From Tapping to Hopping: Augmenting Mobile GUI Agents with App-Native Deeplinks

Mobile GUI agents complete tasks using GUI actions like taps and swipes. These actions are broadly applicable across applications, but reaching a navigation interface. A single deeplink call can replace a sequence of screen-by-screen GUI actions. We therefore introduce hybrid interaction, using deeplinks for direct navigation and GUI actions for other on-screen operations and fallback. To enable this, we discover candidate deeplinks through static analysis, validate them on real devices, and describe their observed landing screens. This process creates a verified and grounded deeplink catalog that pairs each working deeplink with a description of its landing screen. Using this catalog, we introduce GUI-Hopper, a improves task success in commercial applications on real devices, further demonstrating the benefits of hybrid interaction.

Qwen-UI-Agent Technical Report: Toward Next-Generation Real-World Centric Foundation GUI Agents

GUI agents have the potential to become a general purpose executor over existing digital devices. To advance them toward real-world use, we envision agents that operate reliably on real devices, execute workflows across platforms, combine GUI interaction with CLI execution, complete long-horizon tasks, proactively initiate useful services, and autonomously improve their capabilities with minimal human effort. Guided by this vision, we present Qwen-UI-Agent, a real-world centric foundation GUI agent spanning mobile, computer-use, web, and DeepSearch environments. Qwen-UI-Agent combines diverse sandbox environments with a large-scale real-device mobile runtime. Its unified action space interleaves GUI operations with CLI execution and generates batched actions in a single model turn. An AutoResearch-style data flywheel uses agents to construct tasks and environments, diagnose failures, and plan subsequent iterations. Online RL supports training on trajectories exceeding 100 turns, with over 10,000 concurrent environments accelerating rollout. A lightweight harness layer supports proactive service initiation and stateful workflows across mobile and computer. Across a broad suite of evaluations, Qwen-UI-Agent sets state-of-the-art performance on mobile-use benchmarks while delivering competitive performance on computer- and browser-use tasks against frontier models, including Opus 4.8, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and GPT-5.6 Sol. On mobile use, it achieves 82.1% on MobileWorld, 92.2% on MobileWorld-Real, and 97.5% on AndroidDaily. On computer use, it achieves 79.5% on OSWorld-Verified and a 40.0% partial-progress score on OSWorld-v2. On browser use and GUI grounding, it achieves 73.6% on WebArena and 81.5% on ScreenSpot-Pro, respectively.

3D-Aware VLMs with Implicit and Explicit Geometries

Despite rapid progress, most existing vision-language models (VLMs) built from 2D visual inputs often struggle when handling various 3D tasks that require fine-grained spatial understanding and reasoning. To bridge this gap, we present VLM-IE3D, a unified framework that enhances the 3D spatial awareness of VLMs by equipping them with both implicit and explicit 3D geometries learned from RGB videos. Our VLM-IE3D introduces Implicit Geometry Tokens (IGTs) that capture high-level geometric priors from input videos, as well as complementary Explicit Geometry Tokens (EGTs) that encode detailed geometric structures from reconstructed 3D attributes. On top of that, VLM-IE3D comes with a 3D-aware adapter that effectively fuses the two types of geometric representations with 2D visual cues. This RGB-only design injects strong 3D inductive biases for fine-grained spatial understanding and reasoning without requiring any additional 3D inputs. Extensive experiments show that VLM-IE3D achieves superior performance consistently across various 3D tasks including 3D video detection, 3D visual grounding, 3D dense captioning, and spatial reasoning. GeoProp: Grounding Robot State in Vision for Generalist Manipulation

