On Approximation Properties of Generalized Lupaş Type Operators Based on Polya Distribution with Pochhammer $k$-Symbol

In our present investigation, we are concerned with the Kantorovich variant of Lupaş-Stancu operators based on Polya distribution with Pochhammer $k$-symbol. We briefly give some basic properties of the generalized operators and by making use of these results, we investigate convergence properties of the studied operators. Furthermore, the rate of convergence of these operators is obtained and Voronovskaja type theorem for the pointwise approximation is established. Then we construct bivariate generalization of the operators and we discuss some convergence properties. Finally, taking into account some illustrative graphics, we conclude our study with the comparison of the rate of convergence between our operators and other operators which are mentioned in the paper.

On some formulas for the $k$-analogue of Appell functions and generating relations via $k$-fractional derivative

Our present investigation is mainly based on the $k$-hypergeometric functions which are constructed by making use of the Pochhammer $k$-symbol \cite{Diaz} which are one of the vital generalization of hypergeometric functions. We introduce $k$-analogues of $F_{2}\ $and $F_{3}$ Appell functions denoted by the symbols $F_{2,k}\ $and $F_{3,k}\ $respectively, just like Mubeen et al. did for $F_{1}$ in 2015 \cite{Mubeen6}. Meanwhile, we prove some main properties namely integral representations, transformation formulas and some reduction formulas which help us to have relations between not only $k$-Appell functions but also $k$-hypergeometric functions. Finally, employing the theory of Riemann Liouville $k$-fractional derivative \cite{Rahman} and using the relations which we consider in this paper, we acquire linear and bilinear generating relations for $k$-analogue of hypergeometric functions and Appell functions.

A Dunkl Analogue of Operators Including Two-variable Hermite polynomials

The aim of this paper is to introduce a Dunkl generalization of the operators including two variable Hermite polynomials which are defined by Krech [14](Krech, G. A note on some positive linear operators associated with the Hermite polynomials, Carpathian J. Math., 32 (1) (2016), 71--77) and to investigate approximating properties for these operators by means of the classical modulus of continuity, second modulus of continuity and Peetre's K-functional.
