Toward Precision Fragmentation of $Ω_{3Q}$ Baryons: The OMG3Q1.1 Framework

Recent experimental advances in the baryon sector, including the observation of doubly charmed states, have renewed interest in the production mechanisms of increasingly heavy hadronic systems, calling for precision and uncertainty-controlled descriptions. We present the OMG3Q1.1 framework for the fragmentation of same-flavor all-heavy $Ω_{3Q}$ baryons in high-energy hadronic collisions. The construction combines diquark-inspired inputs for constituent-heavy-quark and gluon channels with threshold-aware DGLAP evolution within the HF-NRevo scheme. A replica-based strategy consistently quantifies perturbative missing-higher-order effects (F-MHOUs) and nonperturbative wave-function uncertainties (F-NPWFs), yielding the first uncertainty-resolved fragmentation-function set for the $Ω_{3Q}$ sector. The resulting LHAPDF6 grids are employed to investigate semi-inclusive $Ω_{3Q}$ plus jet production at the HL-LHC and future FCC within the (sym)JETHAD environment. The OMG3Q1.1 framework establishes a precision-oriented baseline for rare triply heavy baryons and provides a foundation for future studies of the heavy-flavor baryon landscape.

Collinear fragmentation of pseudoscalar quarkonia from NLO NRQCD

We discuss a new family of publicly available collinear fragmentation functions (FFs) for pseudoscalar quarkonia, the NRFF1.0 set. It builds upon the Heavy-Flavor Non-Relativistic evolution (HF-NRevo) scheme, designed to describe heavy-hadron formation through leading-power fragmentation at moderate and large transverse momentum. Heavy-quarkonium production naturally involves both perturbative and non-perturbative QCD dynamics, from the production of the heavy $Q\bar{Q}$ pair to its formation into a physical bound state. Within NRFF1.0, Non-Relativistic Quantum Chromodynamics (NRQCD) provides the theoretical framework for calculating the FF inputs at the initial scale, which are subsequently evolved through the HF-NRevo scheme. This setup provides a precision baseline for investigating the underlying partonic hierarchy and jet structure across the moderate- to high-transverse-momentum regime. The explicit treatment of partonic channels and heavy-flavor thresholds makes this framework particularly suitable for exploring quarkonium-in-jet fragmentation, jet-quenching sensitivity, energy-loss mechanisms, and the emergence of medium-modified fragmentation patterns in the quark-gluon plasma.

TQ4Q2.0 Fragmentation Functions for Fully Heavy Tetraquark Production

We investigate the fragmentation dynamics underlying the production of fully heavy tetraquarks by means of the TQ4Q2.0 collinear FF set, covering scalar ($0^{++}$), axial-vector ($1^{+-}$), and tensor ($2^{++}$) configurations. The fragmentation inputs are determined within NRQCD factorization for the complete set of relevant partonic channels and are subsequently evolved across heavy-flavor thresholds through the HF-NRevo scheme. Perturbative uncertainties associated with fragmentation-scale variations are consistently propagated together with nonperturbative effects encoded in color-composite long-distance matrix elements. Attention is devoted to the axial-vector sector, whose fragmentation pattern makes it especially sensitive to intrinsic-charm contributions at LHC and FCC energies. TQ4Q2.0 therefore provides an uncertainty-aware framework for exploring fully heavy tetraquark production over a broad kinematic range and for connecting exotic-hadron spectroscopy with the partonic structure of the proton.

