Deeply Virtual Neutrino Scattering at Leading Twist

We illustrate the generalization of results concerning exclusive electromagnetic processes in the deeply virtual limit (DVCS) to the case of the weak interactions. We briefly describe the derivation of the differential cross section for neutrino-nucleon reactions mediated by the neutral current and the amplitude for similar reactions mediated by the charged currents.

Using and Constraining Nonforward Parton Distributions (Deeply Virtual Neutrino Scattering in Cosmic Rays and Light Dark Matter Searches)

We overview the construction of Nonforward Parton Distributions (NPD) in Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS). Then we turn to the analysis of similar constructs in the weak sector (electroweak NPD's). We argue in favour of a possible use of electroweak DVCS (EWDVCS) as a rare process for the study of neutrinos in cosmic rays and for light dark matter detection in underground experiments

Gauge Theory High-Energy Behavior from J-Plane Unitarity

In a non-abelian gauge theory the $t$-channel multiparticle unitarity equations continued in the complex j-plane can be systematically expanded around $j=1$. The combination of Ward identity constraints with unitarity is sufficient to produce directly many results obtained by Regge limit leading-log and next-to-leading log momentum space calculations. The $O(g^2)$ BFKL kernel is completely determined. $O(g^4)$ contributions to the kernel are also determined, including the leading contribution of a new partial-wave amplitude - previously identified as a separate forward component with a holomorphically factorizable spectrum. For this amplitude the only scale ambiguity is the overall normalization and it is anticipated to be a new conformally invariant kernel. The results suggest that all conformally invariant reggeon interactions are determined by $t$-channel unitarity.

Higher Order Corrections to the Equation of State of QED at High Temperature

We elaborate on the computation of the pressure of thermal quantum electrodynamics, with massless electrons, to the fifth ($e^5$) order. The calculation is performed within the Feynman gauge and the imaginary-time formalism is employed. For the $e^4$ calculation, the method of Sudakov decomposition is used to evaluate some ultraviolet finite integrals which have a collinear singularity. For the $e^5$ contribution, we give an alternative derivation and extend the discussion to massive electrons and nonzero chemical potential. Comments are made on expected similarities and differences for prospective three-loop calculations in QCD.

The Three Loop Equation of State of QED at High Temperature

We present the three loop contribution (order $e^4$) to the pressure of massless quantum electrodynamics at nonzero temperature. The calculation is performed within the imaginary time formalism. Dimensional regularization is used to handle the usual, intermediate stage, ultraviolet and infrared singularities, and also to prevent overcounting of diagrams during resummation.
