Multi-Cell Traps for Registering of Cold Atom Clouds

In this letter, the results on the development and simulation of new three-dimensional nanotraps for cold dressed atoms are considered. The traps are the multi-cell structures built by crossed non-touching carbon nanotubes. The trapping effect is tuned by the DC and RF currents to confine the strong- or low-potential seeking atoms far enough from the areas of strong Casimir-Polder and spin-flip forces. It is supposed that the developed and simulated multi-cell structures are pertinent for catching the Bose-Einstein condensates to demonstrate the Josephson effect, and to enable the study of the entanglement of confined clouds in three-dimensional nano-cells.

Quantum synapse for cold atoms

In this paper, the quantum synaptic effect is studied that arisen in the system of two crossed wires excited by the static (DC) and radio-frequency (RF) currents. The potential barrier between the two orthogonal atom streams is controlled electronically and the atoms can be transferred from one wire to another under certain critical values of the RF and DC currents. The results are interesting in the study of quantum interferometry and quantum registering of cold atoms.

Spatio-Temporal Electromagnetic Field Shapes and their Logical Processing

This paper is on the spatio-temporal signals with the topologically modulated electromagnetic fields. The carrier of the digital information is the topological scheme composed of the separatrices-manifolds and equilibrium positions of the field. The signals and developed hardware for their processing in the space-time domain are considered

RF Controllable Ioffe-Pritchard Trap

An Ioffe-Pritchard trap for cold dressed atoms is studied by analytical and numerical simulations. The effective potential in this trap is formed by the static magnetic and radio-frequency fields, and the minimums are formed around the current bars. The depth of the minimums and the overall topology of the effective potential are controlled electronically. The studied regime of the Ioffe-Pritchard trap is of interest for high-sensitive cold atom interferometers.

Qubit logic modeling by electronic circuits and electromagnetic signals

In the paper an approach is presented allowing to model quantum logic circuits by electronic gates for discrete spatially modulated electromagnetic signals. The designed circuitry is for modeling low scale quantum nets of general design and quantum devices based only on superposition principle of their work.