Proprioception is fundamental to robotic manipulation, yet standard fusion methods often treat it as an isolated vector lacking explicit alignment with visual tokens. Without a direct correspondence between 3D kinematics and 2D feature maps, manipulation policies struggle to ground the robot's state within the scene, frequently underperforming even vision-only baselines. To address this, we introduce GeoProp, a lightweight, plug-and-play adapter that aligns proprioception with vision through explicit geometric grounding and spatial feature sampling. GeoProp projects the robot state onto the image plane to sample localized visual features, constructing a grounded state token. It then injects state-derived spatial priors into the corresponding visual features via FiLM modulation. To capture motion intent, GeoProp further samples features at a short-horizon predicted coordinate derived from recent kinematics, providing look-ahead visual context. Across 67 tasks, GeoProp improves Diffusion Policy by 8.7% on 63 simulation tasks and pi_0 by 4.0% on the RoboTwin subset, and yields a 10.6% average gain across both policy families in the real world, while adding only 2-3% to the parameter count. These results demonstrate that GeoProp is a simple yet high-impact inductive bias for generalist embodied policies. Project page: https://alibaba-damo-academy.github.io/GeoProp/.

From Fixed to Free Cameras: Calibration-Free View-Robust Vision-Language-Action Model

Real-world robot deployment rarely maintains the training-stage camera setup, where cameras often experience repositioning or remounting depending on actual scenarios. Existing view-robust Vision-Language-Action (VLA) policies tolerate such camera variations only when the camera extrinsics are explicitly provided, making them fragile and hard to use especially when view robustness is critical. We argue that the policy should not be told where the camera is, but rather figure it out by itself. To this end, we introduce Camera-Centric VLA (CamVLA), a new VLA model that decouples manipulation controls from camera geometry by predicting (i) a camera-centric end-effector action expressed in the local camera frame, and (ii) a 6-DoF hand-eye matrix relating cameras to the robot base. A deterministic geometric transformation composes the two predictions into a robot base-frame action. This disentangles how I should move in pose-independent camera-centric action generation from where I am looking from in camera-perspective geometric grounding. The resulting policy is calibration-free, depth-free, and single-view, requiring only a single monocular RGB image as the visual observation and task instruction at deployment. Evaluations in both simulation and real-world robot data show that CamVLA consistently improves success rates across diverse unseen viewpoints. Towards Camera-Robust 3D Localization: Equation-Anchored Tool-Use for MLLMs

3D localization in Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), including 3D object detection and 3D visual grounding, is fundamentally limited by camera intrinsic ambiguity: the same image admits different 3D scenes under different cameras. Existing MLLMs either ignore camera parameters and overfit to a canonical training intrinsic, or retrieve depth and 3D cues from external tools but treat the returned values as reference cues (numerical hints that the model is free to interpret implicitly), both preventing camera information from being deterministically propagated into the prediction. We propose an equation-anchored tool-use framework that re-purposes spatial tools as formula variables. The proposed framework proactively retrieves camera intrinsics and samples multi-point metric depths, writes the pinhole back-projection equation $\hat{X} = (u_c - c_x)\bar{Z}/f_x$ explicitly in Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and substitutes tool outputs into the formula before regressing the final 9-DoF bounding box. On both 3D object detection and 3D visual grounding tasks under rescaled camera intrinsics from $0.5\times$ to $1.5\times$, our method outperforms RGB-only and tool-augmented baselines, with significant gains where the camera deviates most from the training scale. Code and data will be released.

STS-Mixer: Spatio-Temporal-Spectral Mixer for 4D Point Cloud Video Understanding

4D point cloud videos capture rich spatial and temporal dynamics of scenes which possess unique values in various 4D understanding tasks. However, most existing methods work in the spatiotemporal domain where the underlying geometric characteristics of 4D point cloud videos are hard to capture, leading to degraded representation learning and understanding of 4D point cloud videos. We address the above challenge from a complementary spectral perspective. By transforming 4D point cloud videos into graph spectral signals, we can decompose them into multiple frequency bands each of which captures distinct geometric structures of point cloud videos. Our spectral analysis reveals that the decomposed low-frequency signals capture more coarse shapes while high-frequency signals encode more fine-grained geometry details. Building on these observations, we design Spatio-Temporal-Spectral Mixer (STS-Mixer), a unified framework that mixes spatial, temporal, and spectral representations of point cloud videos. STS-Mixer integrates multi-band delineated spectral signals with spatiotemporal information to capture rich geometries and temporal dynamics, while enabling fine-grained and holistic understanding of 4D point cloud videos. Extensive experiments show that STS-Mixer achieves superior performance consistently across multiple widely adopted benchmarks on both 3D action recognition and 4D semantic segmentation tasks. Code and models are available at https://github.com/Vegetebird/STS-Mixer.

