LiveVVT: High-Fidelity Video Virtual Try-On in Real Time

Diffusion-based Video Virtual Try-On (VVT) achieves high visual fidelity through bidirectional spatio-temporal modeling, but complete-clip dependence incurs prohibitive latency and computational overhead in practical continuous deployment. Naively enforcing causality disrupts pretrained bidirectional priors and substantially degrades synthesis quality. We introduce LiveVVT, a rolling streaming diffusion framework that preserves bounded bidirectional modeling within causal recurrent generation. Within a fixed-size window, LiveVVT jointly denoises multiple video chunks under bounded look-ahead, preserving local bidirectional interactions while emitting one clean chunk per iteration. Beyond the window, two complementary memories sustain long-term consistency: a bounded temporal memory propagates recent dynamics and occlusion context, whereas a persistent global appearance memory, constructed once from the target garment and a frontal try-on keyframe, anchors garment details and dressed appearance throughout the stream. We further introduce a progressive distillation framework integrating bidirectional VVT learning, teacher-trajectory regression for causal few-step adaptation, and Collaborative Matching Distillation, which couples teacher-distribution matching with rolling flow matching on real videos to align optimization with recurrent inference. Experiments on paired and unpaired long-sequence benchmarks demonstrate superior generation quality over similarly sized models, with $26\times$ lower latency and $11\times$ higher throughput, enabling high-fidelity real-time streaming VVT.

MVSMamba: Multi-View Stereo with State Space Model

Robust feature representations are essential for learning-based Multi-View Stereo (MVS), which relies on accurate feature matching. Recent MVS methods leverage Transformers to capture long-range dependencies based on local features extracted by conventional feature pyramid networks. However, the quadratic complexity of Transformer-based MVS methods poses challenges to balance performance and efficiency. Motivated by the global modeling capability and linear complexity of the Mamba architecture, we propose MVSMamba, the first Mamba-based MVS network. MVSMamba enables efficient global feature aggregation with minimal computational overhead. To fully exploit Mamba's potential in MVS, we propose a Dynamic Mamba module (DM-module) based on a novel reference-centered dynamic scanning strategy, which enables: (1) Efficient intra- and inter-view feature interaction from the reference to source views, (2) Omnidirectional multi-view feature representations, and (3) Multi-scale global feature aggregation. Extensive experimental results demonstrate MVSMamba outperforms state-of-the-art MVS methods on the DTU dataset and the Tanks-and-Temples benchmark with both superior performance and efficiency. MonoMVSNet: Monocular Priors Guided Multi-View Stereo Network

Learning-based Multi-View Stereo (MVS) methods aim to predict depth maps for a sequence of calibrated images to recover dense point clouds. However, existing MVS methods often struggle with challenging regions, such as textureless regions and reflective surfaces, where feature matching fails. In contrast, monocular depth estimation inherently does not require feature matching, allowing it to achieve robust relative depth estimation in these regions. To bridge this gap, we propose MonoMVSNet, a novel monocular feature and depth guided MVS network that integrates powerful priors from a monocular foundation model into multi-view geometry. Firstly, the monocular feature of the reference view is integrated into source view features by the attention mechanism with a newly designed cross-view position encoding. Then, the monocular depth of the reference view is aligned to dynamically update the depth candidates for edge regions during the sampling procedure. Finally, a relative consistency loss is further designed based on the monocular depth to supervise the depth prediction. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MonoMVSNet achieves state-of-the-art performance on the DTU and Tanks-and-Temples datasets, ranking first on the Tanks-and-Temples Intermediate and Advanced benchmarks. Multi-channel all-optical switching based on coherent perfect absorption in atom-cavity system

We propose an ultrahigh-efficiency, broadband and multi-channel all-optical switching scheme based on broadband coherent perfect absorption (CPA) in a linear and nonlinear regimes in a cavity quantum electrodynamics (CQED) system. Two separate atomic transitions are excited simultaneously by two signal fields coupled from two ends of an optical cavity under the collective strong coupling condition. Three polariton eigenstates are produced which can be tuned freely by varying system parameters. The output field intensities of multiple channels are zero when the CPA criterion is satisfied. However, destructive quantum interference can be induced by a free-space weak control laser tuned to the multi-polariton excitation. As a consequence, the CQED system acts as a coherent perfect light absorber/transmitter as the control field is turned on/off the polariton resonances. In particular, the proposed scheme may be used to realize broadband multi-throw all-optical switching in the nonlinear excitation regime. The proposed scheme is useful for constructing all-optical routing, all-optical communication networks and various quantum logic elements.

Tunable optical multistability induced by a single cavity mode in cavity quantum electrodynamics system

A tunable optical multistability scheme based on a single cavity mode coupled with two separate atomic transitions in an atom-cavity system is proposed and demonstrated. Under the collective strong coupling condition, multiple polariton eigenstates of the atom-cavity system are produced. The threshold and optical multistability curve can be tuned freely by system parameters in a broadband range. Moreover, a certain bistability region of the system is split to two bistability regions due to destructive quantum interference induced by an extra weak control field. Compared to traditional optical multistabilities created by two or more light fields, the proposed optical multistability scheme has compactness and is easy to be miniaturized. The proposed scheme is useful for manufacturing integrated application of multi-state all-optical logic devices and constructing basic elements of all-optical communication networks.

