Morphology-Aware Human Motion Retargeting for Wheeled-Humanoid Loco-Manipulation

Human-to-humanoid retargeting has largely been studied on legged platforms, while comparatively few wheeled-humanoid systems support coupled locomotion and manipulation from general human motion. Building on GMR's configurable general-motion retargeting and BeyondMimic's physically simulated R1 Pro learning framework, we present a reproducible pipeline that converts multi-dataset SMPLX motion into executable loco-manipulation behavior for the Galaxea R1 Pro wheeled humanoid. The robot has a planar three-wheel base, a serial torso, and two arms but no leg joints, so human lower-body motion must be redistributed across base motion and torso posture without sacrificing manipulation-relevant arm geometry. Our pipeline combines canonical body-shape preprocessing, planar-base normalization, morphology-aware differential inverse kinematics, shoulder-rooted hierarchical arm retargeting, and continuous torso substitution for bending and squatting. A reference-twist-driven planning layer then decodes planar base motion into continuous three-wheel steering and rolling commands subject to hysteresis, kinematic continuity, acceleration, and actuator-rate limits. Finally, a 21-dimensional BaseDecode policy is trained in Isaac Lab with directional joint-limit scaling, focused upper-body tracking, and a staged wheel-contact reward. The resulting system provides a complete bridge from human motion data to physically trackable wheeled-humanoid loco-manipulation rather than a visualization-only retargeter; quantitative policy comparisons remain scheduled for a later revision.

DSG: Dynamic 3D Scene Graph Construction for Embodied Agents in Changing Indoor Environments

In indoor environments, object positions frequently change due to human activities or embodied-agent interactions, causing previously constructed scene graphs to become inconsistent with the current scene. To address this issue, we propose DSG, a dynamic 3D scene graph construction framework that detects object changes and performs spatial relationship reasoning. First, we construct a semantic-aware 3D Gaussian scene representation and develop a dual-view rendering-based object change detection method to enable reliable scene graph node updates. Second, we propose a spatial relationship reasoning method that incorporates multi-granularity visual context, enabling a large language model to identify a richer set of interobject spatial relationships. Furthermore, we introduce DynTHOR, a dynamic indoor scene graph benchmark built on the AI2-THOR simulation platform for evaluating scene graph construction in dynamic environments. Extensive experiments on Dyn-THOR, 3RScan, and real-world scenes demonstrate that DSG consistently outperforms existing methods in both object node construction and spatial relationship reasoning, significantly improving the accuracy of dynamic scene graph construction.

Everyone is unique: Towards Behaviorally Heterogeneous Negotiation Dialogue Systems for Debt Collection

Debt collection is a critical negotiation task in the financial industry, with strong practical relevance and exceptional academic value as a behaviorally rich, high-stakes testbed for human-centered dialogue systems. While large language models (LLMs) have shown promise in dialogue and negotiation, effectively evaluating their performance in this complex scenarios remains a major challenge: existing benchmarks uniformly assume users to be static, rational agents with fixed preferences, failing to capture the rich behavioral heterogeneity inherent in real-world debt collection. To bridge this gap, we propose DebtBench, the first public persona-enriched debt collection benchmark, that highlights behavioral heterogeneity in negotiation. Moreover, we develop DebtGPT, a debt collection agent trained to jointly optimize financial recovery and interaction experience. Our experimental results, using 16 state-of-the-art LLMs, find that most existing models struggle in this complex but realistic scenarios, whereas DebtGPT outperforms all open-source baselines and achieves performance on par with GPT-4o. CriPO: Enhancing Rubric-based RL via Self-Distillation