$Z$-plus-jet Production with JETHAD-DYnamis: Angular Structure, Polarization, Fixed-Order Matching

Recent NLO analyses of inclusive Higgs production indicate that high-energy resummation corrections can reach the 10\% level, highlighting the growing impact of high-energy QCD dynamics on electroweak observables from LHC to FCC energies. We extend this precision program to Drell-Yan plus jet production by deriving high-energy-resummed predictions for rapidity and transverse-momentum distributions of electroweak bosons. Fixed-order NLO accuracy is consistently combined with next-to-leading energy-logarithmic resummation (NLL/NLO). We outline a JETHAD-DYnamis-POWHEG matching strategy that retains polarization and angular correlations while enabling realistic lepton-level kinematics. This setup provides the first high-energy-resummed description of rapidity-separated electroweak-boson plus jet final states. The resulting framework offers a precision-oriented description of Drell-Yan observables for present LHC measurements and the High-Luminosity LHC, where percent-level theoretical control will become increasingly important.

Angular correlations and polarization in $Z$+jet production at the LHC

Precision studies at the LHC increasingly require theoretical control over QCD radiation beyond fixed-order perturbation theory, particularly in final states characterised by large separations in rapidity. High-energy logarithms can generate corrections at the ten-percent level even for electroweak-scale observables, as recently observed in Higgs production, motivating their systematic inclusion in precision analyses. We investigate this regime through Drell$-$Yan plus jet production, with particular emphasis on $Z$-boson final states and their angular and polarisation structure. High-energy logarithms are resummed at next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy and consistently combined with NLO fixed-order information. Beyond inclusive rapidity and transverse-momentum spectra, the framework resolves the azimuthal harmonic content of the process, whose pattern is reshaped by the transition from leading- to next-to-leading-order emission dynamics. We further develop the JETHAD$-$DYnamis$-$POWHEG strategy towards realistic lepton-level predictions, retaining spin correlations, decay-angle information, and experimentally accessible kinematics. This programme establishes $Z$+jet production as a precision probe of high-energy QCD dynamics for Run~3 and the HL-LHC.

Multimodal Fragmentation of All-Heavy Pentaquarks: Uncertainty-Aware Predictions for Hadron Colliders

We present an uncertainty-aware description of leading-power fragmentation for all-charm pentaquark states ($S$-wave $|cccc\bar{c}\rangle$) at hadron colliders. We construct a multimodal set of collinear fragmentation functions, PQ5Q1.1, incorporating both perturbative and nonperturbative uncertainties. Perturbative effects are estimated via missing higher-order variations (F-MHOUs), while the nonperturbative wave function is modeled through controlled modifications of its transverse-momentum structure (F-NPWF), consistently combined within a replica-like framework. The initial-scale input for constituent charm fragmentation is refined to describe both compact multiquark and diquark-driven production mechanisms. We employ the (sym)JETHAD interface to study NLL/NLO$^+$ semi-inclusive pentaquark-plus-jet production at the HL-LHC and future FCC. The bottom sector is left to future dedicated studies due to its enhanced sensitivity to nonperturbative modeling. Our results provide a flexible framework for uncertainty-controlled predictions, bridging exotic-hadron structure, heavy-flavor fragmentation, and high-energy QCD.

All-charm tetraquarks at hadron colliders: A high-precision fragmentation perspective

We present the TQ4Q2.0 fragmentation functions for the production of all-heavy (fully heavy) $S$-wave tetraquarks ($T_{4Q}$) with scalar ($0^{++}$), axial-vector ($1^{+-}$), and tensor ($2^{++}$) quantum numbers in high-energy hadronic collisions. This work extends the previous TQ4Q1.1 framework by incorporating nonconstituent heavy-quark contributions and introducing a replica-based uncertainty-quantification strategy derived from multi-scale variations (MHOUs). The construction follows a nonrelativistic QCD factorization approach, combining gluon- and heavy-quark-initiated fragmentation channels at leading power. Initial-scale inputs are modeled through updated potential-inspired wave functions, while the subsequent DGLAP evolution is performed via the threshold-aware HF-NRevo scheme. A comprehensive systematic analysis of uncertainties is carried out, with contributions from color-composite long-distance matrix elements (LDMEs) and perturbative multiscale inputs. The resulting TQ4Q2.0 grids, publicly released in LHAPDF6 format, provide the first complete phenomenological set for all-heavy exotics, enabling precise studies of all-charm tetraquark production and jet-associated observables within the JETHAD environment. This article completes the high-energy resummation-driven generation of the TQ4Q program and establishes a definitive baseline for future collider-oriented analyses of all-heavy multiquark dynamics.

