Aspects of generalized Calogero model

A multispecies model of Calogero type in $D\geq 1$ dimensions is constructed. The model includes harmonic, two-body and three-body interactions. Using the underlying conformal SU(1,1) algebra, we find the exact eigenenergies corresponding to a class of the exact global collective states. Analysing corresponding Fock space, we detect the universal critical point at which the model exhibits singular behaviour.

Generalized Calogero model in arbitrary dimensions

We define a new multispecies model of Calogero type in D dimensions with harmonic, two-body and three-body interactions. Using the underlying conformal SU(1,1) algebra, we indicate how to find the complete set of the states in Bargmann-Fock space. There are towers of states, with equidistant energy spectra in each tower. We explicitely construct all polynomial eigenstates, namely the center-of-mass states and global dilatation modes, and find their corresponding eigenenergies. We also construct ladder operators for these global collective states. Analysing corresponding Fock space, we detect the universal critical point at which the model exhibits singular behavior. The above results are universal for all systems with underlying conformal SU(1,1) symmetry.

Interacting families of Calogero-type particles and SU(1,1) algebra

We study a one-dimensional model with F interacting families of Calogero-type particles. The model includes harmonic, two-body and three-body interactions. We emphasize the universal SU(1,1) structure of the model. We show how SU(1,1) generators for the whole system are composed of SU(1,1) generators of arbitrary subsystems. We find the exact eigenenergies corresponding to a class of the exact eigenstates of the F-family model. By imposing the conditions for the absence of the three-body interaction, we find certain relations between the coupling constants. Finally, we establish some relations of equivalence between two systems containing F families of Calogero-type particles.

Permutation Invariant Algebras, a Fock Space Realization and the Calogero Model

We study permutation invariant oscillator algebras and their Fock space representations using three equivalent techniques, i.e. (i) a normally ordered expansion in creation and annihilation operators, (ii) the action of annihilation operators on monomial states in Fock space and (iii) Gram matrices of inner products in Fock space. We separately discuss permutation invariant algebras which possess hermitean number operators and permutation invariant algebras which possess non-hermitean number operators. The results of a general analysis are applied to the S_M extended Heisenberg algebra, underlying the M-body Calogero model. Particular attention is devoted to the analysis of Gram matrices for the Calogero model. We discuss their structure, eigenvalues and eigenstates. We obtain a general condition for positivity of eigenvalues, meaning that all norms of states in Fock space are positive if this condition is satisfied. We find a universal critical point at which the reduction of the physical degrees of freedom occurs. We construct dual operators, leading to the ordinary Heisenberg algebra of free Bose oscillators. From the Fock-space point of view, we briefly discuss the existence of mapping from the Calogero oscillators to the free Bose oscillators and vice versa.

On Infinite Quon Statistics and "Ambiguous" Statistics

We critically examine a recent suggestion that "ambiguous" statistics is equivalent to infinite quon statistics and that it describes a dilute, nonrelativistics ideal gas of extremal black holes. We show that these two types of statistics are different and that the description of extremal black holes in terms of "ambiguous" statistics cannot be applied.

Exclusion statistics, operator algebras and Fock space representations

We study exclusion statistics within the second quantized approach. We consider operator algebras with positive definite Fock space and restrict them in a such a way that certain state vectors in Fock space are forbidden ab initio. We describe three characteristic examples of such exclusion, namely exclusion on the base space which is characterized by states with specific constraint on quantum numbers belonging to base space M (e.g. Calogero-Sutherland type of exclusion statistics), exclusion in the single-oscillator Fock space, where some states in single oscillator Fock space are forbidden (e.g. the Gentile realization of exclusion statistics) and a combination of these two exclusions (e.g. Green's realization of para-Fermi statistics). For these types of exclusions we discuss extended Haldane statistics parameters g, recently introduced by two of us in Mod.Phys.Lett.A 11, 3081 (1996), and associated counting rules. Within these three types of exclusions in Fock space the original Haldane exclusion statistics cannot be realized.

Unification of parastatistics defined as triple operator algebras

We unify parastatistics, defined as triple operator algebras represented on Fock space, in a simple way using the transition number operators. We express them as a normal ordered expansion of creation and annihilation operators. We discuss several examples of parastatistics, particularly Okubo's and Palev's parastatistics connected to many-body Wigner quantum systems. We relate them to the notion of extended Haldane statistics.

Interpolation between para-Bose and para-Fermi statistics

Using deformed Green's oscillators and Green's Ansatz,we construct a multiparameter interpolation between para-Bose and para-Fermi statistics of a given order. When the interpolating parameters $q_{ij}$ satisfy $|q_{ij}|<1 (|q_{ij}|= 1)$, the interpolation statistics is "infinite quon"-like (anyon-like).The proposed interpolation does not contain states of negative norms.

A New Deformed Supersymmetric Oscillator

We construct and discuss the Fock-space representation for a deformed oscillator with "peculiar" statistics. We show that corresponding algebra represents deformed supersymmetric oscillator.

On the R-Matrix Formulation of Deformed Algebras and Generalized Jordan-Wigner Transformations

The deformed algebra $\cal{A(R)}$, depending upon a Yang-Baxter R- matrix, is considered. The conditions under which the algebra is associative are discussed for a general number of oscillators. Four types of solutions satisfying these conditions are constructed and two of them can be represented by generalized Jordan-Wigner transformations. Our analysis is in some sense an extension of the boson realization of fermions from single-mode to multimode oscillators.

Unified View of Deformed Single - Mode Oscillator Algebras

A general framework for the deformation of the single-mode oscillators is presented and all deformed single-mode oscillators are unified. The extensions of the Aric-Coon, genon, the para-Bose and the para-Fermi oscillators are proposed. The generalized harmonic oscillator considered by Brzezinski et al. is rederived in a simple way. Some remarks on deformation of $SU(1,1)$ and supersymmetry are made.
