DiVA: Enabling Interactive Digital Life Simulation via Video Models

We present DiVA, a deeply interactive digital life simulator pioneering a new paradigm for long-term, open-ended interactive experiences within digital character worlds. DiVA's architecture pairs a Multimodal Large Language Model (MLLM) as a router with a meticulously designed stacked video pipeline for seamless, multi-turn interactions with action and audio response. To maintain continuity and avoid degradation, we model generation as a three-part coupled system: waiting video, action video, and the transitions between them. These transitions are critically handled by our Anchored Video Continuation (AVC) module, which returns the character to stable states to prevent degradation. By encoding information from the preceding action video segment, AVC ensures smooth transitions, significantly reducing camera jitter and inconsistencies common in current video transition methods. This design also enables complex pose changes (e.g., sitting to standing) typically difficult for audio-driven models. These system designs together ensure high-fidelity identity, coherence, and dynamics for extended experiences. To validate our pipeline design, we comprehensively compare our system against alternatives by replacing our core generation module with mainstream long-video, continuation, and interpolation methods. We further analyze the necessity of the three-stage design, anchor-state selection, transition naturalness, spatial grounding, and the quality-latency trade-off, and we expand the comparison to additional long-form audio-driven avatar models. Results confirm DiVA is markedly superior in maintaining long-term visual quality and realism, validating its effectiveness as a sustainable, interactive simulation.

CameraAnything: Refilming Videos with Arbitrary Camera Control

We introduce CameraAnything, the first unified framework for camera controlled video editing that enables joint control of both intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameters. Existing approaches either rely on expensive 3D reconstruction to achieve full camera functionality or restrict editing to extrinsic parameter manipulation. Moreover, the coupled influence of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters on video appearance makes disentangled modeling particularly challenging. To address this, we adopt per-pixel Plücker ray injection alongside resolution-aware 3D RoPE in self-attention, building both camera conditioning and spatial positional encoding on the target latent to jointly control camera position, focal length, and native resolution editing without cropping or outpainting. To overcome the scarcity of paired training data, we further develop a scalable synthetic pipeline that constructs diverse dynamic scenes through structured multi-camera recording and generates synchronized videos with varied camera configurations. With a tailored orthogonal training strategy, CameraAnything enables expressive video reshooting with arbitrary viewpoint control, focal length adjustment, resolution adaptation, and multi-shot transitions within a single generation process, offering strong practical value for cinematic video editing and cross-platform content adaptation in video production.

Infinite Worlds with Versatile Interactions

We present LingBot-World 2.0 (also known as LingBot-World-Infinity), an advanced iteration of LingBot-World featuring four distinct upgrades. (1) Our model achieves an unbounded interaction horizon while maintaining consistent output quality, benefiting from a carefully crafted causal pretraining paradigm. (2) Through distilling a real-time variant from the base model, our system guarantees rapid response time, sufficient to drive 720p video streams at 60 fps. (3) Compared to the previous version, this update introduces highly diverse interactive elements, comprising a broader spectrum of actions (e.g., attacking, archery, spell-casting, and shooting) alongside a richer variety of text-driven events. (4) We pioneer the integration of an agentic harness within the domain of world modeling, wherein a pilot agent is tasked with planning and executing character behaviors, while a director agent is responsible for synthesizing novel environmental elements as the scene progresses. Additionally, to facilitate a shared experience, we develop an interface that permits multiple players to simultaneously immerse themselves in this vivid world simulator. We pair our primary 14B model with a lightweight 1.3B counterpart, which supports effortless deployment on a single GPU.

Scaling Mixture-of-Experts Video Pretraining for Embodied Intelligence

Despite the recent promise in robot control, video generative models suffer from a domain mismatch due to their primary focus on content creation. For example, their design inherently prioritizes visual fidelity and creativity over computational efficiency and physical realism. In this work, we present LingBot-Video, a DiT-based video pretraining paradigm specifically tailored for embodied intelligence. From the architecture perspective, we adopt the Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), instead of dense, framework to achieve a better trade-off between modeling capacity and inference efficiency, and manage to scale it up from scratch. From the data perspective, we construct a data profiling engine that augments standard internet videos with extensive robot-oriented footage, encompassing manipulation, navigation, and egocentric perspectives, to equip the base model with an intrinsic understanding of actions and world dynamics. From the training perspective, we develop a multi-dimensional reward system to enforce the alignment regarding physical rationality and task completion, going beyond standard criteria such as aesthetics, prompt-following, and motion consistency. Comprehensive evaluations validate its performance and efficiency as a video foundation model. We contribute LingBot-Video as the inaugural large-scale, open-source MoE video foundation model to the community, in a pioneering effort to bridge digital creativity and physical actuation.

