Translation of Mathieu's On the five-fold transitive function of 24 quantities
We translated the paper 'On the five-fold transitive function of 24 quantities' by Émile Mathieu into English. This was done to aid our project on expressing $M_{23}$ as additive functions on the finite field of $2_{11}$ elements.
