The Nash problem for torus actions of complexity one

We solve the equivariant generalized Nash problem for any non-rational normal variety with torus action of complexity one. Namely, we give an explicit combinatorial description of the Nash order on the set of equivariant divisorial valuations on any such variety. Using this description, we positively solve the classical Nash problem in this setting, showing that every essential valuation is a Nash valuation. We also describe terminal valuations and use our results to answer negatively a question of de Fernex and Docampo by constructing examples of Nash valuations which are neither minimal nor terminal, thus illustrating a striking new feature of the class of singularities under consideration.

On the behavior of formal neighborhoods in the Nash sets associated with toric valuations: a comparison theorem

We show that there exists a strong connection between the generic formal neighborhood at a rational arc lying in the Nash set associated with a toric divisorial valuation on a toric variety and the formal neighborhood at the generic point of the same Nash set. This may be interpreted as the fact that, analytically along such a Nash set, the arc scheme of a toric variety is a product of a finite dimensional singularity and an infinite dimensional affine space.

Exemples de comptage de courbes sur les surfaces

Let X be a surface whose Cox ring has a single relation satisfying moreover a kind of linearity property. Under a simple assumption, we show that the geometric Manin's conjectures hold for some degrees lying in the dual of the effective cone of X (in particular, for those degrees the moduli space of morphisms has the expected dimension). The result applies to a class of generalized del Pezzo surfaces which has been intensively studied in the context of the arithmetic Manin's conjecture.

Asymptotic behaviour of rational curves

We investigate the asympotic behaviour of the moduli space of morphisms from the rational curve to a given variety when the degree becomes large. One of the crucial tools is the homogeneous coordinate ring of the variey. First we explain in details what happens in the toric case. Then we examine the general case.

Produit eulérien motivique et courbes rationnelles sur les variétés toriques

We study the asymptotical behaviour of the moduli space of morphisms of given anticanonical degree from a rational curve to a split toric variety, when the degree goes to infinity. We obtain in this case a geometric analogue of Manin's conjecture about rational points of bounded height on varieties defined over a global field. The study is led through a generating series whose coefficients lie in a Grothendieck ring of motives, the motivic height zeta function. In order to establish convergence properties of this function, we use a notion of eulerian motivic product. It relies on a construction of Denef and Loeser which associates a virtual motive to a first order logic ring formula.

Fonctions L d'Artin et nombre de Tamagawa motiviques

In the first part of this text, we define motivic Artin L-fonctions via a motivic Euler product, and show that they coincide with the analogous functions introduced by Dhillon and Minac. In the second part, we define under some assumptions a motivic Tamagawa number and show that it specializes to the Tamagawa number introduced by Peyre in the context of Manin's conjectures about rational points of bounded height on Fano varieties.

Fonction zêta des hauteurs des variétés toriques non déployées

We investigate the anticanonical height zeta function of a (non necessarily split) toric variety defined over a global field of positive characteristic, drawing our inspiration from the method used by Batyrev and Tschinkel to deal with the analogous problem over a number field. By the way, we give a detailed account of their method.
