OVO Fintech Application Analysis using The System Usability Scale

The advancement of information technology has propelled payment systems from conventional methods to technology-based solutions, such as e-wallets and Fintech. Fintech, a fusion of technology and financial services, has evolved into an online business model enabling fast and remote transactions. This research discusses the progress of information technology influencing payment systems, particularly in the realm of Fintech. The primary focus is on the Fintech application OVO and its impact on tenants at the International Plaza Mall in Palembang. This study employs the System Usability Scale or SUS to evaluate the Usability of the OVO application, emphasizing aspects like effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The research is descriptive and quantitative, with a sample of 50 respondents from Mall IP tenants. Data is collected through SUS questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The evaluation indicates that the OVO application has high Usability, with an SUS score of 87.05 or Grade A, signifying an Excellent rating. It suggests that the OVO application provides a comfortable user experience, particularly in electronic financial transactions.

Usability Testing untuk Mengukur Kepuasaan Pengguna Website Mailo Store

Technological developments in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided, with increasingly rapid progress to become technology as a medium of information that is very much needed in life. Mailo store is one of the SMEs that have used the website and the internet as a medium for storing their information to the wider community, therefore an evaluation is needed to measure the ease of website users for users using Usability Testing which has 8 variables, namely learning (learnability), Efficiency (efficiency), Easy to remember (memorability), Errors and security (errors), Easy to understand (Understandability), Easy to operate (Operability), attract user attention (Attractiveness), Satisfaction (satisfaction). This research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 109 respondents using a random sampling technique. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis method used was a quantitative analysis method using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the assessment of the usability testing method will be useful for the sustainability and development of the mailo store website in the future to make it even better.

Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Bintang Cash & Credit Menggunakan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)

The use of android application technology has advanced rapidly in recent years, making it one of the alternative media for distributing information in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, that consumers may access at any time and from any location. The Bintang Cash & Credit store in Palembang is one of the stores that has already used the Android application. In EUCS there are seven variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness, security, and speed of response. The data of this research were collected by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents using a random sampling technique. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis method used was a quantitative analysis method using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, there is a positive influence on the satisfaction of users of the Bintang Cash & Credit application.

Analisis Kualitas Layanan Website E-Commerce Bukalapak Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0

The growth of new technology, motivates some product marketing to be done online. One of the factors that support online development is online buying and selling sites or Electronic Commerce. One of the supporting factors for Electronic Commerce is using a website. Website or also commonly called the web is a form of media that can be interpreted as a collection of pages that display various kinds of text information, data, still or moving images, animation data, sound, video, both static and dynamic. Electronic Commerce companies interact with consumers through the web, one of which is the Bukalapak website, which is an online site provider for buying and selling products to be marketed. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure. By measuring the quality of a website, it can be seen the user's perception of the website. In this study using the Webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 dimensions, namely usability, information quality and interaction quality on user satisfaction. The data used is primary data which is a source of data obtained directly from the original source by distributing questionnaires. The total data obtained are 104 respondents. Respondents in this study were Bina Darma University students who were expected to provide an objective assessment of the website to be analyzed.

Penerapan Metode SVM-Based Machine Learning Untuk Menganalisa Pengguna Data Trafik Internet (Studi Kasus Jaringan Internet Wlan Mahasiswa Bina Darma)

Internet usage is an important requirement that supports the performance and activities on campus. To control internet usage, it is necessary to know the distribution of internet usage. By utilizing a number of machine learning algorithms and WEKA software, the research is carried out by observation and taking data from wifi hotspots on campus. The classification method using SVM-Based utilizes the classification method owned by Support Vector Machine (SVM). This study aims to classify data on internet usage so that from this classification can be known destination network, protocol, and bandwidth that are widely accessed at certain times. Internet traffic data is retrieved through Wireshark software. Whereas data processing and data processing of internet traffic is processed by WEKA. The results showed: 1) UBD internet usage in the week I 133,196 users, week II 304,042 users,2) Use of Destination Network 24,150 and Use of Protocol 37,321,3) Destination networks that are often addressed are 172.21.206.143 (the week I) and 172.21.172.234 (week II), protocols that are often used by TCP, and4) SVM method is a good data mining method for classifying network packet patterns so as to produce network traffic classification according to destination network and protocol.

