Cohomological lifting of multi-toric graphs

We study $G_{2}$-manifolds obtained from circle bundles over symplectic $SU(3)$-manifolds with $T^{2}$-symmetry. When the geometry is multi-Hamiltonian, we show how the compact part of the resulting multi-moment graph for the $G_{2}$-structure may obtained cohomologically from the base. The lifting procedure is illustrated in the context of toric geometry.

Moment maps and Galois orbits in quantum information theory

SIC-POVMs are configurations of points or rank-one projections arising from the action of a finite Heisenberg group on $\mathbb C^d$. The resulting equations are interpreted in terms of moment maps by focussing attention on the orbit of a cyclic subgroup and the maximal torus in $\mathrm U(d)$ that contains it. The image of a SIC-POVM under the associated moment map lies in an intersection of real quadrics, which we describe explicitly. We also elaborate the conjectural description of the related number fields and describe the structure of Galois orbits of overlap phases.

Global properties of toric nearly Kähler manifolds

We study toric nearly Kähler manifolds, extending the work of Moroianu and Nagy. We give a description of the global geometry using multi-moment maps. We then investigate polynomial and radial solutions to the toric nearly Kähler equation.

The multi-moment map of the nearly Kähler $S^3 \times S^3$

We describe the multi-moment map associated to an almost Hermitian manifold which admits an action of a torus by holomorphic isometries. We investigate in particular the case of a $\mathbb T^3$ action on the homogeneous nearly Kähler $ S^3\times S^3$. We find that the multi-moment map in this case acts more-or-less similarly to the moment map of a toric manifold, while the more general case does not.

Regular ambitoric $4$-manifolds: from Riemannian Kerr to a complete classification

We show that the conformal structure for the Riemannian analogues of Kerr black-hole metrics can be given an ambitoric structure. We then discuss the properties of the moment maps. In particular, we observe that the moment map image is not locally convex near the singularity corresponding to the ring singularity in the interior of the black hole. We then proceed to classify regular ambitoric $4$-orbifolds with some completeness assumptions. The tools developed also allow us to prove a partial classification of compact Riemannian $4$-manifolds which admit a Killing $2$-form.
