PhysVR: Vision-Language Model Guided Interference-aware Temporal Feature Refinement for Remote Physiological Measurement

Remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) enables contactless physiological measurement from facial videos, yet its subtle pulse-related variations are easily affected by illumination variation, head motion, facial blur, and region-of-interest instability. Existing methods mainly suppress interference during feature learning, while whether the learned temporal features remain affected by interference and how to further suppress such interference before rPPG estimation are rarely examined. To address this limitation, we propose PhysVR, a vision-language model guided interference-aware temporal feature refinement framework for rPPG estimation. Specifically, a physiological backbone produces global temporal features and a coarse rPPG prediction, from which signal-derived physiological reliability evidence is constructed from local temporal characteristics. In parallel, a frozen vision-language model processes sampled facial frames under an interference-oriented prompt, and an evidence head extracts visual interference evidence from the VLM output. Temporal cross-attention integrates the physiological and visual evidence with the global temporal features to construct interference-aware temporal context. Guided by this context, a shared temporal correction unit performs general refinement, while four interference-specific experts selectively suppress different interference through adaptive routing. The refined temporal features are then used for final rPPG estimation. Extensive experiments on five public benchmarks demonstrate that PhysVR consistently outperforms representative methods under both intra-dataset and cross-dataset evaluation protocols.

Proxy Avatar Meets Low-Rank Caching: Real-Time One-Shot Emotion-Controllable Portrait Animation

Audio-driven portrait animation has advanced rapidly with diffusion-based generative models, yet real-time one-shot generation with expressive emotion control remains challenging. Existing methods often suffer from insufficient emotion-aware motion priors and expensive appearance computation during multi-step denoising. To address these issues, we propose Proxy Avatar Meets Low-Rank Caching, a cascaded framework for real-time one-shot emotion-controllable portrait animation. Instead of directly generating the target portrait from audio, our method uses a Gaussian-based emotion proxy avatar as a reusable motion generator, which is trained once on a single identity to produce expressive driving videos from audio and emotion labels. Since the proxy avatar only provides motion rather than target appearance or geometry, a large-scale one-shot retargeting model further extracts identity-independent motion from the proxy performance and adapts it to arbitrary target portraits. To improve inference efficiency, we introduce zero-shot appearance reuse with low-rank caching, which caches reference appearance features at the initial denoising step and models subsequent feature variations using lightweight low-rank adapters. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves stronger emotional expressiveness, better identity-preserving animation, and substantially reduced inference cost, enabling real-time one-shot portrait animation.

GaussianEmoTalker: Real-Time Emotional Talking Head Synthesis with Audio-Driven and Blendshape-Based 3D Gaussian Splatting

Audio-driven talking head synthesis has achieved impressive progress in lip synchronization and visual quality, yet generating expressive emotional avatars with controllable intensity remains challenging, especially under real-time constraints. In this paper, we present GaussianEmoTalker, an audio-driven framework for real-time emotional talking head synthesis based on 3D Gaussian Splatting. Instead of directly predicting the final emotional avatar from speech, we formulate emotional animation as a neutral-to-emotional residual deformation problem. GaussianEmoTalker first constructs an identity-specific neutral talking space with GaussianBlendshapes, which provides high-fidelity Gaussian attributes and phoneme-synchronized neutral motion. It then predicts an emotion-conditioned residual deformation by combining mesh displacement cues, audio features, emotion categories, and intensity encodings. To fuse these heterogeneous signals, we introduce a spatial-audio-emotion attention module that estimates the offsets of Gaussian attributes for expressive and temporally stable rendering. Extensive experiments demonstrate that GaussianEmoTalker achieves competitive video quality, accurate lip synchronization, controllable emotional expression, and real-time rendering compared with recent emotional talking head methods. OrthoTryOn: Geometric Orthogonalization for Conflict-Free Unified Fashion Generation

Unified fashion generation integrates tasks like virtual try-on and garment reconstruction into a single model to reduce task-specific adaptation costs. However, naive parameter sharing across semantically distinct tasks induces negative transfer through severe inter-task gradient conflict. We propose OrthoTryOn, a unified framework mitigating this interference within a shared Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) module. Its Orthogonal Subspace Projection (OSP) applies task-specific orthogonal rotations to bottleneck features, mapping them into decorrelated coordinate frames. To address residual semantic coupling at inference time, we further propose Fisher-guided Negative Guidance (FNG), a parameter-free strategy that utilizes diagonal Fisher information to quantify inter-task sensitivity overlap and explicitly repels generation trajectories from the most confusable task via Classifier-Free Guidance. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OrthoTryOn avoids the severe performance degradation typical of naive unified training and even surpasses independently trained task-specific models, achieving state-of-the-art results across multiple benchmarks while generalizing robustly across diverse diffusion backbones. A Cross-view Fusion Framework for Robust 6-DoF Grasp Pose Estimation

