CameraEditor: Camera-Controlled Image Editing via Video-Prior Sequential Modeling

Beyond semantic content, camera parameters play a pivotal role in dictating the geometric perspective and appearance of any given image. While recent image editing models excel at semantic and stylistic manipulation, they struggle with explicit camera parameter control. When handling large perspective shifts, instruction-driven models face a dilemma: they either suffer from structural tearing or generate conservative outputs that ignore geometric instructions. To address this, we introduce CameraEditor, a framework that reformulates camera-controlled editing from a spatial problem into a temporal sequence prediction task. By leveraging the temporal coherence of video diffusion models, our approach integrates an explicit geometric perception module with a dynamic reference routing mechanism. This allows us to construct geometrically rigorous visual reference pairs via dynamic panorama cropping, overcoming the ambiguity of text-based instructions. Furthermore, CameraEditor strategically inserts intermediate transition frames to decompose large perspective shifts, providing a robust temporal buffer that preserves content identity and spatial coherence. We construct a training dataset of 5,760 instances. As an independent contribution, we introduce CamEditor-Bench, a model-agnostic evaluation suite of 462 test cases. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CameraEditor achieves state-of-the-art camera control precision and source identity preservation, outperforming existing methods.

OmniTryOn: Video Try-On Anything at Once!

Although video virtual try-on (VVT) has achieved significant progress, existing methods still exhibit two fundamental limitations: first, they are restricted to single-garment transfer, rendering simultaneous multi-object try-on highly impractical; second, their heavy reliance on explicit external priors (e.g., garment masks) inevitably destroys crucial physical dynamics and degrades visual quality. To bridge this gap, this paper proposes the novel Try-On Anything task, which aims to simultaneously transfer diverse wearable objects onto a person in a video in a single inference pass. To support and standardize this paradigm, we introduce TryAny-Bench, a comprehensive benchmark encompassing a paired video dataset alongside a tailored evaluation protocol. Furthermore, we present OmniTryOn, an external-prior-free generative framework designed to tackle this task. Specifically, OmniTryOn employs a First Frame Wearable Cache strategy, which directly provides diverse wearable objects for the generation process through the initial video frame. To maintain consistency, we propose the Spatiotemporally Consistent RoPE (STC-RoPE), which inherently establishes robust spatiotemporal anchors to strictly preserve complex human motions and background dynamics. Optimized by the proposed Gradual Try-On (GTO) training strategy, our model progressively masters robust multi-object synthesis. Extensive experiments on TryAny-Bench demonstrate that OmniTryOn significantly outperforms existing specialized video virtual try-on models and general video editing baselines, establishing a powerful new standard for the Try-On Anything task. PaCo-RL: Advancing Reinforcement Learning for Consistent Image Generation with Pairwise Reward Modeling

Consistent image generation requires faithfully preserving identities, styles, and logical coherence across multiple images, which is essential for applications such as storytelling and character design. Supervised training approaches struggle with this task due to the lack of large-scale datasets capturing visual consistency and the complexity of modeling human perceptual preferences. In this paper, we argue that reinforcement learning (RL) offers a promising alternative by enabling models to learn complex and subjective visual criteria in a data-free manner. To achieve this, we introduce PaCo-RL, a comprehensive framework that combines a specialized consistency reward model with an efficient RL algorithm. The first component, PaCo-Reward, is a pairwise consistency evaluator trained on a large-scale dataset constructed via automated sub-figure pairing. It evaluates consistency through a generative, autoregressive scoring mechanism enhanced by task-aware instructions and CoT reasons. The second component, PaCo-GRPO, leverages a novel resolution-decoupled optimization strategy to substantially reduce RL cost, alongside a log-tamed multi-reward aggregation mechanism that ensures balanced and stable reward optimization. Extensive experiments across the two representative subtasks show that PaCo-Reward significantly improves alignment with human perceptions of visual consistency, and PaCo-GRPO achieves state-of-the-art consistency performance with improved training efficiency and stability. Together, these results highlight the promise of PaCo-RL as a practical and scalable solution for consistent image generation. $\mathrm{D}^\mathrm{3}$-Predictor: Noise-Free Deterministic Diffusion for Dense Prediction

