WorldCast: World-Consistent Character Video Generation with Large-Angle Camera Control

Precise camera control is essential for cinematic character video generation, yet existing methods struggle to follow large-angle trajectories with combined rotation, translation, and radius variation from arbitrary initial azimuths. Such viewpoint changes also reveal character regions unseen in the initial frame, causing geometric distortions, appearance degradation, and identity drift. To systematically study these coupled challenges, we introduce CLACT, a large-scale Character-centric dataset and benchmark covering diverse Large-Angle Camera Trajectories, with accurate camera geometry and multi-view character observations for training and evaluation. We further propose WorldCast, a framework for world-consistent character video generation under diverse large-angle camera motions. Specifically, we back-project the initial frame into a 3D point cloud using estimated depth, align the point-cloud scale with the target camera trajectory, and render it along the trajectory to obtain explicit geometric guidance and coverage masks. To complement the incomplete character information, we introduce Geometry-Aligned Memory Attention (GAMA). Using relative camera poses estimated jointly from the initial frame and multi-view character anchors, we express anchor and target-view geometry in a common coordinate frame. GAMA uses this geometric alignment to guide the retrieval and injection of view-relevant character features during generation. Evaluations across diverse large-angle camera trajectories demonstrate accurate trajectory following while preserving character geometry, appearance, and identity.

UltraMatch: Transport Path Routing for Ultra-Fast and Memory-Efficient Image Matching

Despite recent advances in accuracy and efficiency, coarse matching remains an indispensable yet costly stage in existing semi-dense matchers due to dense token-level matching. We present UltraMatch, an ultra-efficient and scalable semi-dense matching framework that bypasses the quadratic computation and memory cost of dense token-level matching by routing only a small fraction of candidate matching paths. At its core, a lightweight Transport Path Router operates on coarse block representations to rank candidate target blocks for each source block and retain only a small set, restricting subsequent token-level matching to the selected paths and avoiding the construction of the full token-to-token matching matrix. We further design a sparse global Dual-Softmax that performs matching only over the routed block candidates while retaining global competition across the sparse matching space. Beyond matching acceleration, UltraMatch employs deployment-oriented structural reparameterization for feature extraction and a tiny fine matching head with shared parameters, further reducing inference cost and memory consumption. UltraMatch achieves competitive accuracy among semi-dense matchers, while running 1.67$\times$ faster than SuperPoint+LightGlue with only 0.44 GiB peak inference memory. Its scalability enables inference at up to 6K resolution on a single RTX 3090, whereas existing semi-dense matchers run out of memory before reaching 2K. Our routing strategy is also transferable, delivering about 2$\times$ end-to-end speedup in EDM and ELoFTR without accuracy loss. GeoMoE: Divide-and-Conquer Motion Field Modeling with Mixture-of-Experts for Two-View Geometry

Recent progress in two-view geometry increasingly emphasizes enforcing smoothness and global consistency priors when estimating motion fields between pairs of images. However, in complex real-world scenes, characterized by extreme viewpoint and scale changes as well as pronounced depth discontinuities, the motion field often exhibits diverse and heterogeneous motion patterns. Most existing methods lack targeted modeling strategies and fail to explicitly account for this variability, resulting in estimated motion fields that diverge from their true underlying structure and distribution. We observe that Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) can assign dedicated experts to motion sub-fields, enabling a divide-and-conquer strategy for heterogeneous motion patterns. Building on this insight, we re-architect motion field modeling in two-view geometry with GeoMoE, a streamlined framework. Specifically, we first devise a Probabilistic Prior-Guided Decomposition strategy that exploits inlier probability signals to perform a structure-aware decomposition of the motion field into heterogeneous sub-fields, sharply curbing outlier-induced bias. Next, we introduce an MoE-Enhanced Bi-Path Rectifier that enhances each sub-field along spatial-context and channel-semantic paths and routes it to a customized expert for targeted modeling, thereby decoupling heterogeneous motion regimes, suppressing cross-sub-field interference and representational entanglement, and yielding fine-grained motion-field rectification. With this minimalist design, GeoMoE outperforms prior state-of-the-art methods in relative pose and homography estimation and shows strong generalization.