Penerapan Knowledge Management System Sales and Customer Care pada PT Satria Medikantara Palembang

PT Satria Medikantara Palembang has a great desire to apply knowledge management system, therefore the documentation of knowledge and its utilization needs to be well managed in the context of performance improvement. The implementation of knowledge management in PT Satria Medikantara Palembang is considered very good and can have a positive impact for the quality of employees. Where every employee can store and document and share knowledge owned, so that other employees can access, even learn and discuss with other employees based on the knowledge posted. Then when needed a knowledge, it is very easy to find in the database searching feature in the web based knowledge management system at PT Satria Medikantara Palembang. The methodology used in this study refers to the methodology of knowledge management system life cycle developed by Awad and Ghaziri (2010), and this system will be based on web using PHP programming language.

Prototype Software Monitoring Sarana dan Prasarana Perguruan Tinggi

This study aims to facilitate the management system of monitoring infrastructure program of university facilities and infrastructure, through software engineering technology approach as an effort to improve productivity and quality of monitoring process become more efficient and effective. The software in this research is built in a systematic and organized approach to monitoring infrastructure of facilities and infrastructure using appropriate tools and techniques. Through this research, universities are expected to be able to develop the necessary quality measures to support the process of planning and controlling infrastructure infrastructure monitoring. The research was conducted using survey method, development of monitoring management and software. Up to the design stage of this program prototype, research has produced a special picture of the software requirements to be built in the next year. Software development process starting from the analysis phase of system and software requirements, designing data structures up to the architecture stage of the program has produced a list of needs/requirements, the design of program prototype contained in the design of input/output for the monitoring process facilities and infrastructure.

Green Computer Science Millennial Students Examination

Smartphones as one of information technology products have been affected higher education in various aspects. This article explains the useness of smartphones in facilitating online examination in information systems and computer science students. The research objective to be achieved by the researchers through the research, are as follows: 1) Utilizing smartphone as a media test online exam for green computing environment, 2) How to use social information technologies in online test, and 3) Explore the facilities or features that could be used for the online exam implementation. The observation was conducted with 100 students as respondents. Researcher used google forms to disseminate questions for online examination. The findings of the research showed that most the college students used Android OS for their online examination. Social technology like google forms has rich features in supporting online examination for computer science students. The use of smartphones, google forms, and facebook can create an atmosphere of modern, green computer science exams, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

Information Technology Utilization in Environmentally Friendly Higher Education

The awareness of an environmentally friendly learning process has been of concern lately. IT offers some applications that are able to provide better green education environment in higher education sectors. This research involves top social information technology applications, DropBox and WordPress. DropBox is the most popular cloud storage in the world. Meanwhile, WordPress is top content management systems at the moment. This research employs the utilization of those two applications in students assignments and presentation medium. The study observed 150 sophomore students in computer science faculty. The results show that, involving DropBox and WordPress in higher education learning activities able to significantly reduce paper and ink usage. The combination of those two top applications create a very handy and comfortable environment for students in higer education. This strategy reduce the consumption of papers and inks and are accepted well by most of the students.

Digital Signature Security in Data Communication

Authenticity of access in very information are very important in the current era of Internet-based technology, there are many ways to secure information from irresponsible parties with various security attacks, some of technique can use for defend attack from irresponsible parties are using steganography, cryptography or also use digital signatures. Digital signatures could be one of solution where the authenticity of the message will be verified to prove that the received message is the original message without any change, Ong-Schnorr-Shamir is the algorithm are used in this research and the experiment are perform on the digital signature scheme and the hidden channel scheme.

Computer science students simulation in capturing tacit knowledge by using NGT for reducing traffic jam

The subject knowledge management systems is one of the main courses in information systems study program, faculty of computer science. This course is offered at A concentration for students in semester 5 (five). Knowledge consists of knowledge explicit and tacit. To capture tacit knowledge, it can be done by involving a number of methods, namely: 1) Brainstorming, and 2) Nominal Group Technique. The study also involves a number of social information technologies, such as: 1) Facebook, 2) WordPress, 3) DropBox, and 4) YouTube. The topic for the theme of knowledge is how to reduce traffic jam. After passing 2 (two) simulation rounds, this research get 8 (eight) ideas suggestion related to vehicle parking in an effort to reduce traffic jam. The tacit knowledge capture simulation with NGT is able to provide acceptable suggestions by all the panelists involved. The use of social information technology in this study also received a very good response from the panelists.

