Hierarchical Belief Modeling for Zero-Shot Opponent Adaptation in Partially Observable Multi-Agent Navigation

Lux AI Season 3 requires agents to act under partial observability, randomized episode level dynamics, and a best of five match structure that rewards both tactical execution and fast adaptation. We present HORIZON, a hierarchical agent that combines symmetry aware spatial perception, dual memory belief tracking, relic centric graph attention, information gain driven exploration, and an opponent conditioned policy mixture. HORIZON separates short horizon control from cross match meta reasoning, while auxiliary belief and world model objectives stabilize learning. Trained with PPO in a large scale JAX simulator, the resulting agent explicitly infers hidden game parameters and opponent style. Experiments show consistent gains in match win rate, episode win rate, adaptation gain, and league rating over strong recurrent and feed forward baselines.

ARCANA: A Reflective Multi-Agent Program Synthesis Framework for ARC-AGI-2 Reasoning

We present ARCANA, a collaborative multi agent framework for solving ARC AGI 2 tasks under strict test time and hardware constraints. ARCANA decomposes each task into iterative perception, hypothesis generation, symbolic execution, and reflective refinement. A perceptual grounding agent builds object centric scene graphs from raw grids, a latent program policy proposes diverse DSL programs, a symbolic executor verifies candidates on demonstrations, and a reflective agent synthesizes failure driven feedback for the next turn. These agents communicate through a shared differentiable blackboard and are scheduled by a learned meta controller. The design combines structured program search with adaptive multi turn correction, improving reasoning efficiency and solution quality on challenging abstract transformation tasks.

Dependency-Aware Chain-of-Thought Compression for Financial Reasoning

Chain of thought prompting improves complex reasoning, but its long intermediate traces create substantial inference cost and hinder practical deployment in financial settings. We present a Hierarchical Semantic Distillation Network, HSDN, for compressing reasoning chains while preserving answer accuracy and logical coherence. The framework combines semantic segmentation, dependency graph construction, dual encoder importance scoring, constrained segment selection, and local boundary rewriting. A frozen Qwen3 4B model is used only for feature extraction and final answer generation, while the compression process remains structured and interpretable. On the AFAC2025 benchmark, HSDN achieves 91.0% accuracy with 68.4% compression, outperforming strong compression baselines in overall score and reasoning coherence. The results show that graph guided compression is effective for high stakes financial reasoning tasks.

SemHash-LLM: A Multi-Granularity Semantic Hashing Framework for Document Deduplication

Large scale document deduplication must preserve semantic equivalence while remaining efficient over massive corpora. We present SemHash LLM, a multi granularity framework that unifies semantic projection hashing, attention weighted MinHash, contrastive boundary learning, and selective LLM based adjudication. The method combines character, token, and document level signals through gated fusion, then applies a cascaded filtering pipeline for efficient candidate reduction. Semantic projection hashing learns compact binary codes in distilled LLM embedding space, while attention weighted Min- Hash suppresses boilerplate and emphasizes informative content. Adaptive decision boundaries and uncertainty estimation further improve robustness across template pollution, short text perturbation, containment, and viral fragments. Experiments show that SemHash LLM achieves strong duplicate detection quality with less than one percent neural verification cost.

Hypergraph and Latent ODE Learning for Multimodal Root Cause Localization in Microservices

Root cause localization in cloud native microservice systems requires modeling complex service dependencies, irregular temporal dynamics, and heterogeneous observability data. We present HyperODE RCA, a unified framework that combines hypergraph attention learning, latent ordinary differential equations, and multimodal cross attention fusion for fine grained root cause analysis. The method learns higher order service interactions through differentiable hyperedge construction, captures continuous anomaly evolution from irregular observations with an ODE RNN encoder, and adaptively fuses logs, traces, metrics, entities, and events using context aware modality routing. We further improve robustness with a variational information bottleneck, temporal causal regularization, and invariant risk constraints. Experiments on the Tianchi AIOps benchmark show clear gains over strong baselines in ranking and classification performance, while preserving interpretability through learned hypergraph attention.