WorldDirector: Building Controllable World Simulators with Persistent Dynamic Memory

We present WorldDirector, a highly controllable video world model framework designed for persistent dynamic object memory and unrestricted viewpoint exploration. Unlike existing world models that entangle physical dynamics with pixel rendering and rely on continuous visual observation to sustain motion, our framework explicitly decouples semantic motion orchestration from visual generation. By leveraging an LLM to coordinate 3D trajectories with camera movements and subsequently employing these orchestrated trajectories as control signals for video generation, our approach ensures strict physical logic and appearance stability, successfully preserving the exact visual identities of dynamic entities even when they re-enter the scene after prolonged periods out of view. Experimental results demonstrate that our method supports the synthesis of complex and extended events with unprecedented controllability and persistent dynamic object memory. Stress Tensor Deformations in dS/CFT: Mixed Boundary Conditions, Spectrum Flow and Pseudo Entropy

We formulate a semiclassical stress tensor deformation dictionary in the context of the dS/CFT correspondence. Using the metric-flow formulation, we propose that stress tensor deformations of the putative boundary theory are encoded holographically as mixed boundary conditions for the bulk metric at future infinity. The coupled flow equations determine the deformed boundary metric and stress tensor, thereby specifying the source--response relation of the deformed boundary theory. We test the proposal in Kerr-dS$_3$/CFT$_2$, where the conserved charges constructed from the holographic boundary stress tensor agree exactly with the boundary spectrum obtained from the field-theoretic flow equation, providing a nontrivial consistency check of the dictionary. As an application, we compute the holographic pseudo entropy of boundary intervals from complexified geodesic saddles in the deformed Kerr-dS$_3$ geometry, and present explicit results for the $T\bar{T}$ and root-$T\bar{T}$ deformations.

AAD-1: Asymmetric Adversarial Distillation for One-Step Autoregressive Video Generation

We present AAD-1, an Asymmetric Adversarial Distillation framework for One-step autoregressive image-to-video generation. State-of-the-art methods adopt adversarial distillation but suffer from motion collapse and training instability, resulting in static videos. AAD-1 addresses these challenges through two key designs in architecture and training strategy. Our key architectural insight is to break the symmetry between generator and discriminator. While the generator remains causal to preserve autoregressive sampling capability, the discriminator attends bidirectionally over the full spatiotemporal context and produces a single holistic realism score for the entire video sequence. This asymmetric design enables the discriminator to effectively detect global temporal failures and long-range drift that cause motion collapse in autoregressive generation. To stabilize training, we introduce a phased strategy that first uses distribution matching to bootstrap a stable one-step generator, providing a warm-up phase that brings the student distribution closer to the teacher before adversarial distillation begins. Extensive experiments on VBench demonstrate that AAD-1 achieves state-of-the-art performance in one-step autoregressive video generation.

CausalCine: Real-Time Autoregressive Generation for Multi-Shot Video Narratives

Autoregressive video generation aims at real-time, open-ended synthesis. Yet, cinematic storytelling is not merely the endless extension of a single scene; it requires progressing through evolving events, viewpoint shifts, and discrete shot boundaries. Existing autoregressive models often struggle in this setting. Trained primarily for short-horizon continuation, they treat long sequences as extended single shots, inevitably suffering from motion stagnation and semantic drift during long rollouts. To bridge this gap, we introduce CausalCine, an interactive autoregressive framework that transforms multi-shot video generation into an online directing process. CausalCine generates causally across shot changes, accepts dynamic prompts on the fly, and reuses context without regenerating previous shots. To achieve this, we first train a causal base model on native multi-shot sequences to learn complex shot transitions prior to acceleration. We then propose Content-Aware Memory Routing (CAMR), which dynamically retrieves historical KV entries according to attention-based relevance scores rather than temporal proximity, preserving cross-shot coherence under bounded active memory. Finally, we distill the causal base model into a few-step generator for real-time interactive generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CausalCine significantly outperforms autoregressive baselines and approaches the capability of bidirectional models while unlocking the streaming interactivity of causal generation. DepthLab: From Partial to Complete