Rubric-based RL has recently shown promise in improving LLMs on open-ended tasks. A widely recognized limitation of rubric-based RL is limited exploration: criteria that no rollout manages to satisfy (Unexplored Criteria, UC) receive no optimization signal. Recent methods address this by incorporating rubric information as external guidance during rollout, yet they introduce a train-inference mismatch: the policy is optimized on rollouts produced under external guidance while this guidance is absent at inference time, causing error accumulation through autoregressive decoding. Moreover, these exploration-focused approaches overlook a fundamentally different failure mode that we term Suppressed Criteria (SC) -- criteria that are satisfied by some rollouts yet whose learning signals are lost during optimization because scalar reward aggregation assigns them non-positive aggregate advantages. Our analysis reveals that SC are remarkably prevalent: over 57% of samples exhibit this failure mode throughout training, with an average of 1.8 SC per sample. To simultaneously address both UC and SC without introducing training-inference mismatch, we propose Criterion-Distilled Policy Optimization (CriPO), which enhances rubric-based RL via on-policy self-distillation. For UC, CriPO constructs a criterion-injection self-teacher and computes a localized forward-KL loss to inject missing behaviors into the policy. For SC, CriPO employs a counterfactual self-teacher to locate criterion-relevant tokens in negative-advantage rollouts and flips their token-level advantages to positive values, preserving useful patterns that would otherwise be suppressed. Experiments on medicine and science benchmarks demonstrate that CriPO consistently outperforms rubric-based RL, achieving stronger final performance with approximately $2\times$ fewer optimization steps.

Interactor: Agentic RL oriented Iterative Creation for Ad Description Generation in Sponsored Search

This paper focuses on automatically generating informative ad descriptions in sponsored search. Unlike ad titles which are usually optimized to attract user click feedbacks, ad descriptions have a longer text span and possess the potential of incorporating world knowledge to address user search intents while presenting the fine-grained selling points of the ads. We propose Interactor, a multi-turn iterative creation framework optimized with agentic RL for ad description generation. The generation model acts as a policy that interacts with a customized environment consisting of multiple generative reward models. Given initial generations by the policy, the customized GenRMs evaluate multi-dimensional qualities including knowledge capacity and landing page consistency, providing both binary signals and reasoning feedbacks. The policy then iteratively refines the descriptions based on such feedbacks to ensure continuous improvement. Experiments on industrial datasets show that the Interactor framework significantly outperforms state-of-the-art approaches in generating knowledge-rich and faithful ad descriptions. Since May 2026, it has been deployed online in a leading search ads system, contributing to both ad revenue and user experience.

Table as a Modality for Large Language Models

To migrate the remarkable successes of Large Language Models (LLMs), the community has made numerous efforts to generalize them to the table reasoning tasks for the widely deployed tabular data. Despite that, in this work, by showing a probing experiment on our proposed StructQA benchmark, we postulate that even the most advanced LLMs (such as GPTs) may still fall short of coping with tabular data. More specifically, the current scheme often simply relies on serializing the tabular data, together with the meta information, then inputting them through the LLMs. We argue that the loss of structural information is the root of this shortcoming. In this work, we further propose TAMO, which bears an ideology to treat the tables as an independent modality integrated with the text tokens. The resulting model in TAMO is a multimodal framework consisting of a hypergraph neural network as the global table encoder seamlessly integrated with the mainstream LLM. Empirical results on various benchmarking datasets, including HiTab, WikiTQ, WikiSQL, FeTaQA, and StructQA, have demonstrated significant improvements on generalization with an average relative gain of 42.65%.

Shallow Deep Learning Can Still Excel in Fine-Grained Few-Shot Learning

Deep learning has witnessed the extensive utilization across a wide spectrum of domains, including fine-grained few-shot learning (FGFSL) which heavily depends on deep backbones. Nonetheless, shallower deep backbones such as ConvNet-4, are not commonly preferred because they're prone to extract a larger quantity of non-abstract visual attributes. In this paper, we initially re-evaluate the relationship between network depth and the ability to fully encode few-shot instances, and delve into whether shallow deep architecture could effectuate comparable or superior performance to mainstream deep backbone. Fueled by the inspiration from vanilla ConvNet-4, we introduce a location-aware constellation network (LCN-4), equipped with a cutting-edge location-aware feature clustering module. This module can proficiently encoder and integrate spatial feature fusion, feature clustering, and recessive feature location, thereby significantly minimizing the overall loss. Specifically, we innovatively put forward a general grid position encoding compensation to effectively address the issue of positional information missing during the feature extraction process of specific ordinary convolutions. Additionally, we further propose a general frequency domain location embedding technique to offset for the location loss in clustering features. We have carried out validation procedures on three representative fine-grained few-shot benchmarks. Relevant experiments have established that LCN-4 notably outperforms the ConvNet-4 based State-of-the-Arts and achieves performance that is on par with or superior to most ResNet12-based methods, confirming the correctness of our conjecture.