In this paper, we propose a cross-view fusion framework that enhances the robustness of 6-DoF grasp pose estimation in corner views. Our framework alleviates occlusion by incorporating an auxiliary view and avoids the time-consuming, task-agnostic multi-view reconstruction through a post-fusion strategy. To enhance cross-view fusion, we propose a self-supervised contrastive learning strategy that leverages cross-view associations to regularize point cloud features. In brief, a cross-view point pair is considered a match if the two points correspond to the same 3D location, and a non-match if they represent distinct grasp directions. The learning strategy significantly enhances the spatial consistency and direction distinctiveness of point features, thereby facilitating cross-view fusion and improving estimation robustness. Furthermore, we propose a cross-view-aligned cylinder integration module to fuse grasp-relevant geometry into a comprehensive representation. Specifically, the module first aligns the cross-view points and features according to their similarity to enhance the robustness against noise. Subsequently, these points are registered into the cylindrical coordinate frame, emphasizing the rotation-symmetric geometry which is important for grasping. Finally, local self-attention and seed cross-attention layers are alternately employed, respectively enabling interactions within single views and across views, which supports fine-grained representation of grasp-relevant geometry. Our framework achieves strong performance on the GraspNet-1Billion benchmark and in real-world applications. Code is available at https://github.com/KJZhuAutomatic/Cross-view-Grasp.

GEM: Generating LiDAR World Model via Deformable Mamba

World models, which simulate environmental dynamics and generate sensor observations, are gaining increasing attention in autonomous driving. However, progress in LiDAR-based world models has lagged behind those built on camera videos or occupancy data, primarily due to two core challenges: the inherent disorder of LiDAR point clouds and the difficulty of distinguishing dynamic objects from static structures. To address these issues, we propose GEM: a Generative LiDAR world model that leverages deformable mamba architecture, significantly improving fidelity and imaginative capability. Specifically, leveraging the structural similarity between sequential laser scanning and Mamba's processing mechanism, we first tokenize LiDAR sweeps into compact representations via a custom LiDAR scene tokenizer. After unsupervised disentanglement of tokenized features via a dynamic-static separator, a tri-path deformable Mamba is introduced to perform selective scanning and adaptive gating fusion over the disentangled features, leading to enhanced spatial-temporal understanding of the world evolution. Optionally, a planner and a BEV layout controller can be integrated to explore the model's capability for autonomous rollout and its potential to generate ``what-if" scenarios. Extensive experiments show that GEM achieves state-of-the-art performances across diverse benchmarks and evaluation settings, demonstrating its superiority and effectiveness. ASGNet: Adaptive Spectrum Guidance Network for Automatic Polyp Segmentation

Early identification and removal of polyps can reduce the risk of developing colorectal cancer. However, the diverse morphologies, complex backgrounds and often concealed nature of polyps make polyp segmentation in colonoscopy images highly challenging. Despite the promising performance of existing deep learning-based polyp segmentation methods, their perceptual capabilities remain biased toward local regions, mainly because of the strong spatial correlations between neighboring pixels in the spatial domain. This limitation makes it difficult to capture the complete polyp structures, ultimately leading to sub-optimal segmentation results. In this paper, we propose a novel adaptive spectrum guidance network, called ASGNet, which addresses the limitations of spatial perception by integrating spectral features with global attributes. Specifically, we first design a spectrum-guided non-local perception module that jointly aggregates local and global information, therefore enhancing the discriminability of polyp structures, and refining their boundaries. Moreover, we introduce a multi-source semantic extractor that integrates rich high-level semantic information to assist in the preliminary localization of polyps. Furthermore, we construct a dense cross-layer interaction decoder that effectively integrates diverse information from different layers and strengthens it to generate high-quality representations for accurate polyp segmentation. Extensive quantitative and qualitative results demonstrate the superiority of our ASGNet approach over 21 state-of-the-art methods across five widely-used polyp segmentation benchmarks. The code will be publicly available at: https://github.com/CSYSI/ASGNet.

