A computational proof of the existence of the Dual Isogeny

For $E$ an elliptic curve over a perfect field $K$, we present a proof of the existence of the dual isogeny $\hatϕ$ using computational methods linked to Vélu's formulae instead of the standard Galois correspondence method.