Although diffusion models with strong visual priors have emerged as powerful dense prediction backbones, they overlook a core limitation: the stochastic noise at the core of diffusion sampling is inherently misaligned with dense prediction that requires a deterministic mapping from image to geometry. In this paper, we show that this stochastic noise corrupts fine-grained spatial cues and pushes the model toward timestep-specific noise objectives, consequently destroying meaningful geometric structure mappings. To address this, we introduce $\mathrm{D}^\mathrm{3}$-Predictor, a noise-free deterministic diffusion-based dense prediction model built by reformulating a pretrained diffusion model without stochasticity noise. Instead of relying on noisy inputs to leverage diffusion priors, $\mathrm{D}^\mathrm{3}$-Predictor views the pretrained diffusion network as an ensemble of timestep-dependent visual experts and self-supervisedly aggregates their heterogeneous priors into a single, clean, and complete geometric prior. Meanwhile, we utilize task-specific supervision to seamlessly adapt this noise-free prior to dense prediction tasks. Extensive experiments on various dense prediction tasks demonstrate that $\mathrm{D}^\mathrm{3}$-Predictor achieves competitive or state-of-the-art performance in diverse scenarios. In addition, it requires less than half the training data previously used and efficiently performs inference in a single step. Our code, data, and checkpoints are publicly available at https://x-gengroup.github.io/HomePage_D3-Predictor/.

From Ideal to Real: Unified and Data-Efficient Dense Prediction for Real-World Scenarios

Dense prediction tasks hold significant importance of computer vision, aiming to learn pixel-wise annotated labels for input images. Despite advances in this field, existing methods primarily focus on idealized conditions, exhibiting limited real-world generalization and struggling with the acute scarcity of real-world data in practical scenarios. To systematically study this problem, we first introduce DenseWorld, a benchmark spanning a broad set of 25 dense prediction tasks that correspond to urgent real-world applications, featuring unified evaluation across tasks. We then propose DenseDiT, which exploits generative models' visual priors to perform diverse real-world dense prediction tasks through a unified strategy. DenseDiT combines a parameter-reuse mechanism and two lightweight branches that adaptively integrate multi-scale context. This design enables DenseDiT to achieve efficient tuning with less than 0.1% additional parameters, activating the visual priors while effectively adapting to diverse real-world dense prediction tasks. Evaluations on DenseWorld reveal significant performance drops in existing general and specialized baselines, highlighting their limited real-world generalization. In contrast, DenseDiT achieves superior results using less than 0.01% training data of baselines, underscoring its practical value for real-world deployment.

Why Settle for One? Text-to-ImageSet Generation and Evaluation

Despite remarkable progress in Text-to-Image models, many real-world applications require generating coherent image sets with diverse consistency requirements. Existing consistent methods often focus on a specific domain with specific aspects of consistency, which significantly constrains their generalizability to broader applications. In this paper, we propose a more challenging problem, Text-to-ImageSet (T2IS) generation, which aims to generate sets of images that meet various consistency requirements based on user instructions. To systematically study this problem, we first introduce $\textbf{T2IS-Bench}$ with 596 diverse instructions across 26 subcategories, providing comprehensive coverage for T2IS generation. Building on this, we propose $\textbf{T2IS-Eval}$, an evaluation framework that transforms user instructions into multifaceted assessment criteria and employs effective evaluators to adaptively assess consistency fulfillment between criteria and generated sets. Subsequently, we propose $\textbf{AutoT2IS}$, a training-free framework that maximally leverages pretrained Diffusion Transformers' in-context capabilities to harmonize visual elements to satisfy both image-level prompt alignment and set-level visual consistency. Extensive experiments on T2IS-Bench reveal that diverse consistency challenges all existing methods, while our AutoT2IS significantly outperforms current generalized and even specialized approaches. Our method also demonstrates the ability to enable numerous underexplored real-world applications, confirming its substantial practical value. ChatGen: Automatic Text-to-Image Generation From FreeStyle Chatting

Despite the significant advancements in text-to-image (T2I) generative models, users often face a trial-and-error challenge in practical scenarios. This challenge arises from the complexity and uncertainty of tedious steps such as crafting suitable prompts, selecting appropriate models, and configuring specific arguments, making users resort to labor-intensive attempts for desired images. This paper proposes Automatic T2I generation, which aims to automate these tedious steps, allowing users to simply describe their needs in a freestyle chatting way. To systematically study this problem, we first introduce ChatGenBench, a novel benchmark designed for Automatic T2I. It features high-quality paired data with diverse freestyle inputs, enabling comprehensive evaluation of automatic T2I models across all steps. Additionally, recognizing Automatic T2I as a complex multi-step reasoning task, we propose ChatGen-Evo, a multi-stage evolution strategy that progressively equips models with essential automation skills. Through extensive evaluation across step-wise accuracy and image quality, ChatGen-Evo significantly enhances performance over various baselines. Our evaluation also uncovers valuable insights for advancing automatic T2I. All our data, code, and models will be available in \url{https://chengyou-jia.github.io/ChatGen-Home}
