MoAKE: Toward Unified All-in-One Action Quality Assessment via Mixture of Action Knowledge Experts

Action Quality Assessment (AQA) aims to objectively evaluate performance quality from action videos. Most existing methods follow a ``one-by-one'' paradigm, training a separate model for each action type. This setting limits real-world deployment, as it requires prior action-type knowledge to select the corresponding model and suffers from poor generalization across diverse actions. To address these limitations, we study the challenging task of all-in-one AQA, which aims to assess heterogeneous actions within a single unified model. We propose a novel Mixture of Action Knowledge Experts (MoAKE) framework, designed to mitigate negative knowledge transfer caused by large semantic discrepancies among actions. MoAKE learns complementary experts that capture diverse action patterns within a shared semantic space and dynamically aggregates their knowledge to adapt the assessment to the input action. Each expert is tailored with segment-aware prototypes to handle varying temporal lengths, together with an Adaptive Intra- and Inter-Segment Relationship Modeling (AIISRM) module to model multi-granularity temporal dynamics. Furthermore, we establish comprehensive benchmarks for all-in-one as well as zero/few-shot AQA. Extensive experiments on three long-term datasets demonstrate that MoAKE significantly outperforms existing methods in the all-in-one setting, while also achieving consistent generalization on three short-term datasets under zero/few-shot evaluation. LIMSSR: LLM-Driven Sequence-to-Score Reasoning under Training-Time Incomplete Multimodal Observations

Real-world multimodal learning is often hindered by missing modalities. While Incomplete Multimodal Learning (IML) has gained traction, existing methods typically rely on the unrealistic assumption of full-modal availability during training to provide reconstruction supervision or cross-modal priors. This paper tackles the more challenging setting of IML under training-time incomplete observations, which precludes reliance on a ``God's eye view'' of complete data. We propose LIMSSR (LLM-Driven Incomplete Multimodal Sequence-to-Score Reasoning), a framework that reformulates this challenge as a conditional sequence reasoning task. LIMSSR leverages the semantic reasoning capabilities of Large Language Models via Prompt-Guided Context-Aware Modality Imputation and Multidimensional Representation Fusion to infer latent semantics from available contexts without direct reconstruction. To mitigate hallucinations, we introduce a Mask-Aware Dual-Path Aggregation to dynamically calibrate inference uncertainty. Extensive experiments on three Action Quality Assessment datasets demonstrate that LIMSSR significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines without relying on complete training data, establishing a new paradigm for data-efficient multimodal learning. $\mathbf{S^2LM}$: Towards Semantic Steganography via Large Language Models

Despite remarkable progress in steganography, embedding semantically rich, sentence-level information into carriers remains a challenging problem. In this work, we present a novel concept of Semantic Steganography, which aims to hide semantically meaningful and structured content, such as sentences or paragraphs, in cover media. Based on this concept, we present Sentence-to-Image Steganography as an instance that enables the hiding of arbitrary sentence-level messages within a cover image. To accomplish this feat, we propose S^2LM: Semantic Steganographic Language Model, which leverages large language models (LLMs) to embed high-level textual information into images. Unlike traditional bit-level approaches, S^2LM redesigns the entire pipeline, involving the LLM throughout the process to enable the hiding and recovery of arbitrary sentences. Furthermore, we establish a benchmark named Invisible Text (IVT), comprising a diverse set of sentence-level texts as secret messages to evaluate semantic steganography methods. Experimental results demonstrate that S^2LM effectively enables direct sentence recovery beyond bit-level steganography. The source code and IVT dataset will be released soon.

MCMoE: Completing Missing Modalities with Mixture of Experts for Incomplete Multimodal Action Quality Assessment

Multimodal Action Quality Assessment (AQA) has recently emerged as a promising paradigm. By leveraging complementary information across shared contextual cues, it enhances the discriminative evaluation of subtle intra-class variations in highly similar action sequences. However, partial modalities are frequently unavailable at the inference stage in reality. The absence of any modality often renders existing multimodal models inoperable. Furthermore, it triggers catastrophic performance degradation due to interruptions in cross-modal interactions. To address this issue, we propose a novel Missing Completion Framework with Mixture of Experts (MCMoE) that unifies unimodal and joint representation learning in single-stage training. Specifically, we propose an adaptive gated modality generator that dynamically fuses available information to reconstruct missing modalities. We then design modality experts to learn unimodal knowledge and dynamically mix the knowledge of all experts to extract cross-modal joint representations. With a mixture of experts, missing modalities are further refined and complemented. Finally, in the training phase, we mine the complete multimodal features and unimodal expert knowledge to guide modality generation and generation-based joint representation extraction. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our MCMoE achieves state-of-the-art results in both complete and incomplete multimodal learning on three public AQA benchmarks. Code is available at https://github.com/XuHuangbiao/MCMoE.

URWKV: Unified RWKV Model with Multi-state Perspective for Low-light Image Restoration

Existing low-light image enhancement (LLIE) and joint LLIE and deblurring (LLIE-deblur) models have made strides in addressing predefined degradations, yet they are often constrained by dynamically coupled degradations. To address these challenges, we introduce a Unified Receptance Weighted Key Value (URWKV) model with multi-state perspective, enabling flexible and effective degradation restoration for low-light images. Specifically, we customize the core URWKV block to perceive and analyze complex degradations by leveraging multiple intra- and inter-stage states. First, inspired by the pupil mechanism in the human visual system, we propose Luminance-adaptive Normalization (LAN) that adjusts normalization parameters based on rich inter-stage states, allowing for adaptive, scene-aware luminance modulation. Second, we aggregate multiple intra-stage states through exponential moving average approach, effectively capturing subtle variations while mitigating information loss inherent in the single-state mechanism. To reduce the degradation effects commonly associated with conventional skip connections, we propose the State-aware Selective Fusion (SSF) module, which dynamically aligns and integrates multi-state features across encoder stages, selectively fusing contextual information. In comparison to state-of-the-art models, our URWKV model achieves superior performance on various benchmarks, while requiring significantly fewer parameters and computational resources.
