A complete classifications, up to isomorphism, of two-dimensional associative and diassociative algebras over any basic field are given.
The paper is devoted studying solvable Leibniz algebras with a nilradical possessing the codimension equals the number of its generators. We describe this class in non-split nilradical case. Then the case of split nilradical is worked out. We show that the results obtained earlier on this class of Leibniz algebras come as particular cases of the results of this paper. It is shown that such a solvable extension is unique. Finally, we prove that the solvable Leibniz algebras considered are complete.
In the paper the class of all solvable extensions of a filiform Leibniz algebra in the infinite-dimensional case is classified. The filiform Leibniz algebra is taken as a maximal pro-nilpotent ideal of residually solvable Leibniz algebra. It is proven that the second cohomology group of the extension is trivial.
In the paper we describe the derivations of two $\mathbb{N}$-graded infinity-dimensional Lie algebras $\mathbf{n}_1$ and $\mathbf{n}_1$ what are positive parts of affine Kats-Moody algebras $A^{(1)}_1$ and $A^{(2)}_2$, respectively. Then we construct all pro-solvable Lie algebras whose potential nilpotent ideals are $\mathbf{n}_1$ and $\mathbf{n}_2$. For two specific representatives of these classes low-dimensional (co)homology groups are computed.
In this paper we focus on algebraic aspects of contractions of Lie and Leibniz algebras. The rigidity of algebras plays an important role in the study of their varieties. The rigid algebras generate the irreducible components of this variety. We deal with Leibniz algebras which are generalizations of Lie algebras. In Lie algebras case, there are different kind of rigidities (rigidity, absolutely rigidity, geometric rigidity and e.c.t.). We explore the relations of these rigidities with Leibniz algebra rigidity. Necessary conditions for a Lie algebra to be Leibniz rigid are discussed.
In this paper, we focus on derivations and centroids of four dimensional associative algebras. Using an existing classification result of low dimensional associative algebras, we describe the derivations and centroids of four dimensional associative algebras. We also identify algebra(s) that belong to the characteristically nilpotent class among the algebras of four dimensional associative algebras.
In the paper we describe derivations of some classes of Leibniz algebras. It is shown that any derivation of a simple Leibniz algebra can be written as a combination of three derivations. Two of these ingredients are a Lie algebra derivations and the third one can be explicitly described. Then we show that the similar description can found as well as for a subclass of semisimple Leibniz algebras.
In this study, we extend the result on classification of a subclass of filiform Leibniz algebras in low dimensions to dimensions seven and eight based on the technique used by Rakhimov and Bekbaev for classification of subclasses which arise from naturally graded non-Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. The subclass considered here arises from naturally graded filiform Lie algebras. This subclass contains the class of filiform Lie algebras and consequently, by classifying this subclass, we again re-examine the classification of filiform Lie algebras. Our resulting list of filifom Lie algebras is compared with that given by Ancochéa-Bermudez and Goze in 1988 and by Gómez, Jimenez-Merchan and Khakimdjanov in 1998.
This paper deals with the classification of Leibniz central extensions of a naturally graded filiform Lie algebra. We choose a basis with respect to that the table of multiplication has a simple form. In low dimensional cases isomorphism classes of the central extensions are given. In parametric family orbits cases invariant functions (orbit functions) are provided.
The paper deals with the complete classification of a subclass of complex filiform Leibniz algebras in dimensions 5 and 6. This subclass arises from the naturally graded filiform Lie algebras. We give a complete list of algebras. In parametric families cases, the corresponding orbit functions (invariants) are given. In discrete orbits case, we show a representative of the orbits.
In this paper we present a complete classification (isomorphism classes with some isomorphism invariants) of complex associative algebras up to dimension five (including both cases: unitary and non-unitary). In some symbolic computations we used Maple software.
The paper is an implementation in low dimensional cases of the classification method presented before by Rakhimov and Bekbaev. We give a complete classification of a subclass of complex filiform Leibniz algebras obtained from the naturally graded non-Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. A hypothetic formula for the adapted number of isomorphism classes is given.
The paper aims to investigate the classification problem of low dimensional complex none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. There are two sources to get classification of filiform Leibniz algebras. The first of them is the naturally graded none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras and the another one is the naturally graded filiform Lie algebras. Here we do consider Leibniz algebras appearing from the naturally graded none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. This class can be splited into two subclasses. However, isomorphisms within each class there were not investigated. Before U.D.Bekbaev and I.S.Rakhimov suggested an approach to the isomorphism problem in terms of invariants. This paper presents an implementation of their result in low dimensional cases. Here we give the complete classification of complex none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras in dimensions at most 8 from the first class of the above mentioned result and give a hypothetic formula for the number of isomorphism classes in finite dimensional case.
The paper is devoted to classification problem of finite dimensional complex none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. Actually, the observations show there are two resources to get classification of filiform Leibniz algebras. The first of them is naturally graded none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras and the another one is naturally graded filiform Lie algebras. Using the first resource we get two disjoint classes of filiform Leibniz algebras. The present paper deals with the second of the above two classes, the first class has been considered in our previous paper. The algebraic classification here means to specify the representatives of the orbits, whereas the geometric classification is the problem of finding generic structural constants in the sense of algebraic geometry. Our main effort in this paper is the algebraic classification. We suggest here an algebraic method based on invariants. Utilizing this method for any given low dimensional case all filiform Leibniz algebras can be classified. Moreover, the results can be used for geometric classification of orbits of such algebras.
The paper is devoted to classification problem of finite dimensional complex none Lie filiform Leibniz algebras. The motivation to write this paper is an unpublished yet result of J.R.Gomez, B.A.Omirov on necessary and sufficient conditions for two finite dimensional complex filiform Leibniz algebras to be isomorphic. We suggest another approach to this problem. The approach that we use for classification is in terms of invariants. In fact, utilizing this method for any given low dimensional case all filiform Leibniz algebras can be classified. Moreover, the results can be used for geometrical classification of orbits of such algebras. Key-Words: filiform Leibniz algebra, invariant, function, isomorphism.
The Leibniz algebras appeared as a generalization of the Lie algebras. In this work we deal with the classification of nilpotent complex Leibniz algebras of low dimensions. Namely, the classification of nilpotent complex Leibniz algebras dimensions less than 3 is extended to the dimension four. {\it AMS Subject Classifications}: 16D70, 17A30, 17A60, 17B30 {\it Key words:} Leibniz algebra, associative algebra, nilpotence, nulfiliform Leibniz algebra, filiform Leibniz algebra.
