Using equivariant Toeplitz operator calculus, we give a new proof of the Atiyah-Weinstein conjecture on the index of Fourier integral operators and the relative index of CR structures.
We show that the logarithmic trace of generalized Szegö projectors on compact contact manifolds vanishes identically.
We prove that the trace of the logarithmic term of the Toeplitz kernel on a contact manifold is a contact invariant, generalizing K. Hirachi's invariant for the Szego kernel on a CR manifold. When the base manifold is the three-sphere, this vanishes identically.
