Any 3D Scene is Worth 1K Tokens: 3D-Grounded Representation for Scene Generation at Scale

Scene-level 3D generation has long been dominated by 2D multi-view or video diffusion models. Typically, these 2D-based approaches perform scene generation in a 2D latent space, which introduces two fundamental issues: (i) representing 3D scenes via 2D views leads to significant representation redundancy, and (ii) latent space rooted in 2D inherently limits the spatial consistency of the generated scenes. In this paper, we propose to perform 3D scene generation directly within a high-dimensional implicit 3D latent space derived from powerful 2D foundation models (e.g., DINOv2, SigLIP2, DA3). Then we tame diffusion transformers to perform diffusion modeling directly in the 3D latent space, enabling 3D-grounded scene generation. In our experiments, we not only demonstrate the advantages of our method over 2D-based approaches in terms of efficiency and spatial consistency, but also comprehensively analyze the impact of 3D latent representation on 3D scene generation performance. Furthermore, we validate the favorable scalability of our method with respect to representation and model capacity.

VbotNav-0: Asynchronous Cloud-Edge Dual-Policy Navigation across Indoor and Outdoor Environments

Continuous indoor-outdoor navigation connects destination-level reasoning with motion decisions that must respond to current observations. We present VbotNav-0, a cloud-edge dual-policy framework that links these processes through asynchronous policy-to-policy conditioning. The cloud policy produces subgoal guidance from visual history, navigation instructions, and route tokens; the edge policy combines available guidance with current RGB and LiDAR observations to generate local trajectories. This formulation allows the local perception-action loop to continue between cloud updates. A common route representation connects indoor paths and outdoor map routes, and the training recipe combines navigation demonstrations, corrective data, and grounded visual question answering (VQA). In the reported closed-loop evaluation of 258 episodes across 145 scenes, VbotNav-0 achieves 55.04% success rate and 55.03% success weighted by path length.

Walking in the Implicit: Interactive World Exploration via Neural Scene Representation

Interactive video generation systems for camera-controlled world exploration roll out growing sequences of latent video frames, entangling state transition with high-frequency observation synthesis. We propose Walking in the Implicit, a scene-centric paradigm that changes the rollout variable from frame latents to a fixed-length, renderable implicit state, termed Neural Implicit Scene (NIS). This factorizes interactive generation into stochastic transition of a compact scene state and deterministic pose-conditioned rendering given the sampled state. We instantiate this paradigm as NeuWorld: a transformer VAE learns locally anchored NIS from sparse posed frames, and a diffusion transformer evolves NIS conditioned on future camera trajectories and geometry-aware retrieved history. By reusing the VAE encoder as a unified conditioner, NeuWorld maps camera, reference-image, and history cues into the same NIS modality, avoiding external heterogeneous encoders. Trained from scratch on public posed-view data without pretrained video backbones or auxiliary 3D reconstructors, NeuWorld achieves strong long-horizon consistency with favorable inference efficiency.

DRoPE: Directional Rotary Position Embedding for Efficient Agent Interaction Modeling

Accurate and efficient modeling of agent interactions is essential for trajectory generation, the core of autonomous driving systems. Existing methods, scene-centric, agent-centric, and query-centric frameworks, each present distinct advantages and drawbacks, creating an impossible triangle among accuracy, computational time, and memory efficiency. To break this limitation, we propose Directional Rotary Position Embedding (DRoPE), a novel adaptation of Rotary Position Embedding (RoPE), originally developed in natural language processing. Unlike traditional relative position embedding (RPE), which introduces significant space complexity, RoPE efficiently encodes relative positions without explicitly increasing complexity but faces inherent limitations in handling angular information due to periodicity. DRoPE overcomes this limitation by introducing a uniform identity scalar into RoPE's 2D rotary transformation, aligning rotation angles with realistic agent headings to naturally encode relative angular information. We theoretically analyze DRoPE's correctness and efficiency, demonstrating its capability to simultaneously optimize trajectory generation accuracy, time complexity, and space complexity. Empirical evaluations compared with various state-of-the-art trajectory generation models, confirm DRoPE's good performance and significantly reduced space complexity, indicating both theoretical soundness and practical effectiveness.