RealHiTBench: A Comprehensive Realistic Hierarchical Table Benchmark for Evaluating LLM-Based Table Analysis

With the rapid advancement of Large Language Models (LLMs), there is an increasing need for challenging benchmarks to evaluate their capabilities in handling complex tabular data. However, existing benchmarks are either based on outdated data setups or focus solely on simple, flat table structures. In this paper, we introduce RealHiTBench, a comprehensive benchmark designed to evaluate the performance of both LLMs and Multimodal LLMs (MLLMs) across a variety of input formats for complex tabular data, including LaTeX, HTML, and PNG. RealHiTBench also includes a diverse collection of tables with intricate structures, spanning a wide range of task types. Our experimental results, using 25 state-of-the-art LLMs, demonstrate that RealHiTBench is indeed a challenging benchmark. Moreover, we also develop TreeThinker, a tree-based pipeline that organizes hierarchical headers into a tree structure for enhanced tabular reasoning, validating the importance of improving LLMs' perception of table hierarchies. We hope that our work will inspire further research on tabular data reasoning and the development of more robust models. The code and data are available at https://github.com/cspzyy/RealHiTBench.

DQO-MAP: Dual Quadrics Multi-Object mapping with Gaussian Splatting

Accurate object perception is essential for robotic applications such as object navigation. In this paper, we propose DQO-MAP, a novel object-SLAM system that seamlessly integrates object pose estimation and reconstruction. We employ 3D Gaussian Splatting for high-fidelity object reconstruction and leverage quadrics for precise object pose estimation. Both of them management is handled on the CPU, while optimization is performed on the GPU, significantly improving system efficiency. MLINE-VINS: Robust Monocular Visual-Inertial SLAM With Flow Manhattan and Line Features

In this paper we introduce MLINE-VINS, a novel monocular visual-inertial odometry (VIO) system that leverages line features and Manhattan Word assumption. Specifically, for line matching process, we propose a novel geometric line optical flow algorithm that efficiently tracks line features with varying lengths, whitch is do not require detections and descriptors in every frame. To address the instability of Manhattan estimation from line features, we propose a tracking-by-detection module that consistently tracks and optimizes Manhattan framse in consecutive images. By aligning the Manhattan World with the VIO world frame, the tracking could restart using the latest pose from back-end, simplifying the coordinate transformations within the system. Furthermore, we implement a mechanism to validate Manhattan frames and a novel global structural constraints back-end optimization. Extensive experiments results on vairous datasets, including benchmark and self-collected datasets, show that the proposed approach outperforms existing methods in terms of accuracy and long-range robustness. The source code of our method is available at: https://github.com/LiHaoy-ux/MLINE-VINS.

TDCNet: Transparent Objects Depth Completion with CNN-Transformer Dual-Branch Parallel Network

The sensing and manipulation of transparent objects present a critical challenge in industrial and laboratory robotics. Conventional sensors face challenges in obtaining the full depth of transparent objects due to the refraction and reflection of light on their surfaces and their lack of visible texture. Previous research has attempted to obtain complete depth maps of transparent objects from RGB and damaged depth maps (collected by depth sensor) using deep learning models. However, existing methods fail to fully utilize the original depth map, resulting in limited accuracy for deep completion. To solve this problem, we propose TDCNet, a novel dual-branch CNN-Transformer parallel network for transparent object depth completion. The proposed framework consists of two different branches: one extracts features from partial depth maps, while the other processes RGB-D images. Experimental results demonstrate that our model achieves state-of-the-art performance across multiple public datasets. Our code and the pre-trained model are publicly available at https://github.com/XianghuiFan/TDCNet.