Missing values remain a common challenge for depth data across its wide range of applications, stemming from various causes like incomplete data acquisition and perspective alteration. This work bridges this gap with DepthLab, a foundation depth inpainting model powered by image diffusion priors. Our model features two notable strengths: (1) it demonstrates resilience to depth-deficient regions, providing reliable completion for both continuous areas and isolated points, and (2) it faithfully preserves scale consistency with the conditioned known depth when filling in missing values. Drawing on these advantages, our approach proves its worth in various downstream tasks, including 3D scene inpainting, text-to-3D scene generation, sparse-view reconstruction with DUST3R, and LiDAR depth completion, exceeding current solutions in both numerical performance and visual quality. Advancing Open-source World Models

We present LingBot-World, an open-sourced world simulator stemming from video generation. Positioned as a top-tier world model, LingBot-World offers the following features. (1) It maintains high fidelity and robust dynamics in a broad spectrum of environments, including realism, scientific contexts, cartoon styles, and beyond. (2) It enables a minute-level horizon while preserving contextual consistency over time, which is also known as "long-term memory". (3) It supports real-time interactivity, achieving a latency of under 1 second when producing 16 frames per second. We provide public access to the code and model in an effort to narrow the divide between open-source and closed-source technologies. We believe our release will empower the community with practical applications across areas like content creation, gaming, and robot learning.

Reward Forcing: Efficient Streaming Video Generation with Rewarded Distribution Matching Distillation

Efficient streaming video generation is critical for simulating interactive and dynamic worlds. Existing methods distill few-step video diffusion models with sliding window attention, using initial frames as sink tokens to maintain attention performance and reduce error accumulation. However, video frames become overly dependent on these static tokens, resulting in copied initial frames and diminished motion dynamics. To address this, we introduce Reward Forcing, a novel framework with two key designs. First, we propose EMA-Sink, which maintains fixed-size tokens initialized from initial frames and continuously updated by fusing evicted tokens via exponential moving average as they exit the sliding window. Without additional computation cost, EMA-Sink tokens capture both long-term context and recent dynamics, preventing initial frame copying while maintaining long-horizon consistency. Second, to better distill motion dynamics from teacher models, we propose a novel Rewarded Distribution Matching Distillation (Re-DMD). Vanilla distribution matching treats every training sample equally, limiting the model's ability to prioritize dynamic content. Instead, Re-DMD biases the model's output distribution toward high-reward regions by prioritizing samples with greater dynamics rated by a vision-language model. Re-DMD significantly enhances motion quality while preserving data fidelity. We include both quantitative and qualitative experiments to show that Reward Forcing achieves state-of-the-art performance on standard benchmarks while enabling high-quality streaming video generation at 23.1 FPS on a single H100 GPU.

Relative Rényi Entropy Under Local Quenches in 2D CFTs

We study the relative Rényi entropy (RRE) under local quenches in two-dimensional conformal field theories (CFTs), focusing on rational CFTs (RCFTs) and holographic CFTs. In RCFTs, the RRE evolves as a monotonic function over time, depending on finite-dimensional matrices. It is sometimes symmetric, prompting an exploration of its relation to the trace squared distance. We also observe that relative entropy can fail to distinguish between operators, as it only captures information entering/exiting the subsystem. In holographic CFTs, an analytic continuation of the RRE reveals insights into the entanglement wedge, offering a new perspective on bulk geometry in AdS/CFT. Our results deepen the understanding of quantum information measures in RCFTs and holographic CFTs, highlighting connections to distinguishability and bulk reconstruction.

The World is Your Canvas: Painting Promptable Events with Reference Images, Trajectories, and Text

We present WorldCanvas, a framework for promptable world events that enables rich, user-directed simulation by combining text, trajectories, and reference images. Unlike text-only approaches and existing trajectory-controlled image-to-video methods, our multimodal approach combines trajectories -- encoding motion, timing, and visibility -- with natural language for semantic intent and reference images for visual grounding of object identity, enabling the generation of coherent, controllable events that include multi-agent interactions, object entry/exit, reference-guided appearance and counterintuitive events. The resulting videos demonstrate not only temporal coherence but also emergent consistency, preserving object identity and scene despite temporary disappearance. By supporting expressive world events generation, WorldCanvas advances world models from passive predictors to interactive, user-shaped simulators. Scaling Instruction-Based Video Editing with a High-Quality Synthetic Dataset