High-efficiency entanglement of microwave fields in cavity opto-magnomechanical systems

We demonstrate a scheme to realize high-efficiency entanglement of two microwave fields in a dual opto-magnomechanical system. The magnon mode simultaneously couples with the microwave cavity mode and phonon mode via magnetic dipole interaction and magnetostrictive interaction, respectively. Meanwhile, the phonon mode couples with the optical cavity mode via radiation pressure. Each magnon mode and optical cavity mode adopts a strong red detuning driving field to activate the beam splitter interaction. Therefore, the entangled state generated by the injected two-mode squeezed light in optical cavities can be eventually transferred into two microwave cavities. A stationary entanglement E_{a_{1}a_{2}}=0.54 is obtained when the input two-mode squeezed optical field has a squeezing parameter r=1. The entanglement E_{a_{1}a_{2}} increases as the squeezing parameter r increases, and it shows the flexible tunability of the system. Meanwhile, the entanglement survives up to an environmental temperature about 385 mK, which shows high robustness of the scheme. The proposed scheme provides a new mechanism to generate entangled microwave fields via magnons, which enables the degree of the prepared microwave entanglement to a more massive scale. Our result is useful for applications which require high entanglement of microwave fields like quantum radar, quantum navigation, quantum teleportation, quantum wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) network, etc.

Multi-channel quantum noise suppression and phase-sensitive modulation in a hybrid optical resonant cavity system

Quantum noise suppression and phase-sensitive modulation of continuously variable in vacuum and squeezed fields in a hybrid resonant cavity system are investigated theoretically. Multiple dark windows similar to electromagnetic induction transparency (EIT) are observed in quantum noise fluctuation curve. The effects of pumping light on both suppression of quantum noise and control the widths of dark windows are carefully analyzed, and the saturation point of pumping light for nonlinear crystal conversion is obtained. We find that the noise suppression effect is strongly sensitive to the pumping light power. The degree of noise suppression can be up to 13.9 dB when the pumping light power is 6.5 Beta_th. Moreover, a phase-sensitive modulation scheme is demonstrated, which well fills the gap that multi-channel quantum noise suppression is difficult to realize at the quadrature amplitude of squeezed field. Our result is meaningful for various applications in precise measurement physics, quantum information processing and quantum communications of system-on-a-chip.

Normal-mode splitting of four-level atom-cavity system under collective strong coupling

We investigate the transmission spectrum of an optical cavity coupled with four-level atoms. Multiple normal-mode splitting peaks of the strongly coupled atom-cavity system are obtained as single cavity mode couples three separated atomic transitions simultaneously. We employ a confocal optical cavity and an ensemble of cold Rb-85 atoms for cavity quantum electrodynamics. We observe four normal-mode splitting peaks of the cavity transmission in the strong coupling regime due to collective enhancement of the atom-cavity coupling strength by ensemble of cold atoms. The experimental observations are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The multiple normal-mode excitation in the strongly coupled multi-level atom-cavity system may lead to practical application for realizing multi-channel all-optical devices.

Interference control of perfect photon absorption in cavity quantum electrodynamics

We propose and analyze a scheme for controlling coherent photon transmission and reflection in a cavity-quantum-electrodynamics (CQED) system consisting of an optical resonator coupled with three-level atoms coherently prepared by a control laser from free space. When the control laser is off and the cavity is excited by two identical light fields from two ends of the cavity, the two input light fields can be completely absorbed by the CQED system and the light energy is converted into the excitation of the polariton states, but no light can escape from the cavity. Two distinct cases of controlling the perfect photon absorption are analyzed: (a) when the control laser is tuned to the atomic resonance and creates electromagnetically induced transparency, the prefect photon absorption is suppressed and the input light fields are nearly completely transmitted through the cavity; (b) when the control laser is tuned to the polariton state resonance and inhibits the polariton state excitation, the perfect photon absorption is again suppressed and the input light fields are nearly completely reflected from the cavity. Thus, the CQED system can act as a perfect absorber or near perfect transmitter/reflector by simply turning off or on of the control laser. Such interference control of the coherent photon-atom interaction in the CQED system should be useful for a variety of applications in optical logical devices.

Perfect photon absorption in nonlinear regime of cavity quantum electrodynamics

It has been shown that perfect photon absorption can occur in the linear excitation regime of cavity quantum electrodynamics (CQED), in which photons from two identical light fields coupled into two ends of the cavity are completely absorbed and result in excitation of the polariton state of the CQED system. The output light from the cavity is totally suppressed by the destructive interference and the polariton state can only decay incoherently back to the ground state. Here we analyze the perfect photon absorption and onset of optical bistability in the nonlinear regime of the CQED and show that the perfect photon absorption persists in the nonlinear regime of the CQED below the threshold of the optical bistability. Therefore the perfect photon absorption is a phenomenon that can be observed in both linear and nonlinear regimes of CQED. Furthermore, our study reveals for the first time that the optical bistability is influenced by the input-light interference and can be manipulated by varying the relative phase of the two input fields.