Depth-PC: A Visual Servo Framework Integrated with Cross-Modality Fusion for Sim2Real Transfer

Visual servoing techniques guide robotic motion using visual information to accomplish manipulation tasks, requiring high precision and robustness against noise. Traditional methods often require prior knowledge and are susceptible to external disturbances. Learning-driven alternatives, while promising, frequently struggle with the scarcity of training data and fall short in generalization. To address these challenges, we propose Depth-PC, a novel visual servoing framework that leverages decoupled simulation-based training from real-world inference, achieving zero-shot Sim2Real transfer for servo tasks. To exploit spatial and geometric information of depth and point cloud features, we introduce cross-modal feature fusion, a first in servo tasks, followed by a dedicated Graph Neural Network to establish keypoint correspondences. Through simulation and real-world experiments, our approach demonstrates superior convergence basin and accuracy compared to SOTA methods, fulfilling the requirements for robotic servo tasks while enabling zero-shot Sim2Real transfer. In addition to the enhancements achieved with our proposed framework, we have also demonstrated the effectiveness of cross-modality feature fusion within the realm of servo tasks. Code is available at https://github.com/3nnui/Depth-PC.

TableGPT2: A Large Multimodal Model with Tabular Data Integration

The emergence of models like GPTs, Claude, LLaMA, and Qwen has reshaped AI applications, presenting vast new opportunities across industries. Yet, the integration of tabular data remains notably underdeveloped, despite its foundational role in numerous real-world domains. This gap is critical for three main reasons. First, database or data warehouse data integration is essential for advanced applications; second, the vast and largely untapped resource of tabular data offers immense potential for analysis; and third, the business intelligence domain specifically demands adaptable, precise solutions that many current LLMs may struggle to provide. In response, we introduce TableGPT2, a model rigorously pre-trained and fine-tuned with over 593.8K tables and 2.36M high-quality query-table-output tuples, a scale of table-related data unprecedented in prior research. This extensive training enables TableGPT2 to excel in table-centric tasks while maintaining strong general language and coding abilities. One of TableGPT2's key innovations is its novel table encoder, specifically designed to capture schema-level and cell-level information. This encoder strengthens the model's ability to handle ambiguous queries, missing column names, and irregular tables commonly encountered in real-world applications. Similar to visual language models, this pioneering approach integrates with the decoder to form a robust large multimodal model. We believe the results are compelling: over 23 benchmarking metrics, TableGPT2 achieves an average performance improvement of 35.20% in the 7B model and 49.32% in the 72B model over prior benchmark-neutral LLMs, with robust general-purpose capabilities intact.

Jailbreaking Prompt Attack: A Controllable Adversarial Attack against Diffusion Models

Text-to-image (T2I) models can be maliciously used to generate harmful content such as sexually explicit, unfaithful, and misleading or Not-Safe-for-Work (NSFW) images. Previous attacks largely depend on the availability of the diffusion model or involve a lengthy optimization process. In this work, we investigate a more practical and universal attack that does not require the presence of a target model and demonstrate that the high-dimensional text embedding space inherently contains NSFW concepts that can be exploited to generate harmful images. We present the Jailbreaking Prompt Attack (JPA). JPA first searches for the target malicious concepts in the text embedding space using a group of antonyms generated by ChatGPT. Subsequently, a prefix prompt is optimized in the discrete vocabulary space to align malicious concepts semantically in the text embedding space. We further introduce a soft assignment with gradient masking technique that allows us to perform gradient ascent in the discrete vocabulary space. We perform extensive experiments with open-sourced T2I models, e.g. stable-diffusion-v1-4 and closed-sourced online services, e.g. DALLE2, Midjourney with black-box safety checkers. Results show that (1) JPA bypasses both text and image safety checkers (2) while preserving high semantic alignment with the target prompt. (3) JPA demonstrates a much faster speed than previous methods and can be executed in a fully automated manner. These merits render it a valuable tool for robustness evaluation in future text-to-image generation research.

