In the framework of density functional theory a new formulation of electronegativity that recovers the Mulliken definition is proposed and its reliability is checked by computing electronegativity values for a large number of elements. It is found that the obtained values, which are compared with previously proposed electronegativity scales, fulfill the main periodic criteria.
The paper reports the obtained results for the projection and realization of a digitally system aiming to assist the equipment for a regulatory and pre-regulatory tools and holding tools within the flexible fabrication systems (FFS). Moreover, based on the present results, the same methodology can be applied for assisting tools from the point of view of their integrity and to wear compensation in the FFS framework.
In the framework of the density functional theory a new electronegativity formulation via the Feynman-Kleinert path integral formalism in the markovian limit is proposed. The computation of the electronic density follows, in terms of partition function, the same procedure of the Levy constrained-search for the wave function. The obtained electronegativity scale seems to respect the main criteria largely used for its acceptability.
We develop a convergent variational perturbation theory for conditional probability densities of Markov processes. The power of the theory is illustrated by applying it to the diffusion of a particle in an anharmonic potential.