Fully Heavy Pentaquarks with JETHAD: A High-Energy Viewpoint

We examine the leading-power fragmentation of fully heavy pentaquarks in high-energy hadronic collisions. To this end, we complete the release of the hadron-structure-oriented PQ5Q1.0 fragmentation functions, by discussing the $P_{5c}$ set and delivering the $P_{5b}$ one. These functions incorporate an improved computation of the initial-scale input for the constituent heavy-quark fragmentation channel, making them particularly suitable for describing both the direct formation of a compact multicharm state and the hadronization from a diquark-antiquark-diquark configuration. For phenomenological applications, we employ the data-validated (sym)JETHAD framework to compute and analyze NLL/NLO$^+$ semi-inclusive production rates of pentaquark-plus-jet systems at the upcoming HL-LHC and the future FCC. This study marks a further step toward connecting hadronic structure, precision QCD, and the emerging physics of exotic matter.

Heavy-Flavor Fragmentation: The QCD Portal to Exotic Matter

We investigate the core dynamics behind exotic matter formation via the TQ4Q1.1 set of collinear fragmentation functions for fully charmed or bottomed tetraquarks in three quantum configurations: scalar ($0^{++}$), axial vector ($1^{+-}$), and tensor ($2^{++}$). We adopt leading-power single-parton fragmentation within a nonrelativistic QCD framework tailored to tetraquark Fock states. Initial-scale inputs are constructed from updated gluon- and heavy-quark channels, and evolved through threshold-consistent DGLAP within HF-NRevo. We present the first systematic propagation of uncertainties from color-composite long-distance matrix elements governing tetraquark hadronization. This study advances the connection between hadronic structure, precision QCD, and exotic matter.

Triply Heavy $Ω$ Baryons with JETHAD: A High-Energy Viewpoint

We investigate the leading-power fragmentation of triply heavy $Ω$ baryons in high-energy hadronic collisions. Extending our previous work on the $Ω_{3c}$ sector, we release the full OMG3Q1.0 family of collinear fragmentation functions by completing the description of the charm channel and delivering the novel $Ω_{3b}$ functions. These hadron-structure-oriented functions are constructed from improved proxy-model calculations for heavy-quark and gluon fragmentation, matched to a flavor-aware DGLAP evolution based on the HF-NRevo scheme. For phenomenological applications, we employ the (sym)JETHAD multimodular interface to compute and analyze NLL/NLO$^+$ semi-inclusive $Ω_{3Q}$ plus jet distributions at the HL-LHC and FCC. This work consolidates the link between hadron structure, rare baryon production, and resummed QCD at the energy frontier.

Tetraquark-Jet Systems at the High-Luminosity LHC

We investigate the high-energy production of tetraquark-jet systems at the LHC and its forthcoming High-Luminosity upgrade. In this review, we examine the leading-power fragmentation of fully heavy tetraquarks ($T_{4Q}$) in hadronic collisions, highlighting their relevance as novel probes of multiquark dynamics in QCD. Our analysis relies on the hadron-structure-oriented TQ4Q1.1 fragmentation functions, built within a nonrelativistic QCD framework that incorporates both gluon- and heavy-quark-initiated channels. Threshold-consistent DGLAP evolution is performed through the HF-NRevo scheme, enabling a unified treatment of mass thresholds and scale variations. We also provide a systematic discussion of uncertainties arising from color-composite long-distance matrix elements (LDMEs) and from perturbative hard- and fragmentation-scale inputs (H- and F-MHOUs). Phenomenological predictions are obtained using the (sym)Jethad framework at NLL/NLO$^+$ accuracy for semi-inclusive tetraquark-jet production at the LHC and beyond. This review connects the emerging spectroscopy of fully heavy exotics with modern fragmentation-based approaches to hadron structure and high-energy QCD.

