Sistem Informasi Penjualan Dan Perbaikan Komputer (Studi Kasus: CV Computer Plus Palembang)

The purpose of this research is to develop an Information System of Selling and Services using Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Access for it database. The benefits of this research is to help CV Computer Plus in selling and services data processing everyday. To develop this IS is used 5 (five) steps: 1) Planning, 2) Analysis, 3) Design, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The Information System can record the selling and services data, it also prepared usefull reports. By using this IS, CV Computer Plus can operate their selling and services efficiency and effectively. In the future it can be upgraded for network application.

Students learning center strategy based on e-learning and blogs

Education is the main infrastructure for promoting a nation and increasing their competitiveness in globalization era that involves the use of information technology (IT). This paper has goal to expand the alternative for learning strategy based on IT for final year students that will conduct a research for their final report. The final year students are expected have the ability to learn independently to manage the needness of their learning supply. In this paper, the author will discuss how to use the e-learning media and blogs to manage the independently learning environment or self-learning. E-learning offers the flexibilities in term of time and place in supporting the learning activities as well as a media for faculty/lecturer to disseminate learning materials. While the blog has been a free medium for the publication of variety contents, including academic contents. In this paper, author suggests some the institutions regulations, lecturers roles, and students participations are involve in set the learning environment based on e-learning and blog. These activities able to support students in learning independently or self-learning.

Perangkat lunak bantu mengenal huruf arab melayu ke bentuk huruf latin bahasa Indonesia

The development of computer science has contributed greatly for increasing of efficiency and effectively. Many areas are covered by computer science, included education. The purpose of this research is to introduce jawi a type of Indonesian letters. Jawis letter is one of the most popular letter in the past. But right now few people can read and understand it. Many documents in the past was written in Jawi. The writer develop or build the software using Pressman method, and tools such as Microsoft Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access. This software can introduce Jawi then people can learn it easily.

Validasi data dengan menggunakan objek lookup pada borland delphi 7.0

Developing an application with some tables must concern the validation of input (specially in Table Child). In order to maximize the accuracy and data input validation. Its called lookup (took data from other dataset). There are two ways to look up data from Table Parent: 1) Using Objects (DBLookupComboBox and DBookupListBox), or 2) Arranging the properties of data types fields (shown by using DBGrid). In this article is using Borland Delphi software (Inprise product). The method is offered using 5 (five) practise steps: 1) Relational Database Scheme, 2) Form Design, 3) Object DatabasesRelationships Scheme, 4) Properties and Field Type Arrangement, and 5) Procedures. The result of this paper are: 1) The relationship that using lookup objects are valid, and 2) Delphi Lookup Objects can be used for 1-1, 1-N, and M-N relationship.

Perancangan basisdata sistem informasi penggajian

The purpose of this research is to design database scheme of information system at XYZ University. By using database design methods (conceptual scheme, logical scheme, & physical scheme) the writer designs payroll information system. The physical scheme is compatible with Borland Delphi Database Engine Scheme to support the implementation of the I.S. After 3 (three) steps we get 7 (seven) tables, dan 6 (six) forms. By using this shemce, the system can produce several reports quickly, accurately, efficiently, and effectively.

Analisis laporan tugas akhir mahasiswa Diploma I dari sudut pandang kaidah ilmiah dan penggunaan teknologi informasi

The purposes of this research are: 1) to analyze final report from scientific role, 2) the use of information technology (IT), and 3) to conduct academic athmosphere in research area. This research gives contributions to study program of MI-DI, such as: 1) to know the pattern of student final report from scientific role and the use of IT, 2) give input to study program for next final report scheme, and 3) can be used for next research reference. If we look to the quality of final report, there are several focuses to be prepared on tittle, literature review, methodology, results of report, discussion and also conclusion. But for the use of IT is already good but the varian is decrease.

PDF articles metadata harvester

Scientific journals are very important in recording the finding from researchers around the world. The recent media to disseminate scientific journals is PDF. On scheme to find the scientific journals over the internet is via metadata. Metadata stores information about article summary. Embedding metadata into PDF of scientific article will grant the consistency of metadata readness. Harvesting the metadata from scientific journal is very interesting field at the moment. This paper will discuss about scientific journal metadata harvesters involving XMP.

Aplikasi belajar membaca iqro' berbasis mobile

IPTEK and IMTAQ should be followed by knowledge of the ability in reading the hijaiyah letters as Al Qur-an base. Current people are so busy with their activities thats way authors develop this mobile application using pocket pc. The development of this research using waterfall model. Authors use the programming language of Microsoft Visual BASIC.Net. Authors also use Photoshop to prepare the image of every letter. In Indonesia, there six level in reading Al Qur-an, but for the purpose of thi research authors only use Iqro-1 until Iqro-4. This mobile application also enriched with the voice for every letter image.