On the Generalization Capacities of MLLMs for Spatial Intelligence

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) that directly process RGB inputs for tasks like 3D localization and navigation have shown remarkable potential. However, we argue that these RGB-only approaches are fundamentally flawed in their ability to generalize across cameras. By ignoring camera parameters, they entangle an object's physical properties with the camera's perspective, creating an irresolvable ambiguity. We show this leads MLLMs to overfit to the training camera distribution, rather than learning true and generalizable 3D geometric principles. To address this, we propose Camera-Aware MLLM framework for spatial MLLMs. It learns generalizable spatial reasoning by: (i) injecting camera intrinsics via a dense embedding that conditions each visual token; (ii) introducing a camera-aware data augmentation strategy that synthetically varies camera parameters, forcing the model to disentangle camera properties from scene content; and (iii) distilling geometric priors from a 3D vision foundation model. Extensive experiments demonstrate that camera-aware MLLMs substantially outperform their naive counterparts, particularly in cross-camera generalization tests on spatially-grounded tasks, indicating that camera-awareness is not only beneficial but also a prerequisite for robust and generalizable spatial intelligence in MLLMs.

E.M.Ground: A Temporal Grounding Vid-LLM with Holistic Event Perception and Matching

Despite recent advances in Video Large Language Models (Vid-LLMs), Temporal Video Grounding (TVG), which aims to precisely localize time segments corresponding to query events, remains a significant challenge. Existing methods often match start and end frames by comparing frame features with two separate tokens, relying heavily on exact timestamps. However, this approach fails to capture the event's semantic continuity and integrity, leading to ambiguities. To address this, we propose E.M.Ground, a novel Vid-LLM for TVG that focuses on holistic and coherent event perception. E.M.Ground introduces three key innovations: (i) a special token that aggregates information from all frames of a query event, preserving semantic continuity for accurate event matching; (ii) Savitzky-Golay smoothing to reduce noise in token-to-frame similarities across timestamps, improving prediction accuracy; (iii) multi-grained frame feature aggregation to enhance matching reliability and temporal understanding, compensating for compression-induced information loss. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets show that E.M.Ground consistently outperforms state-of-the-art Vid-LLMs by significant margins.

MMRel: Benchmarking Relation Understanding in Multi-Modal Large Language Models

Though Multi-modal Large Language Models (MLLMs) have recently achieved significant progress, they often struggle to understand diverse and complicated inter-object relations. Specifically, the lack of large-scale and high-quality relation data has greatly hindered the progress of MLLMs in various vision-language perception tasks. We attempt to address this challenge by contributing the Multi-Modal Relation Understanding benchmark (MMRel), which features large-scale, high-quality, and diverse data on inter-object relations. MMRel has three distinctive attributes: (i) it contains 22,500 question-answer pairs spanning three distinct domains and around 400 relations, ensuring both scale and diversity; (ii) it provides manually verified, high-quality labels to ensure exceptional annotation accuracy; and (iii) it includes adversarial cases with highly unusual relations, offering a challenging setting for evaluating relation hallucination. These features make MMRel ideal for evaluating MLLMs on relation understanding, as well as for fine-tuning MLLMs to enhance relation comprehension capability. Extensive experiments on 28 MLLMs demonstrate the effectiveness of MMRel in both evaluating and enhancing MLLMs' relation understanding, and the accompanying analyses provide insights for future research. The benchmark has been made publicly available at: https://niejiahao1998.github.io/MMRel

RoboSVG: A Unified Framework for Interactive SVG Generation with Multi-modal Guidance