Few-Shot Incremental 3D Object Detection in Dynamic Indoor Environments

Incremental 3D object perception is a critical step toward embodied intelligence in dynamic indoor environments. However, existing incremental 3D detection methods rely on extensive annotations of novel classes for satisfactory performance. To address this limitation, we propose FI3Det, a Few-shot Incremental 3D Detection framework that enables efficient 3D perception with only a few novel samples by leveraging vision-language models (VLMs) to learn knowledge of unseen categories. FI3Det introduces a VLM-guided unknown object learning module in the base stage to enhance perception of unseen categories. Specifically, it employs VLMs to mine unknown objects and extract comprehensive representations, including 2D semantic features and class-agnostic 3D bounding boxes. To mitigate noise in these representations, a weighting mechanism is further designed to re-weight the contributions of point- and box-level features based on their spatial locations and feature consistency within each box. Moreover, FI3Det proposes a gated multimodal prototype imprinting module, where category prototypes are constructed from aligned 2D semantic and 3D geometric features to compute classification scores, which are then fused via a multimodal gating mechanism for novel object detection. As the first framework for few-shot incremental 3D object detection, we establish both batch and sequential evaluation settings on two datasets, ScanNet V2 and SUN RGB-D, where FI3Det achieves strong and consistent improvements over baseline methods. Code is available at https://github.com/zyrant/FI3Det.

Progressive Representation Learning for Multimodal Sentiment Analysis with Incomplete Modalities

Multimodal Sentiment Analysis (MSA) seeks to infer human emotions by integrating textual, acoustic, and visual cues. However, existing approaches often rely on all modalities are completeness, whereas real-world applications frequently encounter noise, hardware failures, or privacy restrictions that result in missing modalities. There exists a significant feature misalignment between incomplete and complete modalities, and directly fusing them may even distort the well-learned representations of the intact modalities. To this end, we propose PRLF, a Progressive Representation Learning Framework designed for MSA under uncertain missing-modality conditions. PRLF introduces an Adaptive Modality Reliability Estimator (AMRE), which dynamically quantifies the reliability of each modality using recognition confidence and Fisher information to determine the dominant modality. In addition, the Progressive Interaction (ProgInteract) module iteratively aligns the other modalities with the dominant one, thereby enhancing cross-modal consistency while suppressing noise. Extensive experiments on CMU-MOSI, CMU-MOSEI, and SIMS verify that PRLF outperforms state-of-the-art methods across both inter- and intra-modality missing scenarios, demonstrating its robustness and generalization capability.

Warm Chat: Diffuse Emotion-aware Interactive Talking Head Avatar with Tree-Structured Guidance

Generative models have advanced rapidly, enabling impressive talking head generation that brings AI to life. However, most existing methods focus solely on one-way portrait animation. Even the few that support bidirectional conversational interactions lack precise emotion-adaptive capabilities, significantly limiting their practical applicability. In this paper, we propose Warm Chat, a novel emotion-aware talking head generation framework for dyadic interactions. Leveraging the dialogue generation capability of large language models (LLMs, e.g., GPT-4), our method produces temporally consistent virtual avatars with rich emotional variations that seamlessly transition between speaking and listening states. Specifically, we design a Transformer-based head mask generator that learns temporally consistent motion features in a latent mask space, capable of generating arbitrary-length, temporally consistent mask sequences to constrain head motions. Furthermore, we introduce an interactive talking tree structure to represent dialogue state transitions, where each tree node contains information such as child/parent/sibling nodes and the current character's emotional state. By performing reverse-level traversal, we extract rich historical emotional cues from the current node to guide expression synthesis. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superior performance and effectiveness of our method.

MonoSE(3)-Diffusion: A Monocular SE(3) Diffusion Framework for Robust Camera-to-Robot Pose Estimation

We propose MonoSE(3)-Diffusion, a monocular SE(3) diffusion framework that formulates markerless, image-based robot pose estimation as a conditional denoising diffusion process. The framework consists of two processes: a visibility-constrained diffusion process for diverse pose augmentation and a timestep-aware reverse process for progressive pose refinement. The diffusion process progressively perturbs ground-truth poses to noisy transformations for training a pose denoising network. Importantly, we integrate visibility constraints into the process, ensuring the transformations remain within the camera field of view. Compared to the fixed-scale perturbations used in current methods, the diffusion process generates in-view and diverse training poses, thereby improving the network generalization capability. Furthermore, the reverse process iteratively predicts the poses by the denoising network and refines pose estimates by sampling from the diffusion posterior of current timestep, following a scheduled coarse-to-fine procedure. Moreover, the timestep indicates the transformation scales, which guide the denoising network to achieve more accurate pose predictions. The reverse process demonstrates higher robustness than direct prediction, benefiting from its timestep-aware refinement scheme. Our approach demonstrates improvements across two benchmarks (DREAM and RoboKeyGen), achieving a notable AUC of 66.75 on the most challenging dataset, representing a 32.3% gain over the state-of-the-art.