Instruction-based video editing promises to democratize content creation, yet its progress is severely hampered by the scarcity of large-scale, high-quality training data. We introduce Ditto, a holistic framework designed to tackle this fundamental challenge. At its heart, Ditto features a novel data generation pipeline that fuses the creative diversity of a leading image editor with an in-context video generator, overcoming the limited scope of existing models. To make this process viable, our framework resolves the prohibitive cost-quality trade-off by employing an efficient, distilled model architecture augmented by a temporal enhancer, which simultaneously reduces computational overhead and improves temporal coherence. Finally, to achieve full scalability, this entire pipeline is driven by an intelligent agent that crafts diverse instructions and rigorously filters the output, ensuring quality control at scale. Using this framework, we invested over 12,000 GPU-days to build Ditto-1M, a new dataset of one million high-fidelity video editing examples. We trained our model, Editto, on Ditto-1M with a curriculum learning strategy. The results demonstrate superior instruction-following ability and establish a new state-of-the-art in instruction-based video editing.

MagicQuillV2: Precise and Interactive Image Editing with Layered Visual Cues

We propose MagicQuill V2, a novel system that introduces a \textbf{layered composition} paradigm to generative image editing, bridging the gap between the semantic power of diffusion models and the granular control of traditional graphics software. While diffusion transformers excel at holistic generation, their use of singular, monolithic prompts fails to disentangle distinct user intentions for content, position, and appearance. To overcome this, our method deconstructs creative intent into a stack of controllable visual cues: a content layer for what to create, a spatial layer for where to place it, a structural layer for how it is shaped, and a color layer for its palette. Our technical contributions include a specialized data generation pipeline for context-aware content integration, a unified control module to process all visual cues, and a fine-tuned spatial branch for precise local editing, including object removal. Extensive experiments validate that this layered approach effectively resolves the user intention gap, granting creators direct, intuitive control over the generative process.

Orientation Matters: Making 3D Generative Models Orientation-Aligned

Humans intuitively perceive object shape and orientation from a single image, guided by strong priors about canonical poses. However, existing 3D generative models often produce misaligned results due to inconsistent training data, limiting their usability in downstream tasks. To address this gap, we introduce the task of orientation-aligned 3D object generation: producing 3D objects from single images with consistent orientations across categories. To facilitate this, we construct Objaverse-OA, a dataset of 14,832 orientation-aligned 3D models spanning 1,008 categories. Leveraging Objaverse-OA, we fine-tune two representative 3D generative models based on multi-view diffusion and 3D variational autoencoder frameworks to produce aligned objects that generalize well to unseen objects across various categories. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our method over post-hoc alignment approaches. Furthermore, we showcase downstream applications enabled by our aligned object generation, including zero-shot object orientation estimation via analysis-by-synthesis and efficient arrow-based object rotation manipulation.

Holography for stress-energy tensor flows

We study the holographic description for general stress-energy tensor deformations in arbitrary dimensions using the metric flow approach. Mixed boundary conditions corresponding to these deformations emerge from solutions to the metric flow equations. To test this proposal, we analyze planar anti-de Sitter black holes with such boundary conditions and find that the deformed energies satisfy flow equations consistent with the field theory interpretation. We further derive the commuting condition for stress-energy tensor deformations and extend the mixed boundary condition description to accommodate families of commuting deformations.

HoloCine: Holistic Generation of Cinematic Multi-Shot Long Video Narratives

State-of-the-art text-to-video models excel at generating isolated clips but fall short of creating the coherent, multi-shot narratives, which are the essence of storytelling. We bridge this "narrative gap" with HoloCine, a model that generates entire scenes holistically to ensure global consistency from the first shot to the last. Our architecture achieves precise directorial control through a Window Cross-Attention mechanism that localizes text prompts to specific shots, while a Sparse Inter-Shot Self-Attention pattern (dense within shots but sparse between them) ensures the efficiency required for minute-scale generation. Beyond setting a new state-of-the-art in narrative coherence, HoloCine develops remarkable emergent abilities: a persistent memory for characters and scenes, and an intuitive grasp of cinematic techniques. Our work marks a pivotal shift from clip synthesis towards automated filmmaking, making end-to-end cinematic creation a tangible future. Our code is available at: https://holo-cine.github.io/.
