Robust Bandwidth Estimation for Real-Time Communication with Offline Reinforcement Learning

Accurate bandwidth estimation (BWE) is critical for real-time communication (RTC) systems. Traditional heuristic approaches offer limited adaptability under dynamic networks, while online reinforcement learning (RL) suffers from high exploration costs and potential service disruptions. Offline RL, which leverages high-quality data collected from real-world environments, offers a promising alternative. However, challenges such as out-of-distribution (OOD) actions, policy extraction from behaviorally diverse datasets, and reliable deployment in production systems remain unsolved. We propose RBWE, a robust bandwidth estimation framework based on offline RL that integrates Q-ensemble (an ensemble of Q-functions) with a Gaussian mixture policy to mitigate OOD risks and enhance policy learning. A fallback mechanism ensures deployment stability by switching to heuristic methods under high uncertainty. Experimental results show that RBWE reduces overestimation errors by 18% and improves the 10th percentile Quality of Experience (QoE) by 18.6%, demonstrating its practical effectiveness in real-world RTC applications. The implementation is publicly available at https://github.com/jiu2021/RBWE_offline.

AudioTrust: Benchmarking the Multifaceted Trustworthiness of Audio Large Language Models

The rapid development and widespread adoption of Audio Large Language Models (ALLMs) demand rigorous evaluation of their trustworthiness. However, existing evaluation frameworks are primarily designed for text and fail to capture vulnerabilities introduced by the acoustic properties of audio. We find that significant trustworthiness risks in ALLMs arise from non-semantic acoustic cues, such as timbre, accent, and background noise, which can be exploited to manipulate model behavior. To address this gap, we propose AudioTrust, the first large-scale and systematic framework for evaluating ALLM trustworthiness under audio-specific risks. AudioTrust covers six key dimensions: fairness, hallucination, safety, privacy, robustness, and authenticition. It includes 26 sub-tasks and a curated dataset of more than 4,420 audio samples collected from real-world scenarios, including daily conversations, emergency calls, and voice assistant interactions, and is specifically designed to probe trustworthiness across multiple dimensions. Our comprehensive evaluation spans 18 experimental settings and uses human-validated automated pipelines to enable objective and scalable assessment of model outputs. Experimental results on 14 state-of-the-art open-source and closed-source ALLMs reveal important limitations and failure boundaries under diverse high-risk audio scenarios, providing critical insights for the secure and trustworthy deployment of future audio models. Our platform and benchmark are publicly available at https://github.com/JusperLee/AudioTrust.

LGmap: Local-to-Global Mapping Network for Online Long-Range Vectorized HD Map Construction

This report introduces the first-place winning solution for the Autonomous Grand Challenge 2024 - Mapless Driving. In this report, we introduce a novel online mapping pipeline LGmap, which adept at long-range temporal model. Firstly, we propose symmetric view transformation(SVT), a hybrid view transformation module. Our approach overcomes the limitations of forward sparse feature representation and utilizing depth perception and SD prior information. Secondly, we propose hierarchical temporal fusion(HTF) module. It employs temporal information from local to global, which empowers the construction of long-range HD map with high stability. Lastly, we propose a novel ped-crossing resampling. The simplified ped crossing representation accelerates the instance attention based decoder convergence performance. Our method achieves 0.66 UniScore in the Mapless Driving OpenLaneV2 test set.
