From Prompt to Production:Automating Brand-Safe Marketing Imagery with Text-to-Image Models

Text-to-image models have made significant strides, producing impressive results in generating images from textual descriptions. However, creating a scalable pipeline for deploying these models in production remains a challenge. Achieving the right balance between automation and human feedback is critical to maintain both scale and quality. While automation can handle large volumes, human oversight is still an essential component to ensure that the generated images meet the desired standards and are aligned with the creative vision. This paper presents a new pipeline that offers a fully automated, scalable solution for generating marketing images of commercial products using text-to-image models. The proposed system maintains the quality and fidelity of images, while also introducing sufficient creative variation to adhere to marketing guidelines. By streamlining this process, we ensure a seamless blend of efficiency and human oversight, achieving a $30.77\%$ increase in marketing object fidelity using DINOV2 and a $52.00\%$ increase in human preference over the generated outcome.

The minimal model program for b-log canonical divisors and applications

We discuss the minimal model program for b-log varieties, which is a pair of a variety and a b-divisor, as a natural generalization of the minimal model program for ordinary log varieties. We show that the main theorems of the log MMP work in the setting of the b-log MMP. If we assume that the log MMP terminates, then so does the b- log MMP. Furthermore, the b-log MMP includes both the log MMP and the equivariant MMP as special cases. There are various interesting b-log varieties arising from different objects, including the Brauer pairs, or "non-commutative algebraic varieties which are finite over their centres". The case of toric Brauer pairs is discussed in further detail.

Tilting bundles on orders on $P^d$

We introduce a class of orders on $P^d$ called Geigle-Lenzing orders and show that they have tilting bundles. Moreover we show that their module categories are equivalent to the categories of coherent sheaves on Geigle-Lenzing spaces introduced in Herschend, Iyama, Minamoto and Oppermann.

Moduli stacks of Serre stable representations in tilting theory

We introduce a new moduli stack, called the Serre stable moduli stack, which corresponds to studying families of point objects in an abelian category with a Serre functor. This allows us in particular, to re-interpret the classical derived equivalence between most concealed-canonical algebras and weighted projective lines by showing they are induced by the universal sheaf on the Serre stable moduli stack. We explain why the method works by showing that the Serre stable moduli stack is the tautological moduli problem that allows one to recover certain nice stacks such as weighted projective lines from their moduli of sheaves. As a result, this new stack should be of interest in both representation theory and algebraic geometry.

A recollement approach to Geigle-Lenzing weighted projective varieties

We introduce a new method for expanding an abelian category and study it using recollements. In particular, we give a criterion for the existence of cotilting objects. We show, using techniques from noncommutative algebraic geometry, that our construction encompasses the category of coherent sheaves on Geigle-Lenzing weighted projective lines. We apply our construction to some concrete examples and obtain new weighted projective varieties and analyse the endomorphism algebras of their tilting bundles.

Line Bundles and Curves on a del Pezzo Order

Orders on surfaces provide a rich source of examples of noncommutative surfaces. Other than some existence results, very little is known about the various moduli spaces that can be associated to them. Even fewer examples have been explicitly computed. In this paper we compute the Picard and Hilbert schemes of an order on the projective plane ramified on a union of two conics. Our main result is that, upon carefully selecting the right Chern classes, the Hilbert scheme is a ruled surface over a genus two curve. Furthermore, this genus two curve is, in itself, the Picard scheme of the order.
