate satisfaction. These results highlight CoMAI as a robust, fair, and interpretable paradigm for AI-driven interview assessment.

QLLM: Do We Really Need a Mixing Network for Credit Assignment in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning?

Credit assignment remains a fundamental challenge in multi agent reinforcement learning (MARL) and is commonly addressed through value decomposition under the centralized training with decentralized ex ecution (CTDE) paradigm. However, existing value decomposition meth ods typically rely on predefined mixing networks that require additional training, often leading to imprecise credit attribution and limited in terpretability. We propose QLLM, a novel framework that leverages large language models (LLMs) to construct training-free credit assign ment functions (TFCAFs), where the TFCAFs are nonlinear with re spect to the global state and offer enhanced interpretability while intro ducing no extra learnable parameters. A coder-evaluator framework is employed to ensure the correctness and executability of the generated code. Extensive experiments on standard MARL benchmarks demon strate that QLLM consistently outperforms baselines while requiring fewer learnable parameters. Furthermore, it demonstrates generalization across a broad set of value decomposition algorithms. Code is available at https://github.com/MaoMaoLYJ/pymarl-qllm.

MorphSNN: Adaptive Graph Diffusion and Structural Plasticity for Spiking Neural Networks

Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) currently face a critical bottleneck: while individual neurons exhibit dynamic biological properties, their macro-scopic architectures remain confined within conventional connectivity patterns that are static and hierarchical. This discrepancy between neuron-level dynamics and network-level fixed connectivity eliminates critical brain-like lateral interactions, limiting adaptability in changing environments. To address this, we propose MorphSNN, a backbone framework inspired by biological non-synaptic diffusion and structural plasticity. Specifically, we introduce a Graph Diffusion (GD)mechanism to facilitate efficient undirected signal propagation, complementing the feedforward hierarchy. Furthermore, it incorporates a Spatio-Temporal Structural Plasticity (STSP) mechanism, endowing the network with the capability for instance-specific, dynamic topological reorganization, thereby overcoming the limitations of fixed topologies. Experiments demonstrate that MorphSNN achieves state-of-the-art accuracy on static and neuromorphic datasets; for instance, it reaches 83.35% accuracy on N-Caltech101 with only 5 timesteps. More importantly, its self-evolving topology functions as an intrinsic distribution fingerprint, enabling superior Out-of- Distribution (OOD) detection without auxiliary training. DAP: A Discrete-token Autoregressive Planner for Autonomous Driving

Gaining sustainable performance improvement with scaling data and model budget remains a pivotal yet unresolved challenge in autonomous driving. While autoregressive models exhibited promising data-scaling efficiency in planning tasks, predicting ego trajectories alone suffers sparse supervision and weakly constrains how scene evolution should shape ego motion. Therefore, we introduce DAP, a discrete-token autoregressive planner that jointly forecasts BEV semantics and ego trajectories, thereby enforcing comprehensive representation learning and allowing predicted dynamics to directly condition ego motion. In addition, we incorporate a reinforcement-learning-based fine-tuning, which preserves supervised behavior cloning priors while injecting reward-guided improvements. Despite a compact 160M parameter budget, DAP achieves state-of-the-art performance on open-loop metrics and delivers competitive closed-loop results on the NAVSIM benchmark. Overall, the fully discrete-token autoregressive formulation operating on both rasterized BEV and ego actions provides a compact yet scalable planning paradigm for autonomous driving.

UETrack: A Unified and Efficient Framework for Single Object Tracking

With growing real-world demands, efficient tracking has received increasing attention. However, most existing methods are limited to RGB inputs and struggle in multi-modal scenarios. Moreover, current multi-modal tracking approaches typically use complex designs, making them too heavy and slow for resource-constrained deployment. To tackle these limitations, we propose UETrack, an efficient framework for single object tracking. UETrack demonstrates high practicality and versatility, efficiently handling multiple modalities including RGB, Depth, Thermal, Event, and Language, and addresses the gap in efficient multi-modal tracking. It introduces two key components: a Token-Pooling-based Mixture-of-Experts mechanism that enhances modeling capacity through feature aggregation and expert specialization, and a Target-aware Adaptive Distillation strategy that selectively performs distillation based on sample characteristics, reducing redundant supervision and improving performance. Extensive experiments on 12 benchmarks across 3 hardware platforms show that UETrack achieves a superior speed-accuracy trade-off compared to previous methods. For instance, UETrack-B achieves 69.2% AUC on LaSOT and runs at 163/56/60 FPS on GPU/CPU/AGX, demonstrating strong practicality and versatility. Code is available at https://github.com/kangben258/UETrack.
