Three-Species Predator-Prey Stochastic Delayed Model Driven by Lévy Jumps and with Cooperation Among Prey Species

Our study focuses on analyzing the behavior of a stochastic predator-prey model with a time delay and logistic growth of prey, influenced by Lévy noise. Initially, we establish the existence, uniqueness, and boundedness of a positive solution that spans globally. Subsequently, we explore the conditions under which extinction occurs, and identify adequate criteria for persistence. Finally, we validate our theoretical findings through numerical simulations, which also helps illustrate the dynamics of the stochastic delayed predator-prey model based on different criteria.

A Stochastic Capital-Labour Model with Logistic Growth Function

We propose and study a stochastic capital-labour model with logistic growth function. First, we show that the model has a unique positive global solution. Then, using the Lyapunov analysis method, we obtain conditions for the extinction of the total labour force. Furthermore, we also prove sufficient conditions for their persistence in mean. Finally, we illustrate our theoretical results through numerical simulations.

Stochastic SICA Epidemic Model with Jump Lévy Processes

We propose and study a shifted SICA epidemic model, extending the one of Silva and Torres (2017) to the stochastic setting driven by both Brownian motion processes and jump Lévy noise. Lévy noise perturbations are usually ignored by existing works of mathematical modelling in epidemiology, but its incorporation into the SICA epidemic model is worth to consider because of the presence of strong fluctuations in HIV/AIDS dynamics, often leading to the emergence of a number of discontinuities in the processes under investigation. Our work is organised as follows: (i) we begin by presenting our model, by clearly justifying its used form, namely the component related to the Lévy noise; (ii) we prove existence and uniqueness of a global positive solution by constructing a suitable stopping time; (iii) under some assumptions, we show extinction of HIV/AIDS; (iv) we obtain sufficient conditions assuring persistence of HIV/AIDS; (v) we illustrate our mathematical results through numerical simulations.