Forward & Far-Forward Heavy Hadrons with JETHAD: A High-energy Viewpoint

Inspired by the recent finding that semi-inclusive detections of heavy hadrons exhibit fair stabilization patterns in high-energy resummed distributions against (missing) higher-order corrections, we review and extend our studies on the hadroproduction of light and heavy hadrons tagged in forward and far-forward rapidity ranges. We analyze the NLL/NLO+ behavior of rapidity rates and angular multiplicities via the JETHAD method, where the resummation of next-to-leading energy logarithms and beyond is consistently embodied in the collinear picture. We explore kinematic regions that are within LHC typical acceptances, as well as novel sectors accessible thanks the combined tagging of a far-forward light or heavy hadron at future Forward Physics Facilities and a of central particle at LHC experiments via a precise timing-coincidence setup.

Exotic tetraquarks at the HL-LHC with JETHAD: A high-energy viewpoint

We review the semi-inclusive hadroproduction of a neutral hidden-flavor tetraquark with light and heavy quark flavor at the HL-LHC, accompanied by another heavy hadron or a light-flavored jet. We make use of the novel TQHL1.0 determinations of leading-twist fragmentation functions to describe the formation mechanism of a tetraquark state within the next-to-leading order perturbative QCD. This framework builds on the basis of a spin-physics inspired model, taken as a proxy for the lowest-scale input of the constituent heavy-quark fragmentation channel. Then, all parton-to-tetraquark fragmentation functions are consistently obtained via the above-threshold DGLAP evolution in a variable-flavor number scheme. We provide predictions for a series of differential distributions calculated by the hands of the JETHAD method well-adapted to NLL/NLO+ hybrid-factorization studies, where the resummation of next-to-leading energy logarithms and beyond is included in the collinear picture. We provide corroborating evidence that high-energy observables sensitive to semi-inclusive tetraquark emissions at the HL-LHC exhibit a fair stability under radiative corrections as well as MHOU studies. Our analysis constitutes a prime contact point between QCD resummations and the exotic matter.

Vector quarkonia at the LHC with JETHAD: A high-energy viewpoint

In this review we discuss and extend the study of the inclusive production of vector quarkonia, $J/ψ$ and $Υ$, emitted with large transverse momenta and rapidities at the LHC. We adopt the novel ZCW19$^+$ determination to depict the quarkonium production mechanism at the next-to-leading level of perturbative QCD. This approach is based on the nonrelativistic QCD formalism well adapted to describe the production of a quarkonium state from the collinear fragmentation of a gluon or a constituent heavy quark at the lowest energy scale. We rely upon the NLL/NLO$^+$ hybrid high-energy and collinear factorization for differential cross sections, where the standard collinear formalism is enhanced by the BFKL resummation of next-to-leading energy logarithms arising in the $t$-channel. We employ the JETHAD method to analyze the behavior of rapidity distributions for double inclusive vector-quarkonium and inclusive vector-quarkonium plus jet emissions. We discovered that the natural stability of the high-energy series, previously observed in observables sensitive to the emission of hadrons with heavy flavor detected in the rapidity acceptance of LHC barrel calorimeters, becomes even more manifest when these particles are tagged in forward regions covered by endcaps. Our findings brace the important message that vector quarkonia at the LHC via the hybrid factorization offer a unique chance to perform precision studies of high-energy QCD, as well as an intriguing opportunity to shed light on the quarkonium production puzzle.

