Constructing Pareto Sets Using Noether's Second Theorem

This paper presents an analytical approach to constructing the Pareto set in multiobjective variational control problems, based on Noether's second theorem. A fundamental connection is established between the gauge symmetries of the dynamical system describing the plant and the structure of the Pareto set. It is shown that the Pareto front can be interpreted as a conservation law arising from the invariance of the system and the quality criteria with respect to a symmetry group. A gauge regularization concept is proposed, which allows eliminating variables that do not affect the criteria without changing the Pareto set, thereby reducing the dimension of the solution space. Numerical examples are provided for the linear-quadratic regulator with two conflicting criteria and for the standard ZDT1 test problem.

Reconstruction of chaotic systems in invariant jet space

Takens' theorem is the gold standard for attractor reconstruction from time series, but it guarantees only topological equivalence and does not preserve metric or group properties such as symmetries. We show that switching from delay-coordinate space to jet space (signal and its derivatives) allows one to exactly preserve the symmetry group of the original system. This statement is rigorously justified by a theorem on the isomorphism of Lie algebras under jet prolongation. Numerical experiments on the Lorenz and R\"ossler systems confirm that jet-space reconstruction preserves geometry and symmetries, whereas Takens embedding distorts them. As quantitative metrics we use a variational elastic energy functional and the correlation dimension. It is shown that jet-space reconstruction not only outperforms Takens embedding but in some cases yields more accurate estimates of invariants than projections of the original system. The proposed approach provides a coordinate-invariant criterion for the classification of strange attractors and can serve as a basis for detecting hidden attractors.

Neural Network Implementation of the Renormalization Group for Fault Diagnosis with Class Imbalance

The application of machine learning models in practical tasks faces challenges such as class imbalance and multidimensional noise. This paper proposes RGNet, a neural network architecture based on the concept of the renormalization group (RG), for hierarchical coarse-graining of the feature space. The model sequentially compresses the input dimensionality and concatenates all scales before classification, allowing it to capture both local details and global patterns. The notion of RG-flows is introduced - interpretable low-dimensional representations whose visualization via t-SNE reveals a discrete curvilinear structure confirming the effectiveness of coarse-graining. Experimental results are presented on the imbalanced AI4I dataset. The obtained results demonstrate that RGNet is a universal, interpretable, and competitive solution for fault prediction in applications with imbalanced classes.

Programming Technologies for the Development of Web-Based Platform for Digital Psychological Tools

The choice of the tools and programming technologies for information systems creation is relevant. For every projected system, it is necessary to define a number of criteria for development environment, used libraries and technologies. The paper describes the choice of technological solutions using the example of the developed web-based platform of the Russian Academy of Education. This platform is used to provide information support for the activities of psychologists in their research (including population and longitudinal researches). There are following system features: large scale and significant amount of developing time that needs implementation and ensuring the guaranteed computing reliability of a wide range of digital tools used in psychological research; ensuring functioning in different environments when conducting mass research in schools that have different characteristics of computing resources and communication channels; possibility of services scaling; security and privacy of data; use of technologies and programming tools that would ensure the compatibility and conversion of data with other tools of psychological research processing. Some criteria were introduced for the developed system. These criteria take into account the feature of the functioning and life cycle of the software. A specific example shows the selection of appropriate technological solutions.

QoS-based Computing Resources Partitioning between Virtual Machines in the Cloud Architecture

Cloud services have been used very widely, but configuration of the parameters, including the efficient allocation of resources, is an important objective for the system architect. The article is devoted to solving the problem of choosing the architecture of computers based on simulation and developed program for monitoring computing resources. Techniques were developed aimed at providing the required quality of service and efficient use of resources. The article describes the monitoring program of computing resources and time efficiency of the target application functions. On the basis of this application the technique is shown and described in the experiment, designed to ensure the requirements for quality of service, by isolating one process from the others on different virtual machines inside the hypervisor.

Using Object-Relational Mapping to Create the Distributed Databases in a Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

One of the challenges currently problems in the use of cloud services is the task of designing of specialized data management systems. This is especially important for hybrid systems in which the data are located in public and private clouds. Implementation monitoring functions querying, scheduling and processing software must be properly implemented and is an integral part of the system. To provide these functions is proposed to use an object-relational mapping (ORM). The article devoted to presenting the approach of designing databases for information systems hosted in a hybrid cloud infrastructure. It also provides an example of the development of ORM library.

Laboratory Test Bench for Research Network and Cloud Computing

At present moment, there is a great interest in development of information systems operating in cloud infrastructures. Generally, many of tasks remain unresolved such as tasks of optimization of large databases in a hybrid cloud infrastructure, quality of service (QoS) at different levels of cloud services, dynamic control of distribution of cloud resources in application systems and many others. Research and development of new solutions can be limited in case of using emulators or international commercial cloud services, due to the closed architecture and limited opportunities for experimentation. Article provides answers to questions on the establishment of a pilot cloud practically "at home" with the ability to adjust the width of the emulation channel and delays in data transmission. It also describes architecture and configuration of the experimental setup. The proposed modular structure can be expanded by available computing power.

Identification of Structural Model for Chaotic Systems

This article is talking about the study constructive method of structural identification systems with chaotic dynamics. It is shown that the reconstructed attractors are a source of information not only about the dynamics but also on the basis of the attractors which can be identified and the mere sight of models. It is known that the knowledge of the symmetry group allows you to specify the form of a minimal system. Forming a group transformation can be found in the recon-structed attractor. The affine system as the basic model is selected. Type of a nonlinear system is the subject of calcula-tions. A theoretical analysis is performed and proof of the possibility of constructing models in the central invariant manifold reduced. This developed algorithm for determining the observed symmetry in the attractor. The results of identification used in real systems are an application.

Reconstruction Models for Attractors in the Technical and Economic Processes

The article discusses building models based on the reconstructed attractors of the time series. Use of Dynamical Systems Modeling to Hybrid Cloud Database

In the article, an experiment is aimed at clarifying the transfer efficiency of the database in the cloud infrastructure. The system was added to the control unit, which has guided the database search in the local part or in the cloud. It is shown that the time data acquisition remains unchanged as a result of modification. Suggestions have been made about the use of the theory of dynamic systems to hybrid cloud database. The present work is aimed at attracting the attention of spe-cialists in the field of cloud database to the apparatus control theory. The experiment presented in this article allows the use of the description of the known methods for solving important practical problems.
