Conditions for separability in multiqubit systems with an accelerating qubit using a conditional entropy

We study the separability in multiqubit pure and mixed Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) and W states with an accelerating qubit using the Abe-Rajagopal (AR) $ q $-conditional entropy. We observe that the pure multiqubit GHZ and W states in the inertial : non-inertial bipartition with one of their qubits accelerated will remain non-separable irrespective of the qubit's acceleration. In these systems, we captured the variation of their non-separability with respect to the acceleration of the qubit and the AR $ q $-conditional entropy parameter $ q $. However, in the corresponding multiqubit mixed states obtained by introducing a global noise to the above pure states, one could get stronger conditions on their separability in the inertial : non-inertial bipartition, in terms of the acceleration of the qubit, noise parameter, and the number of qubits in the system, in the asymptotic limit of parameter $ q $. These conditions obtained from the AR $ q $-conditional entropy serve as necessary conditions for separability in such multiqubit states with a relativistic qubit.

Shareability of Quantum Correlations in a Many-Body Spin System with Two- and Three-Body Interactions

The shareability of quantum correlations among the constituent parties of a multiparty quantum system is restricted by the quantum information theoretic concept called monogamy. Depending on the multiparty quantum systems, different measures of quantum correlations show disparate signatures for monogamy. We characterize the shareability of quantum correlations, from both entanglement-separability and information-theoretic kinds, in a multiparty quantum spin system containing two- and three-body interactions with respect to its system parameters and external applied magnetic field. Monogamy score in this system exhibits both monogamous and non-monogamous traits depending on the quantum correlation measure, strengths of system parameters and external magnetic field. The percentage of non-monogamous states when the information-theoretic quantum correlations are considered is higher than that of the entanglement-separability kind in allowed ranges of these variables. The integral powers of the quantum correlation measures for which the non-monogamous states become monogamous are identified.

Restrictions to realize multiport quantum dense coding in a many-body quantum spin system with two- and three-body interactions

Quantum information with many-body quantum spin systems has, from time to time, given intriguing and intuitive outcomes to our understanding of multiport quantum communications. We identify that in an anisotropic many-body quantum spin system with two- and three-body interactions, when its two-spin subsystems are all negative under partial transpose, one can restrict this system for realizing only the multiport quantum dense coding protocol which has $(N-1)$ senders and a single receiver. All other single and multi channel dense coding protocols will have quantum dense coding capacities less than that of their respective classical capacities. We characterize the multiport quantum dense coding capacity with $(N-1)$ senders and a single receiver for this system with respect to its system parameters. We also define a magnetic field averaged dense coding capacity for this system, which allows us to comprehensively capture the influence of the entire range of external applied magnetic field and characterize its variation with respect to other system parameters.

Gravitational lensing signature of matter distribution around Schwarzschild black hole

In this work, we focus on the situation where a significant amount of matter could be located close to the event horizon of the central black hole and how it affects the gravitational lensing signal. We consider a simple toy model where the matter is concentrated in the rather small region between the inner photon sphere associated with the mass of central black hole and outer photon sphere associated with the total mass outside. If no photon sphere is present inside the matter distribution, then effective potential displays an interesting trend with maxima at inner and outer photon sphere, with a peak at inner photon sphere higher than that at outer photon sphere. In such a case we get three distinct set of infinitely many relativistic images and Einstein rings that occur due to the light rays that approach the black hole from a distant source and get reflected just outside the outer photon sphere, due to light rays that enter the outer photon sphere slightly above the outer peak and get reflected off the potential barrier inside the matter distribution and due to the light rays that get reflected just outside the inner photon sphere. This kind of pattern of images is quite unprecedented. We show that since relativistic images are highly demagnified, only three images are prominently visible from the point of observations in the presence of matter as opposed to only one prominent image in case of a single isolated black hole and also compute the time delay between them. This provides a smoking gun signature of the presence of matter lump around the black hole. We further argue that if the mass of the black hole inferred from the observation of the size of its shadow is less than the mass inferred from the motion of objects around it, it signals the presence of matter in the vicinity of the black hole.
