$P$-adic monomial equations and their perturbation

In this paper, we describe the set of all solutions of monomial equation $x^k=a$ over $\mathbb Q_p$. Moreover, as an application of the result, we study several perturbations of the considered equation over $p$-adic field.

On omega limiting sets of infinite dimensional Volterra operators

In the present paper, we are aiming to study limiting behavior of infinite dimensional Volterra operators. We introduce two classes $\tilde {\mathcal{V}}^+$ and $\tilde{\mathcal{V}}^-$of infinite dimensional Volterra operators. For operators taken from the introduced classes we study their omega limiting sets $ω_V$ and $ω_V^{(w)}$ with respect to $\ell^1$-norm and pointwise convergence, respectively. To investigate the relations between these limiting sets, we study linear Lyapunov functions for such kind of Volterra operators. It is proven that if Volterra operator belongs to $\tilde {\mathcal{V}}^+$, then the sets and $ω_V^{(w)}(\xb)$ coincide for every $\xb\in S$, and moreover, they are non empty. If Volterra operator belongs to $\tilde {\mathcal{V}}^-$, then $ω_V(\xb)$ could be empty, and it implies the non-ergodicity (w.r.t $\ell^1$-norm) of $V$, while it is weak ergodic.

A Formulation of Rényi Entropy on $C^*$-Algebras

The entropy of probability distribution defined by Shannon has several extensions. Rényi entropy is one of the general extensions of Shannon entropy and is widely used in engineering, physics, and so on. On the other hand, the quantum analogue of Shannon entropy is von Neumann entropy. Furthermore, the formulation of this entropy was extended to on $C^*$-algebras by Ohya ($\mathcal{S}$-mixing entropy). In this paper, we formulate Renyi entropy on $C^*$-algebras based on $\mathcal{S}$-mixing entropy and prove several inequalities for the uncertainties of states in various reference systems.

Dissipative generators, divisible dynamical maps and Kadison-Schwarz inequality

We introduce a concept of Kadison-Schwarz divisible dynamical maps. It turns out that it is a natural generalization of the well known CP-divisibility which characterizes quantum Markovian evolution. It is proved that Kadison-Schwarz divisible maps are fully characterized in terms of time-local dissipative generators. Simple qubit evolution illustrates the concept.

Volterra Evolution Algebras and Their Graphs

In this paper, we introduce Volterra evolution algebras which are evolution algebras whose structural matrices are described by skew symmetric matrices. A main result of the present paper gives a connection between such kind of algebras with ergodicities of Volterra quadratic stochastic operators. Furthermore, some of properties of the considered algebras such as nilpotency, derivations have been studied as well.

On Ground States and Phase Transition for $λ$-Model with the Competing Potts Interactions on Cayley Trees

In this paper, we consider the $λ$-model with nearest neighbor interactions and with competing Potts interactions on the Cayley tree of order-two. We notice that if $λ$-function is taken as a Potts interaction function, then this model contains as a particular case of Potts model with competing interactions on Cayley tree. In this paper, we first describe all ground states of the model. We point out that the Potts model with considered interactions was investigated only numerically, without rigorous (mathematical) proofs. One of the main points of this paper is to propose a measure-theoretical approach for the considered model in more general setting. Furthermore, we find certain conditions for the existence of Gibbs measures corresponding to the model, which allowed to establish the existence of the phase transition.

Quantum Markov States on Cayley trees

It is known that any locally faithful quantum Markov state (QMS) on one dimensional setting can be considered as a Gibbs state associated with Hamiltonian with commuting nearest-neighbor interactions. In our previous results, we have investigated quantum Markov states (QMS) associated with Ising type models with competing interactions, which are expected to be QMS, but up to now, there is no any characterization of QMS over trees. We notice that these QMS do not have one-dimensional analogues, hence results of related to one dimensional QMS are not applicable. Therefore, the main aim of the present paper is to describe of QMS over Cayley trees. Namely, we prove that any QMS (associated with localized conditional expectations) can be realized as integral of product states w.t.r. a Gibbs measure. Moreover, it is established that any locally faithful QMS associated with localized conditional expectations can be considered as a Gibbs state corresponding to Hamiltonians (on the Cayley tree) with commuting competing interactions.

Phase Transitions for quantum Ising model with competing XY -interactions on a Cayley tree

The main aim of the present paper is to establish the existence of a phase transition for the quantum Ising model with competing XY interactions within the quantum Markov chain (QMC) scheme. In this scheme, we employ the $C^*$-algebraic approach to the phase transition problem. Note that these kinde of models do not have one-dimensional analogues, i.e. the considered model persists only on trees. It turns out that if the Ising part interactions vanish then the model with only competing XY -interactions on the Cayley tree of order two does not have a phase transition. By phase transition we mean the existence of two distinct QMC which are not quasi-equivalent and their supports do not overlap. Moreover, it is also shown that the QMC associated with the model have clustering property which implies that the von Neumann algebras corresponding to the states are factors.

