Quasimodular solutions of a differential equation of hypergeometric type

Solutions which are quasimodular forms to a second order differential equation attached to a triangular group are explicitly described in terms of certain orthogonal polynomials.

On modular forms arising from a differential equation of hypergeometric type

Modular and quasimodular solutions of specific second order differential equation in the upper-half plane which originates from a study of supersingular j-invariants are given explicitly. A characterization of the differential equation is also discussed.
