A one-dimensional Hadamard walk with one defect

We consider a one-dimensional space-inhomogeneous discrete time quantum walk. This model is the Hadamard walk with one defect at the origin which is different from the model introduced by Wojcik et al. [14]. We obtain a stationary measure of the model by solving the eigenvalue problem and an asymptotic behaviour of the return probability by the path counting approach. Moreover, we get the time-averaged limit measure using the space-time generating function method. The measure is symmetric for the origin and independent of the initial coin state at the starting point. So localization depends only on the parameter which determines the model.

Incipient infinite cluster in 2D Ising percolation

We consider the percolation problem in the high-temperature Ising model on the two-dimensional square lattice at or near critical external fields. The incipient infinite cluster (IIC) measure in the sense of Kesten is constructed. As a consequence, we can obtain some geometric properties of IIC. The result holds also for the triangular lattice.

On Traversable Length inside Semi-Cylinder in 2D supercritical Bond Percolation

We investigate a limit theorem on traversable length inside semi-cylinder in the 2-dimensional supercritical Bernoulli bond percolation, which gives an extension of Theorem 2 in Grimmett(1981). This type of limit theorems was originally studied for the extinction time for the 1-dimensional contact process on a finite interval in Wagner and Anantharam(2005). Actually, our main result Theorem 2.1 is stated under a rather general 2-dimensional bond percolation setting.