Towards Cross-Table Masked Pretraining for Web Data Mining

Tabular data pervades the landscape of the World Wide Web, playing a foundational role in the digital architecture that underpins online information. Given the recent influence of large-scale pretrained models like ChatGPT and SAM across various domains, exploring the application of pretraining techniques for mining tabular data on the web has emerged as a highly promising research direction. Indeed, there have been some recent works around this topic where most (if not all) of them are limited in the scope of a fixed-schema/single table. Due to the scale of the dataset and the parameter size of the prior models, we believe that we have not reached the ''BERT moment'' for the ubiquitous tabular data. The development on this line significantly lags behind the counterpart research domains such as natural language processing. In this work, we first identify the crucial challenges behind tabular data pretraining, particularly overcoming the cross-table hurdle. As a pioneering endeavor, this work mainly (i)-contributes a high-quality real-world tabular dataset, (ii)-proposes an innovative, generic, and efficient cross-table pretraining framework, dubbed as CM2, where the core to it comprises a semantic-aware tabular neural network that uniformly encodes heterogeneous tables without much restriction and (iii)-introduces a novel pretraining objective -- prompt Masked Table Modeling (pMTM) -- inspired by NLP but intricately tailored to scalable pretraining on tables. Our extensive experiments demonstrate CM2's state-of-the-art performance and validate that cross-table pretraining can enhance various downstream tasks.

TableGPT: Towards Unifying Tables, Nature Language and Commands into One GPT

Tables are prevalent in real-world databases, requiring significant time and effort for humans to analyze and manipulate. The advancements in large language models (LLMs) have made it possible to interact with tables using natural language input, bringing this capability closer to reality. In this paper, we present TableGPT, a unified fine-tuned framework that enables LLMs to understand and operate on tables using external functional commands. It introduces the capability to seamlessly interact with tables, enabling a wide range of functionalities such as question answering, data manipulation (e.g., insert, delete, query, and modify operations), data visualization, analysis report generation, and automated prediction. TableGPT aims to provide convenience and accessibility to users by empowering them to effortlessly leverage tabular data. At the core of TableGPT lies the novel concept of global tabular representations, which empowers LLMs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire table beyond meta-information. By jointly training LLMs on both table and text modalities, TableGPT achieves a deep understanding of tabular data and the ability to perform complex operations on tables through chain-of-command instructions. Importantly, TableGPT offers the advantage of being a self-contained system rather than relying on external API interfaces. Moreover, it supports efficient data process flow, query rejection (when appropriate) and private deployment, enabling faster domain data fine-tuning and ensuring data privacy, which enhances the framework's adaptability to specific use cases.

The interaction between phosphorene oxide and the villin headpiece

Phosphorene, a novel member of the two-dimensional nanomaterial family, has been demonstrated a great potential in biomedical applications, such as photothermal therapy, drug delivery and antibacterial. However, phosphorene is unstable and easily oxidized in an aerobic environment. In this paper, using the larger-scale molecular dynamics simulations, we investigated the disruption of phosphorene oxide (PO) to the structure of a model protein, villin headpiece subdomain (HP35). It shows that the disruption of PO nanosheets to protein structure enhances with the increase of the oxidation concentration of PO, but the oxidation mode has almost no effect on the PO-HP35 interaction. At low oxidation concentration, PO is good biocompatibility to HP35. Oxygen atoms filled into the groove region in puckered surface of phosphorene enhances the dispersion interaction between phosphorene and HP35. Thus, oxidation enhances the destructive effect of phosphorene on the structure of HP35. These findings might shed light on understanding the biological toxicity of PO nanosheets and would be helpful for the future potential biomedical applications of PO nanosheets, such as nanodrugs and antibacterial agents.

Pore network model of evaporation in porous media with continuous and discontinuous corner films

During evaporation in porous media, two types of corner films are distinguished. A continuous corner film is connected to the bulk liquid, while a discontinuous one is not. To disclose their effects on evaporation in porous media, a pore network model with both continuous and discontinuous corner films is developed, which considers the capillary and viscous forces as well as the effects of corner films on the threshold pressures of pores. The capillary valve effect induced by the sudden geometrical expansion between the small and large pores is also taken into account in the model. The developed pore network model agrees well with the evaporation experiment with a quasi 2D micro model porous medium, in terms of not only the variation of the liquid saturation in each pore but also the variation of the total evaporation rate. The pore network models that neglect the corner films or the liquid viscosity are also compared with the experiment so as to shed light on the roles of the corner films. The continuous corner films, which contribute to sustain the high evaporation rate, can be interrupted to be the discontinuous ones not only by the gas invasion into pores but also by the capillary scissors effect due to the local convex topology of the solid matrix.