Perturbation bounds of Markov semigroups on abstract states spaces

In order to successfully explore quantum systems which are perturbations of simple models, it is essential to understand the complexity of perturbation bounds. We must ask ourselves: How quantum many-body systems can be artificially engineered to produce the needed behavior. Therefore, it is convenient to make use of abstract framework to better understand classical and quantum systems. Thus, our investigation's purpose is to explore stability and perturbation bounds of positive $C_0$-semigroups on abstract state spaces using the Dobrushin's ergodicity coefficient. Consequently, we obtain a linear relation between the stability of the semigroup and the sensitivity of its fixed point with respect to perturbations of $C_0$-Markov semigroups. Our investigation leads to the discovery of perturbation bounds for the time averages of uniform asymptotically stable semigroups. A noteworthy mention is that we also prove the equivalence of uniform and weak ergodicities of the time averages Markov operators in terms of the ergodicity coefficient, which shines a new light onto this specific topic. Lastly, in terms of weighted averages, unique ergodicity of semigroups is also studied. Emphasis is put on the newly obtained results which is a new discovery in classical and non-commutative settings.

Derivations and automorphisms of nilpotent evolution algebras with maximal nilindex

In this paper is devoted to nilpotent finite-dimensional evolution algebras E with $dimE^2 = dimE-1$. We described Lie algebras associated with evolution algebras whose nilindex is maximal. Moreover, in terms of this Lie algebra we fully construct nilpotent evolution algebra with maximal index of nilpotency. Furthermore, this result allowed us fully characterize all local and 2-local derivations of the considered evolution algebras. All automorphisms and local automorphisms of the nilpotent evolution algebras with maximal nilindex are found.

Open Quantum Random Walks, Quantum Markov Chains and Recurrence

In the present paper, we construct QMCs associated with Open Quantum Random Walks such that the transition operator of the chain is defined by OQRW and the restriction of QMC to the commutative subalgebra coincides with the distribution $P_ρ$ of OQRW. This sheds new light on some properties of the measure $P_ρ$. As an example, we simply mention that the measure can be considered as a distribution of some functions of certain Markov process. Furthermore, we study several properties of QMC and associated measure. A new notion of $\f$-recurrence of QMC is studied, and it is established relations between the defined recurrence and the existing ones.

Genetic Volterra algebras and their derivations

The present paper is devoted to genetic Volterra algebras. We first study characters of such algebras. We fully describe associative genetic Volterra algebras, in this case all derivations are trivial. In general setting, i.e. when the algebra is not associative, we provide a sufficient condition to get trivial derivation on generic Volterra algebras. Furthermore, we describe all derivations of three dimensional generic Volterra algebras, which allowed us to prove that any local derivation is a derivation of the algebra.

On chaotic behavior of the $P$-adic generalized Ising mapping and its application

In the present paper, by conducting research on the dynamics of the $p$-adic generalized Ising mapping corresponding to renormalization group associated with the $p$-adic Ising-Vannemenus model on a Cayley tree, we have determined the existence of the fixed points of a given function. Simultaneously, the attractors of the dynamical system have been found. We have come to a conclusion that the considered mapping is topologically conjugate to the symbolic shift which implies its chaoticity and as an application, we have established the existence of periodic $p$-adic Gibbs measures for the $p$-adic Ising-Vannemenus model.

Gibbs measures and free energies of Ising-Vannimenus Model on the Cayley tree

In this paper, we consider the Ising-Vannimenus model on a Cayley tree for order two with competing nearest-neighbor and prolonged next-nearest neighbor interactions. We stress that the mentioned model was investigated only numerically, without rigorous (mathematical) proofs. One of the main points of this paper is to propose a measure-theoretical approach for the considered model. We find certain conditions for the existence of Gibbs measures corresponding to the model, which allowed to establish the existence of the phase transition. Moreover, the free energies and entropies, associated with translation invariant Gibbs measures, are calculated.

Hypercyclic and supercyclic linear operators on non-Archimedean vector spaces

A main objective of the present paper is to develop the theory of hypercyclicity and supercyclicity of linear operators on topological vector space over non-Archimedean valued fields. We show that there does not exist any hypercyclic operator on finite dimensional spaces. Moreover, we give sufficient and necessary conditions of hypercyclicity (resp. supercyclicity) of linear operators on separable $F$-spaces. It is proven that a linear operator $T$ on topological vector space $X$ is hypercyclic (supercyclic) if it satisfies Hypercyclic (resp. Supercyclic) Criterion. We consider backward shifts on $c_0$, and characterize hypercyclicity and supercyclicity of such kinds of shifts. Finally, we study hypercyclicity, supercyclicity of operators $λI+μB$, where $I$ is identity and $B$ is backward shift. We note that there are essential differences between the non-Archimedean and real cases.
