Light anti-nuclei in pp collisions at the LHC: production by coalescence and interaction of anti-nucleons

A unified afterburner framework is presented to describe nucleon--nucleon final-state interactions and light-(anti)nuclei production via coalescence in high-energy measured in pp collisions at the LHC collisions. The model reproduces qualitatively light-(anti)nuclei spectra without fine-tuning of the model parameters, as well as correlation observables, and can be extended to beyond proton--proton collisions.

Isospin-symmetry violation -- kaons and beyond (ISO-BREAK 25: summary and outlook)

This report summarizes the presentations and discussions during the ISO-BREAK 25 Workshop ``Isospin symmetry violation: kaons and beyond'', which was held at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce on October 23-25, 2025. We address the current status of the isospin-symmetry breaking discovered by NA61/SHINE in nucleus-nucleus collisions at the CERN SPS, its confirmation by other experiments and studies in \ee and deep inelastic scattering. In addition, we discuss the theoretical status as well as we outline experimental and theoretical priorities towards understanding this currently unexplained phenomenon.

Multi-differential studies to explore strangeness enhancement in pp with ALICE at the LHC

The study of energy and multiplicity dependence of strange hadron production in proton-proton collisions provides a powerful tool to understand similarities and differences between small and large collision systems. In order to better understand the origin of strangeness enhancement in pp new multi-differential analyses have been performed. The first separates the contribution of soft and hard processes, such as jets, to strange hadron production through two-particle correlation techniques. The second exploits the concept of the effective energy available for particle production in the event, which is estimated by an anti-correlation with the energy deposited in ALICE's Zero Degree Calorimeters. The results indicate that strangeness production emerges from the growth of the underlying event and confirm it is related to the final state multiplicity.