NAIPv2: Debiased Pairwise Learning for Efficient Paper Quality Estimation

The ability to estimate the quality of scientific papers is central to how both humans and AI systems will advance scientific knowledge in the future. However, existing LLM-based estimation methods suffer from high inference cost, whereas the faster direct score regression approach is limited by scale inconsistencies. We present NAIPv2, a debiased and efficient framework for paper quality estimation. NAIPv2 employs pairwise learning within domain-year groups to reduce inconsistencies in reviewer ratings and introduces the Review Tendency Signal (RTS) as a probabilistic integration of reviewer scores and confidences. To support training and evaluation, we further construct NAIDv2, a large-scale dataset of 24,276 ICLR submissions enriched with metadata and detailed structured content. Trained on pairwise comparisons but enabling efficient pointwise prediction at deployment, NAIPv2 achieves state-of-the-art performance (78.2% AUC, 0.432 Spearman), while maintaining scalable, linear-time efficiency at inference. Notably, on unseen NeurIPS submissions, it further demonstrates strong generalization, with predicted scores increasing consistently across decision categories from Rejected to Oral. These findings establish NAIPv2 as a debiased and scalable framework for automated paper quality estimation, marking a step toward future scientific intelligence systems. AGSwap: Overcoming Category Boundaries in Object Fusion via Adaptive Group Swapping

Fusing cross-category objects to a single coherent object has gained increasing attention in text-to-image (T2I) generation due to its broad applications in virtual reality, digital media, film, and gaming. However, existing methods often produce biased, visually chaotic, or semantically inconsistent results due to overlapping artifacts and poor integration. Moreover, progress in this field has been limited by the absence of a comprehensive benchmark dataset. To address these problems, we propose \textbf{Adaptive Group Swapping (AGSwap)}, a simple yet highly effective approach comprising two key components: (1) Group-wise Embedding Swapping, which fuses semantic attributes from different concepts through feature manipulation, and (2) Adaptive Group Updating, a dynamic optimization mechanism guided by a balance evaluation score to ensure coherent synthesis. Additionally, we introduce \textbf{Cross-category Object Fusion (COF)}, a large-scale, hierarchically structured dataset built upon ImageNet-1K and WordNet. COF includes 95 superclasses, each with 10 subclasses, enabling 451,250 unique fusion pairs. Extensive experiments demonstrate that AGSwap outperforms state-of-the-art compositional T2I methods, including GPT-Image-1 using simple and complex prompts.

WeatherCycle: Unpaired Multi-Weather Restoration via Color Space Decoupled Cycle Learning

Unsupervised image restoration under multi-weather conditions remains a fundamental yet underexplored challenge. While existing methods often rely on task-specific physical priors, their narrow focus limits scalability and generalization to diverse real-world weather scenarios. In this work, we propose \textbf{WeatherCycle}, a unified unpaired framework that reformulates weather restoration as a bidirectional degradation-content translation cycle, guided by degradation-aware curriculum regularization. At its core, WeatherCycle employs a \textit{lumina-chroma decomposition} strategy to decouple degradation from content without modeling complex weather, enabling domain conversion between degraded and clean images. To model diverse and complex degradations, we propose a \textit{Lumina Degradation Guidance Module} (LDGM), which learns luminance degradation priors from a degraded image pool and injects them into clean images via frequency-domain amplitude modulation, enabling controllable and realistic degradation modeling. Additionally, we incorporate a \textit{Difficulty-Aware Contrastive Regularization (DACR)} module that identifies hard samples via a CLIP-based classifier and enforces contrastive alignment between hard samples and restored features to enhance semantic consistency and robustness. Extensive experiments across serve multi-weather datasets, demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance among unsupervised approaches, with strong generalization to complex weather degradations.