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVGs) are fundamental to digital design and robot control, encoding not only visual structure but also motion paths in interactive drawings. In this work, we introduce RoboSVG, a unified multimodal framework for generating interactive SVGs guided by textual, visual, and numerical signals. Given an input query, the RoboSVG model first produces multimodal guidance, then synthesizes candidate SVGs through dedicated generation modules, and finally refines them under numerical guidance to yield high-quality outputs. To support this framework, we construct RoboDraw, a large-scale dataset of one million examples, each pairing an SVG generation condition (e.g., text, image, and partial SVG) with its corresponding ground-truth SVG code. RoboDraw dataset enables systematic study of four tasks, including basic generation (Text-to-SVG, Image-to-SVG) and interactive generation (PartialSVG-to-SVG, PartialImage-to-SVG). Extensive experiments demonstrate that RoboSVG achieves superior query compliance and visual fidelity across tasks, establishing a new state of the art in versatile SVG generation. The dataset and source code of this project will be publicly available soon.

GP3: A 3D Geometry-Aware Policy with Multi-View Images for Robotic Manipulation

Effective robotic manipulation relies on a precise understanding of 3D scene geometry, and one of the most straightforward ways to acquire such geometry is through multi-view observations. Motivated by this, we present GP3 -- a 3D geometry-aware robotic manipulation policy that leverages multi-view input. GP3 employs a spatial encoder to infer dense spatial features from RGB observations, which enable the estimation of depth and camera parameters, leading to a compact yet expressive 3D scene representation tailored for manipulation. This representation is fused with language instructions and translated into continuous actions via a lightweight policy head. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that GP3 consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods on simulated benchmarks. Furthermore, GP3 transfers effectively to real-world robots without depth sensors or pre-mapped environments, requiring only minimal fine-tuning. These results highlight GP3 as a practical, sensor-agnostic solution for geometry-aware robotic manipulation.

Towards Scalable Spatial Intelligence via 2D-to-3D Data Lifting

Spatial intelligence is emerging as a transformative frontier in AI, yet it remains constrained by the scarcity of large-scale 3D datasets. Unlike the abundant 2D imagery, acquiring 3D data typically requires specialized sensors and laborious annotation. In this work, we present a scalable pipeline that converts single-view images into comprehensive, scale- and appearance-realistic 3D representations - including point clouds, camera poses, depth maps, and pseudo-RGBD - via integrated depth estimation, camera calibration, and scale calibration. Our method bridges the gap between the vast repository of imagery and the increasing demand for spatial scene understanding. By automatically generating authentic, scale-aware 3D data from images, we significantly reduce data collection costs and open new avenues for advancing spatial intelligence. We release two generated spatial datasets, i.e., COCO-3D and Objects365-v2-3D, and demonstrate through extensive experiments that our generated data can benefit various 3D tasks, ranging from fundamental perception to MLLM-based reasoning. These results validate our pipeline as an effective solution for developing AI systems capable of perceiving, understanding, and interacting with physical environments.

Modeling Continuous Motion for 3D Point Cloud Object Tracking

The task of 3D single object tracking (SOT) with LiDAR point clouds is crucial for various applications, such as autonomous driving and robotics. However, existing approaches have primarily relied on appearance matching or motion modeling within only two successive frames, thereby overlooking the long-range continuous motion property of objects in 3D space. To address this issue, this paper presents a novel approach that views each tracklet as a continuous stream: at each timestamp, only the current frame is fed into the network to interact with multi-frame historical features stored in a memory bank, enabling efficient exploitation of sequential information. To achieve effective cross-frame message passing, a hybrid attention mechanism is designed to account for both long-range relation modeling and local geometric feature extraction. Furthermore, to enhance the utilization of multi-frame features for robust tracking, a contrastive sequence enhancement strategy is proposed, which uses ground truth tracklets to augment training sequences and promote discrimination against false positives in a contrastive manner. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art method by significant margins on multiple benchmarks.

