An approach to the properties of the $η$--$η'$ system developed to solve the famous $U(1)$ problem is used to calculate the partial widths ratios to $η$ and $η'$ in the $B^0 \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η',\ π^0)$ and $B_s \rightarrow J/Ψ\ η(η')$ decays. We obtain the results in agreement with the experimental data.
The physical origin of the $mα^5$ radiative corrections to $P$-levels in the two-body QED problem is elucidated. Then we demonstrate that the next order, $mα^6$, corrections to those levels are due to the anomalous magnetic moment only.
Contributions to HFS and to the Lamb shift intervals of order $α^2(Zα)^5$ induced by the graph with the two-loop overlapping electron self-energy diagram inserted in the electron line are considered. Explicit expression for the overlapping two-loop self-energy diagram in the Fried-Yennie gauge is obtained. Contributions both to HFS and Lamb shift induced by the diagram containing such subgraph are calculated.
