Conditional Expectation expression in mean-field SDEs and its applications

This study developed a novel formulation of conditional expectations within the framework of a jump-diffusion mean-field stochastic differential equation. We introduce an integrated approach that combines unconditioned expectations with rigorously defined weighting factors, employing Malliavin calculus on Poisson space and directional derivatives to enhance estimation accuracy. \noindent The proposed method is applied to the numerical pricing of American put options in a jump-diffusion mean-field setting, addressing the challenges proposed by early-exercise features. Comprehensive numerical experiments demonstrate substantial improvements in pricing accuracy compared with conventional techniques.

Hedging of exotic options in Hawkes jump-diffusion models by Malliavin calculus

In financial mathematics, the calculation of the Greeks, especially the delta, is emphasized due to its role in risk management. In this article, we employ Malliavin calculus to determine the delta of European and Asian options, where the underlying asset evolves according to a Hawkes jump-diffusion process. A central feature is that the Hawkes jump intensity is stochastic, which substantially affects the delta representation.

Clark-Ocone formula for the maximum of processes with the stochastic intensity and its application

Pricing of the lookback options using the Clark-Ocone formula for the underlying assets driven by stochastic Lévy processes requires computing the Malliavin derivatives of their maximum or minimum on the Wiener-Poisson space and their distributions. In this work, we will find a generalization of the explicit representation of the Clark-Ocone formula on the maximum of two types of Lévy processes with stochastic intensity: Cox processes with CIR-modeled intensities, and the Hawkes processes.

Pricing and delta computation in jump-diffusion models with stochastic intensity by Malliavin calculus

This paper investigates the pricing of financial derivatives and the calculation of their delta Greek when the underlying asset is a jump-diffusion process in which the stochastic intensity component follows the CIR process. Utilizing Malliavin derivatives for pricing financial derivatives and challenging to find the Malliavin weight for accurately calculating delta will be established in such models. Because asset prices rely on information from the intensity process, the moments of the Malliavin weights and the underlying asset must be bound. We apply the Euler scheme to show the convergence of the approximated solution, a financial derivative, and its delta Greeks and we have established the convergence analysis. Our approach has been validated through numerical experiments, highlighting its effectiveness and potential for risk management and hedging strategies in markets characterized by jump and stochastic intensity dynamics.

Sensitivity Analysis for Mean-Field SDEs With Jump By Malliavin Calculus: Chaos Expansion Approach

In this paper, we describe an explicit extension formula in sensitivity analysis regarding the Malliavin weight for jump-diffusion mean-field stochastic differential equations whose local Lipschitz drift coefficients are influenced by the product of the solution and its law. We state that these extended equations have unique Malliavin differentiable solutions in Wiener-Poisson space and establish the sensitivity analysis of path-dependent discontinuous payoff functions. It will be realized after finding a relation between the stochastic flow of the solutions and their derivatives. The Malliavin derivatives are defined in a chaos approach in which the chain rule is not held. The convergence of the Euler method to approximate Delta Greek is proved. The simulation experiment illustrates our results to compute the Delta, in the context of financial mathematics, and demonstrates that the Malliavin Monte-Carlo computations applied in our formula are more efficient than using the finite difference method directly.

Multilevel Path Simulation to Jump-Diffusion Process with Superlinear Drift

In this work, we will show strong convergence of the Multilevel Monte-Carlo (MLMC) algorithm with split-step backward Euler (SSBE) and backward (drift-implicit) Euler (BE) schemes for nonlinear jump-diffusion stochastic differential equations (SDEs) when the coefficient drift is globally one-sided Lipschitz and the test function is only locally Lipschitz. We also confirm these theoretical results by numerical experiments for the jump-diffusion processes.

Convergence and non-negativity preserving of the solution of balanced method for the delay CIR model with jump

In this work, we propose the balanced implicit method (BIM) to approximate the solution of the delay Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) model with jump which often gives rise to model an asset price and stochastic volatility . We show that this method preserves non-negativity property of the solution of this model with appropriate control functions. We prove the strong convergence and investigate the $p$th moment boundedness of the solution of BIM. Finally, we illustrate those results in the last section.

Finite-time Stability Analysis for Random Nonlinear Systems

This paper presents an analysis approach to finite-time attraction in probability concerns with nonlinear systems described by nonlinear random differential equations (RDE). RDE provide meticulous physical interpreted models for some applications contain stochastic disturbance. The existence and the path-wise uniqueness of the finite-time solution are investigated through nonrestrictive assumptions. Then a finite-time attraction analysis is considered through the definition of the stochastic settling time function and a Lyapunov based approach. A Lyapunov theorem provides sufficient conditions to guarantee finite-time attraction in probability of random nonlinear systems. A Lyapunov function ensures stability in probability and a finiteness of the expectation of the stochastic settling time function. Results are demonstrated employing the method for two examples to show potential of the proposed technique.

Weak Differentiability of Solutions to SDEs With Semi-Monotone Drifts

In this work we prove Malliavin differentiability for the solution to an SDE with locally Lipschitz and semi-monotone drift. To this end we construct a sequence of SDEs with globally Lipschitz drifts. We show that the solutions of these SDEs converge to the solution of the original SDE and the p-moments of their Malliavin derivatives are uniformly bounded.

Smooth density for the Solution of Scalar SDEs with Locally Lipschitz Coefficients under Hörmander Condition

In this paper the existence of a smooth density is proved for the solution of an SDE, with locally Lipschitz coefficients and semi-monotone drift, under Hörmander condition. We prove the nondegeneracy condition for the solution of the SDE, from it an integration by parts formula would result in the Wiener space. To this end we construct a sequence of SDEs with globally Lipschitz coefficients whose solutions converge to the original one and use some Lyapunov functions to show the uniformly boundedness of the p-moments of the solutions and their Malliavin derivatives.