Heavy-Flavor Fragmentation from HF-NRevo: Status, Prospects, and Intrinsic Charm

We report on recent developments of the Heavy-Flavor Non-Relativistic evolution (HF-NRevo) scheme, a framework designed to describe heavy-hadron formation through leading-power fragmentation at moderate and large transverse momentum. The approach combines short-distance inputs obtained from next-to-leading-order NRQCD calculations with collinear scale evolution in a variable-flavor-number scheme, ensuring a consistent treatment of heavy-flavor thresholds and partonic hierarchies. Within this setup we have constructed the NRFF1.0 family of fragmentation functions for $S$-wave heavy quarkonia in their leading NRQCD Fock states. We discuss prospective applications of the HF-NRevo framework in the heavy-ion environment, where it can provide a perturbative baseline for investigating medium-induced modifications of heavy-flavor fragmentation. Its explicit treatment of partonic channels and heavy-flavor thresholds makes it particularly suitable for exploring jet-quenching sensitivity, energy-loss mechanisms, and the emergence of medium-modified fragmentation patterns in the quark-gluon plasma. The HF-NRevo scheme has also been extended to the exotic sector through the TQ4Q1.x and newly released TQ4Q2.0 fragmentation sets, which describe the formation of fully heavy tetraquarks in multiple quantum configurations. These developments open a novel pathway to study quarkoniumlike states and to probe the intrinsic charm content of the proton in forward hadron-collision environments. Altogether, this program broadens the phenomenological reach of heavy-flavor fragmentation studies at the HL-LHC and future collider facilities, opening access to previously unexplored aspects of QCD and potential portals to New Physics.

Pseudoscalar heavy-quarkonium hadroproduction from nonrelativistic fragmentation at NLL/NLO$^+$

We investigate the inclusive hadroproduction of pseudoscalar heavy quarkonia, $η_c$ and $η_b$ mesons, in high-energy proton collisions. Our framework bases on the single-parton collinear fragmentation within a variable-flavor number scheme, tailored to describe the moderate to large transverse momentum regime. To this end, we construct a new set of collinear fragmentation functions, denoted as NRFF1.0, which evolve via standard DGLAP equations with a consistent treatment of flavor thresholds. Initial conditions for all parton-induced channels are computed using next-to-leading-order nonrelativistic QCD. We perform our analysis within the NLL/NLO$^+$ hybrid factorization framework, employing the JETHAD numerical interface together with the symJETHAD symbolic engine. These tools allow us to deliver predictions for high-energy observables sensitive to quarkonium final states at 13 TeV LHC. To the best of our knowledge, the NRFF1.0 sets represent the first-ever release of collinear fragmentation functions for heavy quarkonia that consistently includes all partonic channels within collinear factorization.

Heavy-flavor multimodal fragmentation to $S$-wave pentacharms at next-generation hadron colliders

We investigate the leading-power fragmentation of fully charmed pentaquark states ($S$-wave $|c\bar{c}ccc\rangle$ pentacharms) at hadron colliders. We introduce a new set of multimodal collinear fragmentation functions, named PQ5Q1.0. They rely on an enhanced calculation of the initial-scale input for the constituent heavy-quark fragmentation channel, making them well suited to describe the short-distance emission of either a compact multicharm state or a dicharm-charm-dicharm configuration. To explore phenomenological implications, we use the (sym)JETHAD multimodular interface to study NLL/NLO$^+$ semi-inclusive production rates for pentacharm-plus-jet systems at the forthcoming HL-LHC and the future FCC. Our analysis represents a further step toward bridging the domains of hadronic structure, precision QCD, and exotic matter.

Towards Precision Gluon Densities at Small $x$: From Resummation to Collider Observables

Accurate gluon densities at small $x$ are essential for reducing theoretical uncertainties in collider predictions, yet remain one of the least constrained ingredients in global analyses. We report recent advances in the resummation of small-$x$ logarithms in the gluon sector, focusing on collinear distributions and their interplay with transverse-momentum-dependent formulations. Particular attention is paid to the impact of gluon-proton spin correlations and to the emergence of unintegrated gluon densities derived from resummed dynamics. These developments aim to fill the current precision gap in the small-$x$ region and enable robust applications to LHC and future-collider observables.