Adaptive Serverless Resource Management via Slot-Survival Prediction and Event-Driven Lifecycle Control

Serverless computing eliminates infrastructure management overhead but introduces significant challenges regarding cold start latency and resource utilization. Traditional static resource allocation often leads to inefficiencies under variable workloads, resulting in performance degradation or excessive costs. This paper presents an adaptive engineering framework that optimizes serverless performance through event-driven architecture and probabilistic modeling. We propose a dual-strategy mechanism that dynamically adjusts idle durations and employs an intelligent request waiting strategy based on slot survival predictions. By leveraging sliding window aggregation and asynchronous processing, our system proactively manages resource lifecycles. Experimental results show that our approach reduces cold starts by up to 51.2% and improves cost-efficiency by nearly 2x compared to baseline methods in multi-cloud environments.

Tool-Augmented Hybrid Ensemble Reasoning with Distillation for Bilingual Mathematical Problem Solving

Bilingual mathematical problem solving needs a clear link between language reasoning and symbolic calculation. Large language models often handle language well but are weak in accurate computation. This paper presents HERALD (Hybrid Ensemble Reasoning with Adaptive Learning and Distillation), a framework that joins reasoning and calculation using NuminaMath-7B-TIR, GPT-4o, and Mistral-7B. HERALD uses adaptive routing, tool-based reinforcement learning, and knowledge distillation to connect different reasoning paths. Confidence calibration keeps weighting stable, and dual-path checking keeps results correct. Reinforcement learning controls tool use to cut redundancy, and distillation lowers delay without hurting accuracy. The system shows that combining symbolic checking, adaptive ensembles, and bilingual fine-tuning helps achieve both fluent reasoning and precise calculation. HERALD offers a practical solution for multilingual mathematical reasoning with better accuracy, stability, and clarity.

Memory-Augmented Knowledge Fusion with Safety-Aware Decoding for Domain-Adaptive Question Answering

Domain-specific question answering (QA) systems for services face unique challenges in integrating heterogeneous knowledge sources while ensuring both accuracy and safety. Existing large language models often struggle with factual consistency and context alignment in sensitive domains such as healthcare policies and government welfare. In this work, we introduce Knowledge-Aware Reasoning and Memory-Augmented Adaptation (KARMA), a novel framework designed to enhance QA performance in care scenarios. KARMA incorporates a dual-encoder architecture to fuse structured and unstructured knowledge sources, a gated memory unit to dynamically regulate external knowledge integration, and a safety-aware controllable decoder that mitigates unsafe outputs using safety classification and guided generation techniques. Extensive experiments on a proprietary QA dataset demonstrate that KARMA outperforms strong baselines in both answer quality and safety. This study offers a comprehensive solution for building trustworthy and adaptive QA systems in service contexts.

An Integrated Machine Learning and Deep Learning Framework for Credit Card Approval Prediction

Credit scoring is vital in the financial industry, assessing the risk of lending to credit card applicants. Traditional credit scoring methods face challenges with large datasets and data imbalance between creditworthy and non-creditworthy applicants. This paper introduces an advanced machine learning and deep learning framework to improve the accuracy and reliability of credit card approval predictions. We utilized extensive datasets of user application records and credit history, implementing a comprehensive preprocessing strategy, feature engineering, and model integration. Our methodology combines neural networks with an ensemble of base models, including logistic regression, support vector machines, k-nearest neighbors, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting. The ensemble approach addresses data imbalance using Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) and mitigates overfitting risks. Experimental results show that our integrated model surpasses traditional single-model approaches in precision, recall, F1-score, AUC, and Kappa, providing a robust and scalable solution for credit card approval predictions. This research underscores the potential of advanced machine learning techniques to transform credit risk assessment and financial decision-making.
