In-Context Operator Learning on the Space of Probability Measures

We introduce \emph{in-context operator learning on probability measure spaces} for optimal transport (OT). The goal is to learn a single solution operator that maps a pair of distributions to the OT map, using only few-shot samples from each distribution as a prompt and \emph{without} gradient updates at inference. We parameterize the solution operator and develop scaling-law theory in two regimes. In the \emph{nonparametric} setting, when tasks concentrate on a low-intrinsic-dimension manifold of source--target pairs, we establish generalization bounds that quantify how in-context accuracy scales with prompt size, intrinsic task dimension, and model capacity. In the \emph{parametric} setting (e.g., Gaussian families), we give an explicit architecture that recovers the exact OT map in context and provide finite-sample excess-risk bounds. Our numerical experiments on synthetic transports and generative-modeling benchmarks validate the framework.

Learning operators for identifying weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations

This paper focuses on investigating the learning operators for identifying weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations. Our objective is to establish a connection between the initial data as input and the weak solution as output. To achieve this, we employ a combination of deep learning methods and compactness argument to derive learning operators for weak solutions for any large initial data in 2D, and for low-dimensional initial data in 3D. Additionally, we utilize the universal approximation theorem to derive a lower bound on the number of sensors required to achieve accurate identification of weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations. Our results demonstrate the potential of using deep learning techniques to address challenges in the study of fluid mechanics, particularly in identifying weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations.

Inviscid limit of the inhomogeneous incompressible Navier-Stokes equations under the weak Kolmogorov hypothesis in $\mathbb{R}^3$

In this paper, we consider the inviscid limit of inhomogeneous incompressible Navier-Stokes equations under the weak Kolmogorov hypothesis in $\mathbb{R}^3$. In particular, we first deduce the Kolmogorov-type hypothesis in $\mathbb{R}^3$, which yields the uniform bounds of $α^{th}$-order fractional derivatives of $\sqrt{ρ^μ}{\bf u}^μ$ in $L^2_x$ for some $α>0$, independent of the viscosity. The uniform bounds can provide strong convergence of $\sqrt{ρ^μ}\bf u^μ$ in $L^2$ space. This shows that the inviscid limit is a weak solution to the corresponding Euler equations.