Modeling Data Containing Outliers using ARIMA Additive Outlier (ARIMA-AO)

The aim this study is discussed on the detection and correction of data containing the additive outlier (AO) on the model ARIMA (p, d, q). The process of detection and correction of data using an iterative procedure popularized by Box, Jenkins, and Reinsel (1994). By using this method we obtained an ARIMA models were fit to the data containing AO, this model is added to the original model of ARIMA coefficients obtained from the iteration process using regression methods. This shows that there is an improvement of forecasting error rate data.

Analysis of Student Satisfaction Toward Quality of Service Facility

The development of higher education is very rapid rise to the tight competition both public universities and private colleges. XYZ University realized to win the competition, required continuous quality improvement, including the quality of existing service facilities. Amenities quality services is believed to support the success of the learning activities and improve user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the extent to which the quality of the services effect on user satisfaction. The research method used is survey-based questionnaire that measure perception and expectation. The results showed a gap between perception and expectations of the respondents have a negative value for each item. This means XYZ service facility at the university is not currently meet the expectations of society members. Three service facility that has the lowest index is based on the perception of respondents is a laboratory (2.56), computer and multimedia (2.63) as well as wifi network (2.99). The magnitude of the correlation between satisfaction with the quality of service facilities is 0.725 which means a strong and positive relationship. The influence of the quality of service facilities to the satisfaction of the students is 0.525 meaning that the variable quality of the services facility can explain 52.5% of the variable satisfaction. The study provided recommendations for improvements to enhance the quality of services facility at the XYZ university facilities.

Enriching Information Technology Course Materials by Using Youtube

IT offers some benefits and collaborations in various sectors. This research focuses on exploring higher education subjects via social technology, YouTube. YouTube is the world largest video based contents application in the world. Current learning materials are not only in text and images, but included video contents. This research enriching students learning materials may involving YouTube as learning sources. The study observed 118 sophomore students in computer science faculty. The results show that, involving YouTube in enriching students course material able to create conductive learning environment. This strategy increases students understanding in their field of study.

Exploring Students Blended Learning Through Social Media

Information technology (IT) has been used widely in many aspects of our daily life. After discuss politics related aspects for some articles. In this article author would like to discuss social media for students learning environment. Social media as a leading application on the internet has changed many aspects of life become more globalized. This article discusses the use of social media to support learning activities for students in the faculty of computer science. The author uses Facebook and WordPress as an alternative to electronic learning: 1) online attendance tool, 2) media storage and dissemination of course materials, 3) event scheduling for the lectures. Social media succeed to change the way of modern learning styles and environment. The results of this study are some learning activities such as : 1) Preparation, 2) Weekly meeting activities, 3) Course Page, 4) Social Media as Online Attendance Tool, 5) Social Media as Learning Repository and Dissemination, and 6) Social Media as Online Event Scheduling.

Ujian Online Mahasiswa Ilmu Komputer Berbasis Smartphone

Information technology influence higher education in various aspects, including education sector. This article discusses how smartphones facilitate online examination in computer science and information systems students. The research objective to be achieved by the researchers through the research, are as follows: 1) Utilizing smartphone as a media test online exam, 2) How to make use of social technologies in online test, and 3) Identify the features or facilities that could be used for the implementation of an online exam. Observations was conducted with 87 early year students as respondents. Author develop the online questions by using google forms, and facebook to disseminate online examination questions. Research findings show that Android are dominantly gadgets used by students for their online examination. Smartphone based online exam help students concentration in online exam. Social information technology like facebook and google forms have rich features in supporting online examination for computer science students. The use of smartphones, google forms, and facebook can create an atmosphere of exams modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Menggunakan Algoritma Levensthein String pada Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II

Archival information systems in government agency is one of the most used applications for daily acitivities. One feature in application management information document is searching. This feature serves to search for documents from a collection of available information based on keywords entered by the user. But some researches on a search engine (searching) concluded that the average user error in the search is quite high due to several factors. Therefore, we need a development on this feature as search suggestion. This study discusses the application of the method of approximate string matching algorithm using levenshtein distance. Levensthein distance algorithm is capable of calculating the minimum distance conversion of a string into another string to the optimum. Archiving information system using Levensthein Algorithm String is an application that will be built to address these problems, this application will help, especially in the administration to enter or save a document, locate and make a report that will be seen by government agencies.