Cross-Domain Few-Shot Segmentation via Iterative Support-Query Correspondence Mining

Cross-Domain Few-Shot Segmentation (CD-FSS) poses the challenge of segmenting novel categories from a distinct domain using only limited exemplars. In this paper, we undertake a comprehensive study of CD-FSS and uncover two crucial insights: (i) the necessity of a fine-tuning stage to effectively transfer the learned meta-knowledge across domains, and (ii) the overfitting risk during the naïve fine-tuning due to the scarcity of novel category examples. With these insights, we propose a novel cross-domain fine-tuning strategy that addresses the challenging CD-FSS tasks. We first design Bi-directional Few-shot Prediction (BFP), which establishes support-query correspondence in a bi-directional manner, crafting augmented supervision to reduce the overfitting risk. Then we further extend BFP into Iterative Few-shot Adaptor (IFA), which is a recursive framework to capture the support-query correspondence iteratively, targeting maximal exploitation of supervisory signals from the sparse novel category samples. Extensive empirical evaluations show that our method significantly outperforms the state-of-the-arts (+7.8\%), which verifies that IFA tackles the cross-domain challenges and mitigates the overfitting simultaneously. The code is available at: https://github.com/niejiahao1998/IFA.

Online Map Vectorization for Autonomous Driving: A Rasterization Perspective

Vectorized high-definition (HD) map is essential for autonomous driving, providing detailed and precise environmental information for advanced perception and planning. However, current map vectorization methods often exhibit deviations, and the existing evaluation metric for map vectorization lacks sufficient sensitivity to detect these deviations. To address these limitations, we propose integrating the philosophy of rasterization into map vectorization. Specifically, we introduce a new rasterization-based evaluation metric, which has superior sensitivity and is better suited to real-world autonomous driving scenarios. Furthermore, we propose MapVR (Map Vectorization via Rasterization), a novel framework that applies differentiable rasterization to vectorized outputs and then performs precise and geometry-aware supervision on rasterized HD maps. Notably, MapVR designs tailored rasterization strategies for various geometric shapes, enabling effective adaptation to a wide range of map elements. Experiments show that incorporating rasterization into map vectorization greatly enhances performance with no extra computational cost during inference, leading to more accurate map perception and ultimately promoting safer autonomous driving.

Towards Efficient Use of Multi-Scale Features in Transformer-Based Object Detectors

Multi-scale features have been proven highly effective for object detection but often come with huge and even prohibitive extra computation costs, especially for the recent Transformer-based detectors. In this paper, we propose Iterative Multi-scale Feature Aggregation (IMFA) -- a generic paradigm that enables efficient use of multi-scale features in Transformer-based object detectors. The core idea is to exploit sparse multi-scale features from just a few crucial locations, and it is achieved with two novel designs. First, IMFA rearranges the Transformer encoder-decoder pipeline so that the encoded features can be iteratively updated based on the detection predictions. Second, IMFA sparsely samples scale-adaptive features for refined detection from just a few keypoint locations under the guidance of prior detection predictions. As a result, the sampled multi-scale features are sparse yet still highly beneficial for object detection. Extensive experiments show that the proposed IMFA boosts the performance of multiple Transformer-based object detectors significantly yet with only slight computational overhead.

DA-DETR: Domain Adaptive Detection Transformer with Information Fusion

The recent detection transformer (DETR) simplifies the object detection pipeline by removing hand-crafted designs and hyperparameters as employed in conventional two-stage object detectors. However, how to leverage the simple yet effective DETR architecture in domain adaptive object detection is largely neglected. Inspired by the unique DETR attention mechanisms, we design DA-DETR, a domain adaptive object detection transformer that introduces information fusion for effective transfer from a labeled source domain to an unlabeled target domain. DA-DETR introduces a novel CNN-Transformer Blender (CTBlender) that fuses the CNN features and Transformer features ingeniously for effective feature alignment and knowledge transfer across domains. Specifically, CTBlender employs the Transformer features to modulate the CNN features across multiple scales where the high-level semantic information and the low-level spatial information are fused for accurate object identification and localization. Extensive experiments show that DA-DETR achieves superior detection performance consistently across multiple widely adopted domain adaptation benchmarks.