Dual-Perspective United Transformer for Object Segmentation in Optical Remote Sensing Images

Automatically segmenting objects from optical remote sensing images (ORSIs) is an important task. Most existing models are primarily based on either convolutional or Transformer features, each offering distinct advantages. Exploiting both advantages is valuable research, but it presents several challenges, including the heterogeneity between the two types of features, high complexity, and large parameters of the model. However, these issues are often overlooked in existing the ORSIs methods, causing sub-optimal segmentation. For that, we propose a novel Dual-Perspective United Transformer (DPU-Former) with a unique structure designed to simultaneously integrate long-range dependencies and spatial details. In particular, we design the global-local mixed attention, which captures diverse information through two perspectives and introduces a Fourier-space merging strategy to obviate deviations for efficient fusion. Furthermore, we present a gated linear feed-forward network to increase the expressive ability. Additionally, we construct a DPU-Former decoder to aggregate and strength features at different layers. Consequently, the DPU-Former model outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on multiple datasets. Code: https://github.com/CSYSI/DPU-Former.

Learning Class Prototypes for Unified Sparse Supervised 3D Object Detection

Both indoor and outdoor scene perceptions are essential for embodied intelligence. However, current sparse supervised 3D object detection methods focus solely on outdoor scenes without considering indoor settings. To this end, we propose a unified sparse supervised 3D object detection method for both indoor and outdoor scenes through learning class prototypes to effectively utilize unlabeled objects. Specifically, we first propose a prototype-based object mining module that converts the unlabeled object mining into a matching problem between class prototypes and unlabeled features. By using optimal transport matching results, we assign prototype labels to high-confidence features, thereby achieving the mining of unlabeled objects. We then present a multi-label cooperative refinement module to effectively recover missed detections through pseudo label quality control and prototype label cooperation. Experiments show that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance under the one object per scene sparse supervised setting across indoor and outdoor datasets. With only one labeled object per scene, our method achieves about 78%, 90%, and 96% performance compared to the fully supervised detector on ScanNet V2, SUN RGB-D, and KITTI, respectively, highlighting the scalability of our method. WeatherGen: A Unified Diverse Weather Generator for LiDAR Point Clouds via Spider Mamba Diffusion

3D scene perception demands a large amount of adverse-weather LiDAR data, yet the cost of LiDAR data collection presents a significant scaling-up challenge. To this end, a series of LiDAR simulators have been proposed. Yet, they can only simulate a single adverse weather with a single physical model, and the fidelity of the generated data is quite limited. This paper presents WeatherGen, the first unified diverse-weather LiDAR data diffusion generation framework, significantly improving fidelity. Specifically, we first design a map-based data producer, which can provide a vast amount of high-quality diverse-weather data for training purposes. Then, we utilize the diffusion-denoising paradigm to construct a diffusion model. Among them, we propose a spider mamba generator to restore the disturbed diverse weather data gradually. The spider mamba models the feature interactions by scanning the LiDAR beam circle or central ray, excellently maintaining the physical structure of the LiDAR data. Subsequently, following the generator to transfer real-world knowledge, we design a latent feature aligner. Afterward, we devise a contrastive learning-based controller, which equips weather control signals with compact semantic knowledge through language supervision, guiding the diffusion model to generate more discriminative data. Extensive evaluations demonstrate the high generation quality of WeatherGen. Through WeatherGen, we construct the mini-weather dataset, promoting the performance of the downstream task under adverse weather conditions. Follow Your Motion: A Generic Temporal Consistency Portrait Editing Framework with Trajectory Guidance

Pre-trained conditional diffusion models have demonstrated remarkable potential in image editing. However, they often face challenges with temporal consistency, particularly in the talking head domain, where continuous changes in facial expressions intensify the level of difficulty. These issues stem from the independent editing of individual images and the inherent loss of temporal continuity during the editing process. In this paper, we introduce Follow Your Motion (FYM), a generic framework for maintaining temporal consistency in portrait editing. Specifically, given portrait images rendered by a pre-trained 3D Gaussian Splatting model, we first develop a diffusion model that intuitively and inherently learns motion trajectory changes at different scales and pixel coordinates, from the first frame to each subsequent frame. This approach ensures that temporally inconsistent edited avatars inherit the motion information from the rendered avatars. Secondly, to maintain fine-grained expression temporal consistency in talking head editing, we propose a dynamic re-weighted attention mechanism. This mechanism assigns higher weight coefficients to landmark points in space and dynamically updates these weights based on landmark loss, achieving more consistent and refined facial expressions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing approaches in terms of temporal consistency and can be used to optimize and compensate for temporally inconsistent outputs in a range of applications, such as text-driven editing, relighting, and various other applications.
