Examination of the Allocations of Building Molecules in the Single Crystal of the Para-Dichlorbenzol with the P-Dibromobenzene Solid Solution by the Method of the Raman Effect of Light Depending on Requirements of Selection

Allocation of molecules of para-dichlorbenzol in equimolar single crystals of para-dichlorbenzol with p-dibromobenzene solid solutions grown by the Bridgmen's method is studied. It is shown, that the mutual concentration of builders longwise an exemplar depends on requirements of selection. Probably as a uniform modification of concentration of builders along an exemplar, and a wavy modification of concentration. Critical speed at a modification of character of allocation made 15.0 $\cdot $10-6 cm/s at a lapse rate of temperature dT/dl=7.7 grad/cm.

The Reasons of Line Broadening of Lattice Oscillations in Spectrum Small Frequencies of P-Chloronitrobenzene

Raman spectroscopies are carried out by the Method polarizable examinations of the lattice oscillations of p-chloronitrobenzene at temperature 293 K. The led matching of spectrums of p-chloronitrobenzene with p-bromochlorobenzene and p-dibromobenzene has shown that the significant line broadening in p-chloronitrobenzene is caused not only clutter in allocation of molecules concerning parasubstitution benzol. It is necessary to consider also and clutter in rotational displacements of the nitro of group concerning a plane of a molecule. Calculations of frequency spectra were led on a method the Dyne.

Investigation by the Method the Raman of Spectroscopy of Allocation of Molecules in Ternary Mix-Crystals

The Method a Raman of spectroscopy studies allocation of molecules in ternary mix-crystals of a p-dibromobenzene of p-dichlorobenzene and p-bromochlorobenzene. It is shown, that the mutual concentration of builders depends on requirements of growing. Was possibly as a uniform modification of concentration of all builders along a specimen, and a wavy modification of concentration of two substances.

Point Defects Influence on the Raman Spectrum of the Naphthalene

The carried out polarization examinations of C10H8 spectrums of small frequencies of a Raman effect of light has revealed the presence of additional lines of small intensity. Calculation of histograms of spectrums of the lattice oscillations is carried out by Dyne's method. It is shown, that the presence of vacancies in structure of C10H8 leads to occurrence of additional lines around 90 cm-1. Occurrence of lines at frequencies less then 30 cm-1 is attributed to the presence of orientation disorder of molecules. Apparently, structure C10H8 has both types of defects, both orientation disorder of molecules and vacancies, which causes occurrence of additional lines in a spectrum of small frequencies.

Influence of vacancies on phase transition in an organic molecular crystal

By the example of phase transition (alpha - beta) in p-dichlorobenzene it is shown, that for phase transition presence of vacancies is necessary. In an ideal crystal, such transition is improbable, that is confirmed with calculations and their consent with experimental information on spectrums of the lattice oscillations.

Investigation of Organic Nanocrystallic Films by the Method of Raman Spectroscopy

Investigation of organic molecular films by a method Raman of a spectroscopy is carried out. It is shown, that values of frequencies of lines in a spectrum of the lattice oscillations of the molecular films are depressed in comparison with values of frequencies of similar lines in a monocrystal. Intensity of padding lines will increase in a spectrum of films. Allocation of an impurity in a film of an organic mixed crystal nonuniform. Examinations are lead by the example of a p-dibromobenzene and the mixed crystal a p-dichlorobenzene / p-dibromobenzene.

Investigation of Heterodiffusion in Molecular Crystals by the Method of Raman Effect

Using a method of a Raman effect of light the heterodiffusion in molecular crystals is investigated by the example of p-dichlorobenzene in a p-dibromobenzene. The installation diagram and a procedure of a determination of diffusivities using this method is given. Changes of diffusivities in a cut of a crystal perpendicularly to a direction of diffusion are found. Obtained values of diffusivities are in good agreement with those obtained by other methods.

Influence of the Random Arrangement of Molecules on Energy of Vacancies Migration

Calculation of energy of migration for number of molecular crystals consisting of centrosymmetrical and non-centrosymmetrical molecules was carried out by using a method of atom-atom potentials. It is shown, that the potential barrier is symmetrical for crystals consisting of centrosymmetrical molecules, but not symmetrical for the mixed crystals and crystals consisting of non-centrosymmetrical molecules. Thus it is possible to influence quantity of migration energy, growing the mixed crystals with a particular arrangement of components.

Raman Spectroscopy of the Eutectic in the Mixed Crystal of the Para-Dibromobenzene with the Para-Chloronitrobenzene

The mixed crystal of a para-dibromobenzene with a para-chloronitrobenzene is investigated at concentration of components from 0% up to 60% of a para-chloronitrobenzene by the method of Low-Frequency Raman spectroscopy. It is shown, that in range of concentrations from 25% up to 50% of a para-chloronitrobenzene the spectrum of the mixed crystal would consist of the sum of spectrums a and b phases which relation of intensities depends on concentration of components. It is also found, that the single crystal in this range has rod frame.
