We present here continued fraction for Zeta(3) parametrized by some family of points (F,G) on projective line. This family of points can be obtained if from full projective line would be removed some no more than countable exeptional set of finite points. A countable set, which contains the above exeptional set of finite points, is specified also.
New expansions of the number zeta(3) in continuous fractions are found.
The work studies some Difference equations, which are connected with Mejer's function.

I present here the proofs of results, which are obtained in my papers "On the linear forms with algebraic coefficoients of logarithms of algebraic numbers", VINITI, 1996, 1617-B96, pp. 1 - 23 (in Russian), and "On the systems of linear forms with algebraic coefficoients of logarithms of algebraic numbers", VINITI, 1996, 2663-B96, pp. 1 - 18 (in Russian).
In the paper are proved theorems, which amplify the results of my paper "On the difference equation of Poincare type (Part 3)", Max-Plank-Institut fuer Mathematik, Bonn, Preprint Series, 2004, 09, 1-34.
